I have had work done twice before, the last time they tried to return the boat to me with two dead batteries. I attempted to use them again because they say they offer trailer service. I contacted Jose two weeks ago to arrange meeting at a local ramp and having the boat picked up, i called yesterday to confirm time for today. Once again Jose (service manager) isn’t available to take my call and will call me back, never does. I tried numerous times to get Jose on the phone without success. I never had a problem with their higher rates but If you have a smaller boat, mine is 24, they have no interest in taking care of you.

When nobody has the parts we need these guys always come in clutch... very friendly staff

Jose and his team dedicated the right amount of time to my boat and after it was almost three months in the hands of an inept mechanic (my fault) who made me waste a lot of money and time, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a week. I am absolutely pleased with the service and knowledge of Performance Boat Center they are excellent and professional mechanics. Boat servicing is not cheap but this money was very well spent.

Good to have local dealer like this company . I buy parts for my Mercury motors there. They have a lot of parts in stock, which is convenient. Good prices. Maria in parts is very helpful. Quick communication, great customer service. Highly recommended!

I called looking for a part, the person who answered the phone was USELESS! did no make any effort to try to find the part or a replacement or even order it for me. Why do they hire people like that?Next stop West Marine.

Excellent experience from these guys! I called Jose yesterday at noon and today at 9:00am his tech was at the boat. New mercury 3.4L stbd motor had a bad starter and these guys got the job done in less than an hour. That’s including having to go to the shop to get the starter. Amazing job done by tech Robert and great communication from Jose and Maria at the office. Now I know who I will be taking my boat to up here in the Broward area. Thank you guys!

Serious People. The deliver results, and when they are delivering, then they run the extra-mile. The Manager of the Shop genuinely takes a personal interest in your boat, and he is empathetic when it comes to costs.

I went one time and one time only. it’s very difficult to do business with someone you can’t trust. They are supposed to be Mercury specialist so I take my boat in but they never did a complete diagnostics. They gave me a very weak response as to what might be troubling my boat and over $500 later they were way off. Don’t tell someone you’d be happy to help them if you’re not going to spend the time to get it right. Very pretty and flashing looking place but I won’t ever go backYour response is absolutely reDickulous. I was told by you replacement of parts and or engine, $2500 or $17,000 those were the options. What is for certain is you took my money and tried to get me for more. Bottom line was a clogged pick up tube. Less than $500 and complete service by Davey. Thank you for being less than honest. At least I know I can trust them. Oh yes, buying a new boat, guess who I won’t be coming to.

I have been trying to get a part from this place and the person that it is supposed to help me dont have a clue how, they are not able to help me unless I have the part number I gave them the serial number, year, model and it is not enough I think you better off at basspro parts department they help me in 2 minutes just with the year and model numbe

I recently hired Dollar Offshore Marine to Diagnose an electrical issue with my verado engines. I was going to take the vessel to a different dealer but decided to give them a try. I have to say, I called the service department and spoke to the Service Manager regarding my issues with the engines. He arranged a time and date for me, and the technician came out as promised. The technician clearly was knowledgeable of the Verados and found other problems I was not aware of. He fixed the issues and brought the engines up to factory specifications. I would highly recommend this company for their service and pricing.

I own a 340 Searay Sundancer. Has 7.4L MPI Mercruisers. I recently had one of the engines re-built at another shop. The mechanics from the other shop could not adjust the engine timing. Also,, instead of addressing the faults, they would cut wires, bend bolts, bypass the alarms and transformed my engine into a Frankstein.I got tired of dealing with this half done jobs and asked Doller to please help me. They sent a tech to my marina on the following day. Their Tech was courteous, professional and explained me what he was doing every step of the way. In very few short minutes the engine started to sound like a normal engine and less of an aberration. The other mechanics spent 2 weeks trying to accomplish the same task.I regret immensely not choosing to do the work with Doller to begin with. Surely from now on, only Doller techs can touch my boat.If you want things done correctly and professionally in your boat, I highly recommend Doller. I also recommend Doller for parts. I got tired of buying parts at other major retail stores that would be cheaper but give me more headaches than joy in the water.

Called doller and spoke to dayna to order a set of water distributor pipes for some CMI headers paid with a credit card took the parts to my mechanic and the parts were wrong. I sent the parts back the next day in the morning not even 24hrs later and i got charged a 15% restocking fee even though they had the parts in stock. Not a good way to do business. I will never do business with doller marine again. People watch out i guess the economy is bringing out the worst out of people.
