Went in for three piercings, both my lobes, and an industrial. Emily? (I think thats who helped me) was very polite and professional. The shop was clean, and the studs I got for my lobes were sterilized before we got started. Emily answered my questions about if the industrial could be done, and when the shop didnt have a long enough bar for my ear, she ordered one. She made this otherwise nervous persons visit a delight. I will definitely be returning when the bar gets in, and if I want further work done.

Ive gotten two piercings here and Im not very pleased with the outcomes. The first time i came in i got snake bites and while the swelling was coming down i started to realize that it was a little off set. Ok no big deal that may go away right? While those were still healing and kinda swollen i came in to get my septum done. I immediately noticed that it was crooked. I commented on it and the lady that pierced me said that all i had to do was push it to the side and it would be fine. I did this and wow nothing happened. She refused to acknowledge any questions i had the remainder of the transaction. Now that the swelling has gone down on all three, the snake bites are noticeably offset and so is the septum. Again not at all pleased and i will not be coming back.

I love this store. I can plan my next piercing desire, replace a missing ball, or change my look with new rings or studs. The store is large, open, and clean. I always feel safe and in good hands with experienced staff. Never any pressure to add or purchase something I dont want. The prices are the same as everyone else with lots to choose from. Highly recommended for any piercing needs, small or large.

Absolutely amazing staff and the owner is the bomb . com! She is so rad and makes you feel very comfortable in getting any type of piercing. Shes the only person Ive ever gone to.... After my first ear piercings at CLARIES... And Ill never go back. She has an amazing layout and her aesthitic is to die for! Rad lady with awesome kids and an awesome husband too. Youll catch them around from time to time. Ive gotten 5 piercings from her and theyve all been perfect. Cant even express my full gratitude!

Very experienced, clean, and wonderful staff. Felt very taken care of, the piercings look great. They made sure that the size was right to allow for swelling, and saw first hand that the jewelry was sensitized properly. Was a little more expensive then the typical shop but it was way worth it. Will go back again for any piercings!

Very friendly, nice staff, atmosphere, but disappointed with ordering jewelry. I ordered a nose hoop weeks ago and just keep being told it will be here at the end of the next week and it’s still not here. Just kind of unprofessional in my opinion and seems as though it’s not really a big deal. I would have ordered elsewhere had I read the reviews first. Wouldn’t recommend ordering jewelry from here.

Was going to take my daughter here to get her ears pierced, turns out they are closed on Monday. today is her birthday, 08-08-16. she was born on 08-08-08, today she is 8 years old...the golden birthday. I thought getting her ears pierced would be a great bday present. but this place and ALL piercing salons are closed on Monday. great way to lose business, just like they have lost mine.

Very friendly and nice in person. Absolutely horrible communication.I ordered and paid for a hoop and was told it would be in soon, as well as ordering a post. I waited three weeks before calling since I was told the order would probably come either the next week or the week after and I had left my number on two separate order sheets. I left my number again so they could call me when they knew if they had my order yet. No call back. Stopped by a week after that after work. Didn’t have my order, but I left my number again so the person in charge of the order could call me to give me an eta. No call. Called again a week later to complain about never being called back because it was a month and half of never getting any information. Two months after I placed the order I got a call back for the first time and was told my order would probably arrive on one of a few days the next week and they would definitely call me because I left my number again. I did not get a call back any day that week either. The next Monday I left a message asking for a refund and left my number. Tuesday I left a message asking for a refund and left my number. Finally got a call back and was told my hoop was in. Stopped by a few days later to have it put it. I didn’t buy the post because I wasn’t told it came in and I was mad and honestly feeling petty.It’s clean, close to my work, and the staff is very friendly but I will never go here again. Too unprofessional.

The only piercing/body jewelry shop that I will ever go to. Their staff always remembers your face and such, and they are always happy to help with anything. They are definitely pros, and I would urge anyone who is getting a piercing to see them.

I went here to get my ears piercied for my 16th birthday, and they were amazing! The staff was great, and the place itself was very clean and nice! If I ever got another piercing, Id go back to them! It is definitely worth the $100 I spent for two piercings in each ear.

I’ve gotten pierced here before and it was great. But I came in one afternoon to get my belly button pierced and I got it done. Now a few months later I was looking at my belly button and they didn’t even pierce my belly button. I knew something was off and I took it out and it was above my actual belly button. I don’t think I’ll come back here again. It just shows inconsistency.

Ive always heard good things. But Ive also never been pierced here. I ordered a pair of gauges from the downtown store roughly at the end of January, I prepaid over the phone. The guy told me it would take about a month. So I waited... and waited, at least 6weeks. Hasnt heard back so I called, I was referred over to the Hillsborro store to the gal that does all the ordering. I stopped in and talked to her, she said the company they order from was taking forever and she would find out what was going on and call me. Never got a call. Finally April rolls around and I stop in again now trying to figure out why its taking 4months to place an order. The same gal I had been dealing with, without question returned my money and assured me that once the gauges arrived that she would call me and that they would be given to me free of charge because this was taking so long. Here it is now almost the end of July and I still havent heard anything. Glad she refunded my money though.
