Glenn is an amazing man. I am a senior executive in a multi-million dollar company, and I wish he worked for me. He went above and beyond to meet my office needs. Give this man a promotion.

Today my son called Taylor to see if they would support his Eagle Project by donating or discounting copies to be distributed to homes in the area for a toiletry drive benefiting refugee and homeless families in Aurora. Taylor and Chris were so helpful and donated all 950 copies! What a generous donation! Thank you for supporting our community, and this Eagle Scout project!

So I go in to buy an office chair for my daughter. I ask the manager to show me the chairs and she does. She shows me a pink one since my daughter is 9. Then they tell me it is out of stock and they cannot sell me the floor model. They say they can most likelyGet one by tomorrow. There is maybe 5 total people in the whole store and they are all using the shipping and printing section. The place looks like a graveyard and the shelves are bare. Instead of selling the floor model they suggested to me in the first place and replacing it tomorrow they stood fast about not selling the floor model I needed today. Policy is what it is but dumb choice for a struggling business.

I had a very good experience at the print shop today. I came in to print a few pages and they were having some difficulty with their equipment. Only two folks were working and one was tied down fixing things.They were very polite and easy to work with despite having had a stressful day. I appreciated the staffs attitude very much.

Much love to the crew at OfficeMax and especially the folks at the Printing Center for helping me put together some professional portfolios for a job interview. They were more than accommodating with my printing needs, and really helped me out. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and helping hand.

The print staff here isnt very friendly and can be unhelpful. I recommend the OfficeMax on Mayberry Dr for anyone wanting friendly print service and a quick print job

So I got to give it to the staff. Friendly and explained options, did it quickly. Hey man I needed some ink, I got in, got out, got a price match, and told about the great recycling waste program.

Terrible. If I am looking for something specific that I need right away, it never seems to be in stock, or there is terrible selection. The prices are high, the staff is so-so. Most of the things can be found cheaper online.

Bad Bad costumer service, I stopped by to print some post cards, the price was quoted wrong, the person working in the printing area quoted 20 cents a piece, he was not very friendly, he was trying to multitask while taking care of the phone and another client while other employees were just standing there doing nothing, once I got my receipt the price was at 59 cents a piece, when I came back and asked why he told me it was because they charge $4 to cut them, he never mentioned that at the beginning, I called the manager and let her know what happened, she apologized but didn’t seem eager to do anything about it.

The store is well organized, well supplied with a very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. The rewards program is a real bonus for additional savings.

Walked in 20 mins before they closed. The employees were very helpful and didnt rush me.

I have been to this place a handful of times and it just gets worse every time. The first time I went they printed the picture on the wrong paper then took fifteen minutes to get the right paper loaded. The next time it took them almost fourty five minutes to print four 18x24 photos. This last time I handed them the flash drive and the employee asked what pictures I wanted printed. So wonce I told him he proceeded to print them without asking what size or paper I wanted them on. Its odd because I havent had these problems at any other office Max store but this one is just terrible. It is horribly managed and staffed even worse. I will not be shopping here again.

Wow I went to this location 3 separate times to try and order some business cards. Each and every time i waited for what seemed like forever in there little make shift line system. Each and every time they took my info and said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before my cards would be ready. Each time they never ordered them. There doffs of a manager Russall was such a rude SOB I just walked out.Never again Office Max?; I couldnt even get some simple business cards made.You guys are a F N Joke!!!!!
