I was a Tuffy customer for years. Great customer service here. No high pressure service,, everything is laid out in plain English of what to expect,, pricing and recommendations. Willing to go the extra mile and not overpriced at all. The service is great with a guarantee on their parts and labor. Based on their service and pricing, ATL is getting busier day by day (which is good). Based on this, best to call in and make an appointment for your car needs. Just wanted to share my experience and relay my thanks to the folks here. I’m traveling from NY to KS, and developed a tire issue on the highway. I just happened to pull off and find this shop. Some of the most friendly and professional folks I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond to get me back on my way. It’s nice to know there’s still honest, professional people out here taking care of other people.

I was desperate to get my a/c working again when I woke up early on a Saturday morning and started calling different auto shop mechanics, just to have it even looked at by most places was over almost $200 and I would have had to make an appointment for days later. However, I called ATL and spoke to a very friendly worker who said I could bring my car in to be looked at immediately. This place not only was professional and fast, but fixed my a/c for less than most places quoted me just to look at it! Now, I highly recommend this shop to anyone having auto problems! They were honest and didnt overcharge me, which is so rare when it comes to mechanic shops!

Staff is friendly. I had to wait three weeks for a tire however. I was told it was ordered in may and then it was on back order, then it didnt show up. Finally after the person that had supposedly ordered it quit I received my tire and stopped getting the run around. Hopefully now that that person is gone service has improved.

Tony was very polite, personable and professional! We talked like we had known each other for years! Excellent service! He also did a thorough check and told me some of the important maintenance that is needed with a price so that I can work each one into my budget. Everyone at the shop was so professional and kind. It felt like from the moment I stepped in until the moment I left, the team at ATL was really focused on provided a great experience. My oil change was fast and they went the extra mile to let me know a few other things that I might want to consider getting done in the future as I have a high-mileage car. There was no pressuring or up-selling.

I had a couple cars fixed at this place ATL car care. I wouldnt get your car fixed hereI had a Ford 150 was charged over $800 for new injector that didnt ever get done all the did was clean them and put them back in. I paid for a muffler and come to find out after selling the truck the man took it to mad hatter muffler and they said it was just taped not new that I paid for. I went to advanced auto myself and bought the muffler. They had this car for 3 months.The next truck was a Dodge ram v10 they had 2.5 months. I paid for a transmission flush didnt happen. I paid almost $1000 for them to replace both headlights, passenger side fender and a new dashboard. They finally got the headlights and the fender that was shipped to Tonys house. (Why I dont know) Dashboard never got ordered. The headlights and fender are sitting in the back seat of the truck never got done. When the GM came he told them to put mt truck on the lot and done touch it again. The GM had no idea that I paid Tony cash for the repairs.Tony appears to be a nice guy but more in likely he is lieing. My husband really trusted Tony and he got screwed. His car is still not fixed. Right now it is at another shop getting the headlights and fender put on for another $800. Between 2 different cars he paid over $3600 for very little work done. There is alot more but this has been long enough.

I thought tony was a good honest man. Went in for an oil change and was given a report on the vehicle. I was told the tie rod ends and sway bar and links needed replaced. Tony told me he would charge 225 to do those. I was under the full impression that he was to change my tie rod ends and sway bar/links. It turns out the only thing he changed was the links. Shady business! Wouldn’t recommend. I also have pictures and receipts.

I came in 4/24/2020 with my Nissan Sentra. I needed an oil change. I had a coupon from Groupon. However, it was only for semi-synthetic oil. The owner, Tony, informed me later that he gave me full synthetic because my car would’ve been damaged if I had used the semi-synthetic oil. He went beyond the call of duty. I am definitely going to make this place my oil car care spot. They are very honest people. Once again thank you Tony.

I called ATL and I was able to set the appointment for the next day. They were running a bit behind because one of the techs had a family emergency. The shop manager, Tony, was up front and honest. He apologized for the short delay and my car was still done in the promised time frame. I would definitely go back.While waiting I heard the Tony give an estimate to another customer who needed the idler pulley on their truck replaced. Tony advised him that he only needed to replace the pulley as they inspected the attached belt and it did not need to be replaced.I would most certainly recommend ATL.

I had a great experience this morning at ATL! Not only did they take excellent care of my Honda Accord, but Tony is a great guy who will really look out for you and your vehicle. There was no pushy sales for additional services, just great conversation while I waited. Hopefully we don’t have to come too often but whenever my wife or I need something for our cars, we will definitely be back. Thanks Tony and team!

Went there to get an oil change and they never put any oil back in the engine, I called twice and left messages and never returned my call

Dropped my truck off fully expecting to have to pay for a complete break job. They called and told me it was a minor fix instead of a complete job. I was very happy to find out the cost was going to be significantly less than I had plan. On top of that there timeliness and communication was excellent!!!

Replaced lifters on a 2007 expedition. Did a great job and was very timely and informative. Other minor items were brought to my attention which I had them fix while they had it in the shop. Tony Difilippo at the front counter was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again for car maintenance and repair.

ATL took way too long for repairs on our car and if my girlfriend didnt know her car the experience couldve been a disaster!They had her car for 4 days to change a water pump and timing belt.They changed the parts,left the antifreeze out,the car ran hot as we left their establishment and it was all I could do to keep my lady from losing her mind on their shop manager.I mean it was bad.She would on a scale 1/10,about a 2,Ive never seen her so irritated.
