Store is very clean, great peaceful shopping experience.

It was so easy store pickup. I knew item I wanted had reduced inventory.

Went today to get groceries with my mom the woman at the register was incredibly sweet and had a great conversation with her about our fur babys. I love that! I wish I could remember her name but she was a much older woman just sweet as pie. :) then I went to the Starbucks inside the target and was assisted by Monica she was very helpful and literally made the drinks the way she would have them my mom and me were incredibly greatful and happy with her service and will be back for her next time she definitely makes a great barista! Thank you Monica and thank you to the lady at the register definitely made our day all the better. This is the kind of employees that need to be appreciated more.

I have been going there for 7 years now because its the closest to my house. I only go if I need something in a pinch, otherwise I drive down to Streamwood Target or a different store altogether. The shelves are OFTEN empty and food items are way too often EXPIRED. Ive told management at times but it doesnt seem to matter.

Not impressed with this location.Big, lots of parking, clean, and tons of other cool stores in the same lot. Its a Target, theyre all pretty much the same, right?In 2.5 aisles of phone accessories, they had 2 Samsung cases (not styles, a count of 2) and no other Android compatible phone cases. There was an entire end cap box filled with iPhone cases on clearance, so theres that.The rest of the store was acceptable, and eerily empty at noon on a Monday. It just felt, depressing?When I got to the checkout, there were 2 open and the self checkout and the lines were very long for all 3.The cashier was very nice and patient when I used a non-Target gift card and forgot to tell them how much was on it.

The store was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Items were in order on the aisles. Employees were very helpful with doubts and prices of different products. I highly recommend to visit this store.

This store in particular I would not recommend. The aisles were filthy with debris, merchandise was strewn about on the floors, empty end caps...etc. Also not a single team member greeted us, we passed 2 in kids, 1 in accessories, 2 in seasonal, 1 in food, 1 by housewares and the one when we did self checkout.One star is the lowest allowed rating and this is reaching! I would travel several miles to another location vs shopping here

Streamwood IL store on Sutton Rd.(Rt 59) is always well stocked with food, clothing, household items and has very helpful pharmacists.

I bought a hairtie and I realized the pack was compromised. So I let the cashier know. She still let me finish the transaction, then let me grab a new pack so I dont have to go in line again. This helped because I was in a rush.

1st time shopping this location. Clean not crowded. Opened another checkout line when open backed up a little. Pretty good place.

This location seems like its never been remodeled since it opened. If you want to know what a Target looked like 25 years ago, this is it. They have they essentials and its a convenient location but when compared to the West Schaumburg and Streamwood locations both just a short drive away, there really isnt Anything to draw you here. I do give them an extra star for being THE ONLY STORE in the area that cleans self check after each use.

Target store with a little bit of everything. Small grocery department in addition to the usual Target stuff. There is a Starbucks and CVS pharmacy inside.Clean store and no issues. There are 4 self checkouts here.

I like very much the Drive Up Service and that this Target is big enough for me to find what I am looking for.

The Target looks nice on the outside, but it operates as a standard Target on the inside. It has yet to be remodeled, so there are no deli/bakery/upgraded produce departments

I’ve shopped at this Target a few times and have always thought the employees were very nice and friendly. I needed a new dog harness for my recently adopted puppy and needed to be pointed in the right direction “dog supplies” and the first Target employee I saw ended up being there HR leader Jessica. I asked her where the dog aisle was and she kindly walked me to the dog supplies and asked if she could help with anything else. Very friendly and helpful.

We love this target location! Today we had an issue with a box of diapers we had purchased and the guest service team lead, Mike was so wonderful and easy to work with. Not only did they bring a new box up to the service desk for us but Mike and the team went out of there way to make sure we were happy. Great customer service is rare and this team has it. :)

At the Super Target you can find just about anything your looking for at reasonable prices. They have a help desk and the employees are extremely helpful. Very clean store.

