Like layout and is great if your not gonna order whatever you need online. Take advantage of savings on app or if first time customer. Wide range of products and customers should find what they need. Maybe even something better!

Went there to buy a radiator. Paid cash, in case. Said it wasnt available till the next day. Thats good. Left there and went to Napa, in stock for $120 less. At least I got the $230 back right away. Guess I will only be able to make the right decisions with Napa.

I used to always come here for parts and service since I moved to Martin County in 2015. That had changed over the past year or so. Customer service at this location went from an 8 to about a 1.5. 1 of the 2 employees I used to always get help from is no longer at this location and when I try to wait on the gentleman I know is knowledgeable, hes doing multiple things at once (not his fault, everyone is relying on him it seems!). I refuse to go to this location anymore and I go to get fast and friendly service from the employees at AutoZone down the street. Lastly, anyone with a braincell should know that in order to test a car battery you have to disconnect at least 1 side of the terminals on it. Apparently a few workers at this store dont know this!

My husband needed a new battery for his GMC Sierra. We drove to Advance Auto in Hobe Sound and shut the truck off. Unfortunately, it did not start back up. A very nice man named Anthony Soldo helped us. He went above and beyond anyone I have ever encountered at an auto parts store. He tried jumping the truck first with his own car, then tried with two other jumping devices. Nothing worked, but he gave it his best try. we ended up getting the truck towed, but thats okay. We thank Anthony for being so kind to us that day. We will continue to shop this store in the future and its all because of Anthony.Thank you Anthony Soldo

The problem with most companies is their Costomer Service and this trip was no exception I went in to get 2 pair of windshield wipers worth over $140.00 there were two gentlemen ahead of me at the counter waiting for one of the three employees to come out from behind the racks in back and stop telling jokes, 10 minutes went by no service so I put the wipers on the counter and told the gentleman to let the Staff know they lost my business forever...
