I came looking for a pair of sneakers for walking as I walk about 15-20 miles per week. I met with the salesperson when I walked in and explained all my issues with my feet and knees. He made a few recommendations and brought them out for me to try on. I ended up with a pair of Hokas that met all my expectations. I also got a pair of insoles with arch support. Highly recommend stopping here if youre looking for a pair of sneakers.

Came in looking for a new pair of running shoes and was not disappointed. I was helped by Lewis, who is an absolute professional. After studying the tread on my old shoes, he pulled some shoe recommendations off the shelf. He then spent almost a full hour with me, despite it being near closing time. He was extremely patient and thoughtful in sizing me for my new shoes and helping me compare different models, all the while explaining the different characteristics of each shoe. Im so grateful for the superior service he provided and will absolutely be looking to shop with him when Im in need of another pair of shoes.

I’m very disappointed at the customer service at this place. I went into the store today looking for running shoes, after looking for parking for almost 30mins, I finally went on the store and found the shoes I was interested on, NO ONE came to see if I needed help after being there for already 5-10 mins. I had to go look for someone to help me, and after they took their sweet time they show no interest in really helping me find the right shoes. I’m really disappointed, I thought here they would help you specially since they are experts right but they didn’t even have socks to try on shoes. Def won’t be going back at least not to the Hoboken location. Very bad service

This place automatically gets five stars because they have a loft, and lofts are cool. The entire staff is competent, especially David, hes so cool. this place is filled with good vibes and would definitely recommend.

Employees go above and beyond for you and its really nice to have them here in hoboken. Look it’s a JackRabbit so obviously their inventory is great, but the guy “helping” me after running on the treadmill to figure out what shoe to get was the textbook example of an incompetent. He didn’t even tell me what to do and walked away aimlessly. Then when I stopped and told him it’s his job to analyze this for me, he was clueless and said “well you know any of these shoes will be ok”. Way to do your job dude!

I had the best experience shopping at JackRabbit. The employees are very knowledgeable and not pushy. They made sure I took my time when making my decision for a new pair of shoes. They were also able to help convert my eGiftCard to an in-store so I can complete my purchase. Thank you!

I stopped by JackRabbit after dealing with a strain in my foot to get their opinion on my sneakers and symptoms. Their staff was super accommodating and knowledgeable without trying to upsell. I recommend visiting if you’re unsure of the best shoe for you and/or just need a recommendation!

Great customer experience with Dana. Unfortunately came close to closing time which, Im sure Dana was happy to get me off her back otherwise, Id keep talking to her for hours. Shoe fitting experience was great, staff was professional and courteous, better than the Union Square store but we all know how some New Yorkers get. Store has everything you might need from shoes to socks to injury prevention. If anything, you can stop by for your gait analysis which is helpful and its location is ideal for anyone between Jersey City and New York.

Great store. If your are definitely going to buy new shoes.. this place is perfect. The guy there dieled me in for exactly what I was looking for. And I was grateful for that cause I did my research on line and then he made it happen for me. Good, pleasant, knowledgeable people at this store on Washington. Shoes are expensive now-a-days so it was just good to see someone who cares about what they do/sell,, especially when a shoe investment is like a corolla payment.Great shop. This store is awesome! I came limping in because of what I found out was bad running shoes for me and I came out with an ear to ear grin! After my gait analysis and a sizing several shoes were tried on - and a winner was found! I was able to try running in them all on their treadmill and with the pair I got there was zero pain! The guy also consulted me on how to heal my shins from correct stretching to ice water and compression socks. This morning I tested out my new feet for a 2 mile run and ZERO pain and all smiles! I literally cant wait to go back to throw down more money with them! It is beyond worth the trip!

Drove from Bayonne to find a good pair of running shoes and I was not disappointed. When you walk in they have you get on the treadmill to see your running habits and help you select pair of shoes accordingly. The entire staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and above all patient. Luis brought multiple pairs of shoes out from the back for myself as well as my wife.

The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. The shoe selection is decent, and the accessory and apparel selection is good. You can have your pronation tested in store. Were definitely coming back, this time for my next pair.