So today is Vulnerable Customers morning from 8am-9am, I’m waking to towards the entrance and the target employee stops me and says “right now we’re only allowing the most vulnerable”, oh okay I forgot today is Tuesday. As I’m sitting in my car waiting for 30 mins to go by the Target employee let’s all the other ppl walking towards the entrance in,... And let me tell you the people walking in DO NOT LOOK VULNERABLE (but never judge a book by its cover) either way This guy had a pick and choose of what ppl he lets in, what if I’m vulnerable..... Target get better employees or specify with your employees who are the vulnerable.

My Target drive up order was brought out immediately. The Target employee was very kind and helpful. I was extremely happy with my first Target drive up order.

I generally have positive feelings towards Target and Im not sure why. The main reason would be that Target doesnt seem as evil as Walmart but if you were to do a blind test, I would be unable to say why Target is a better company than Walmart.

Five stars are not enough. Fantastic selection of items you cannot buy anywhere else, super staff--friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous.

Loss prevention and multiple other Target personnel were intrusive and blatantly observing myself, my girlfriend, and an older woman of color while attempting to enjoy a leisurely shopping trip during this visit. While these Target resources were being used for the confusing loss prevention activity there were only two registers open and many customers trying to check out. All other Target personnel avoided interacting with customers and the only time I was asked if I needed help was by the group participating in the LP activity, making it plain that I was being observed. The only positive experience I had with any Target personnel during this trip was with the cashier that checked me out. I probably wont be returning to this store.

Two of the most appealing things about Target are the cleanliness of the store and product selection.

Don’t go to this Target and especially don’t go to the Starbucks here. The woman making my order first of was coughing without covering her mouth as she was making my drink. I ordered a green tea latte and a shot of espresso on the side and she added it to it. Wasn’t listening and definitely didn’t care. There are too many other target and Starbucks to waste your time at this one. Also tried to called guest services and shocker no answer.

This is a large Target store in South Barrington on the corner of 59 and 72. They have all goods including a full grocery store with fresh foods. The service is very good here. Up in the front they have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut to assist your shopping experience.

The customer service is amazing. From going to check for a product in Stock to making sure we got the online price match and cartwheel discount. They have made my decision to shop only at Target even more certain.

I was in the store. I made the purchase online and they had all the items available but one was in another store so I made the compilation verifying that everything was in the same store to look for it and if they were available !! And when I went to the store they had ready 2 of 5 item that I bought being available. the customer service staff tells me to buy it and then cancel what I buy, what I understand with so much technology that there is if it is in the store because the buyer does wait! and I showed him that if he had it in the store, he replies that in 2 days when he arrives at the store I cancel him !! what service is it !!

Horrible customer service. I made a return without a receipt, one $3 item came up as an exchange only item, for anything that costs $3 from any department as per the rude, short little manager lady, so the woman told me I would have to go back to returns after Im done shopping and checking out to do a $3 exchange. I said why cant I just get a Target gift card for everything that Im returning? Im going to spend it here anyway? It makes no sense for me to come back just for a $3 exchange when Im going to spend it here anyway So she asked the manager if she can override the $3 and give me a gift card and she rudely said No! While holding up the line SMH. So I had to go back and wait in line at the customer service desk and just my luck, only the rude manager was there assisting someone and was acting overly nice with them and took her sweet time, seemed she lagged on purpose to make me wait longer and she was having conversations with other employees as well who were just there and then left. Thankfully the lady that helped me the first time arrived and assisted me. But its ridiculous that I had to go out of my way and wait extra time when she could have approved the $3 to be put in the gift card. I spend over $150 and I always do everytime I go to Target but I may have to take my business elsewhere. Cant stand rude people.

I bought a double stroller from here and of course the box was pretty heavy. I was alone so I asked a member of their staff to help me load it to my cart. I am not so strong the box was literally half my size ... but They did so it was very nice of them! I went to check out and purchased all my items and I went to ask if it was fine if I leave it at the TARGET PICK UP station in customer service. That is where people purchase items online and they pick them up later. I was going to leave it for my husband to pick up later since the box was too heavy for me. I asked the man in the front if that was fine and he said no. Once you purchase something you have to leave with it. I explained my situation that it was too heavy for me and my husband would pick it up after he came home from work. He said no and that the pick up station already had too many things it would just make it more crowded. I was annoyed but I said alright that’s fine can someone help me take it out to my car . He said no they do not offer that service. OK WOW .. this man clearly sees how tiny I am and the size of this box.I left very upset ... so here I go in the parking lot trying to figure out how the heck I’m am going to load this in my car. Took me a good 10 minutes lol . People saw me struggle but didn’t even offer to help me either... it was a bad day for me.But seriously very rude customer service..

Looking for utility mats, found thee in store in Hoffmam states ill. store people called to another store for more mats, he called three times to see if that store had more there, They hang up on him. the woman upfront scanned them the mats and that the store in Streamwood had four of them so I went there to get more mats . but I went to the department, found the person for that area finally found hear no mads, the store at Streamwood said that three meds there. was none !!.

I love this Target!!! Always so friendly and offer help every time. They always do their best to find what your looking. Great customer service to all customers!!

On the positive side, this Target does not play music inside which makes for a much more peaceful shopping experience. I do not like dorky commercial pop directed at my head from above.The one thing that bothers me about this location is their clientele: bourgeois, entitled people who speed through the parking lot, don’t stop at crosswalks and leave their shopping carts strewn about and in everyone else’s way. The exit is often blocked by abandoned shopping carts which some employee then has to move aside one by one. I usually shop at the Target on Schaumburg and Barrington road where people are more respectful of shared spaces and generally courteous (middle class). This Target location is great, but the way the customers behave disgusts and depresses me.

I’ve hated this Target for as long as I’ve known it exists. This particular one has always been plain terrible but huge and newer so they have plenty to offer.Today being Christmas Eve and me hating crowds.I was pleased to find that even though I’ve always avoided this location they have what I need and offer drive up. So I wouldn’t even have to go inside the hellmouth.WRONG. Whoever was managing guest services needs to be coached or terminated or something. I sat in my car wasting my gas for 20 minutes. Figuring they were probably busy and having been in retail I can respect that this is one of the busiest days of the year. That was my limit so I begrudgingly got out of my car and walked in. (mind you guest services at this location is immediately inside the door, I see 4 people working guest services and one customer UNBELIEVABLE. At this point I notice a kid with a drive up bag heading towards the door, he’s apologetic and says that his manager asked him to run it out and it wouldn’t happen again if I used the service again.... If it happened with 4 people plus this poor kid in nothing but pants and a polo running my bag out (whom I hold blameless.)I can’t imagine how terrible the experience would be with less staff on an equally busy day. It is target after all.Leave the curbside deal to Walmart. They know what they are doing at every location. And clearly Target or at least Target Hoffman Estates does not.

Excellence service it was less then five minutes in and out picking up my purchases at Custumer Service on Black Friday in the middle of the afternoon pretty amazing.

The staff is so helpful here, they offered to help me locate items I couldnt find, and had everything I was looking for!

I bought a $35 USB WiFi adapter at a Target near my work. I got it back and tried to use it before realizing that the computer I was going to use it with had Windows 2000 on it so it wasnt compatible. I went back to the location I purchased it from with the receipt, box and everything that it came with. I was told that I couldnt return electronics and had to exchange it. I was on my lunch break so I decided to exchange it at another time. I stopped at this location on my way home and asked if I could exchange it for a gift card rather than bringing whatever items I was getting up to customer service. I was told these things are expensive and that Id be better off returning it where I purchased it. What?!? First off, there are plenty of things there that cost more than $35. Secondly, Im fairly sure that the stores are corporately owned...so why would it matter which store I exchange it at??? Luckily I called Targets main customer service number and the issue was resolved.

Is on a convenient place because there are alot of office buildings by it, however the selection on certain things is limited.One example man clothing area is small and few sizes also they dont have mirrors, the fitting room is near the area but it will be super helpful if they had mirrors.

Me and my teammates are 16 and were harassed by a man who claimed he worked there but wasnt wearing a red shirt. This man is apparently a volunteer and was so rude and aggressive and we got kicked out when we were just trying to get breakfast. So if you feel like getting harassed by a man who doesnt work there then by all means come to this target. Also I wouldve given zero stars but thats not an option.
