The staff is extremely patient and helpful. I had to make a number of changes to my order due to logistical circumstances and never once did I receive negative feedback from any of the employees. After visiting several shops, and feeling underwhelmed, I stopped at Elevation Cycles and the first person I met was Nadine. She approached immediately, and asked many important and engaging questions about what I was looking for and my body. I showed up on Saturday October 9th, early afternoon, and was able to get a tube replaced while I waited. Only took about 20 minutes from the time I got there until I was leaving. The individual that replaced the tube did not try to up sell me with buying a new tire even though I asked if current tire needed replaced. Was in and out in a very efficient amount of time. Elevation Cycles had the bike that I wanted in stock: Trek Checkpoint SL7. Whitney Tabaian of Elevation spent a lot of time explaining the unique features and functions of the bike. After my test ride she helped me select my accessories: pedals, gear bag, replacement tubes, and a Garmin Edge 830. She also assisted me in reserving a second bike for purchase once it arrives in December. Although the store was busy on Saturday, she never made me feel like she didnt have time to help me. She even helped me load the bike in my car.

Went in today for a fitting of my new road bike purchased at Elevation. I was assisted by Nadine. All I can say is “WOW”! She was amazing. She took the time to understand my needs by asking about my riding style, my overall flexibility, any aches and pains, etc. After multiple measurements, seat/handle bar adjustments, cleat adjustments uncovered by use of a laser, and other minor tweaks, I feel that I am ready to ride incredibly efficient and in perfect comfort. Nadine is a pure professional and I can’t recommend her enough!

I appreciate that they are willing to give me advice that is customized to my situation rather than telling me the same thing they tell everyone. The mechanics are great and very knowledgeable and—even more important—are willing to make great recommendations and referrals when they dont have the expertise or supplies to deal with something (looking at you, bizarre suspension and dropper-post issues). Overall, Ive always had a great experience at Elevation! (Plus, they sponsor the Hundo, which is awesome.)

Was experiencing shifting issues on my Trek Emonda and expected a service turnaround of 3-5 business days. Upon arrival the service tech slapped my bike on the gurney and performed immediate surgery. The bike shifts perfectly now and I was very impressed with the service and immediate attention I received. Elevation Cycles is by far the most helpful and personable bike store I know. I like having a knowledgeable staff so close to home. My 8 year old son is an avid bike rider, often riding with adult men on difficult trails. His skill and knowledge passed me up years ago. I really depend on a local bike shop with staff who are engaging and communicative with children as this is really his sport and he wants to be involved every step of the way. Additionally, as a mother and a nurse, I am 100% interested in safety. Staff at this location are quick to explain technical aspects to my boy. They also address all of my questions regarding safety. On our last visit, my 3 year old daughter was having a major meltdown, but the gentlemen helping us never once acted shocked or annoyed. He just told me to take my time and helped us get what we needed and out of there in record time. This patience with little people speaks volumes. My son will likely be a repeat customer for years as he is building relationships each time we visit. Thank you Elevation Cycles.

This was my first time at Elevation Cycles and was very impressed. I was a little hesitant as I have had issues with bike shops that had multiple locations and them feeling like a big corporate department store. But this shop felt just like the mom and pop shop I used to work at. I didnt catch the name of the guy that helped me but he was very knowledgeable and I genuinely felt as though he was there to help me find the best resolution to my problem as if he were working on his own bike rather than just another customer. Awesome first impression from this shop and it is now the only bike shop I will use.

Great selection of bikes and the service on the bicycles is great as well. As far as customer service and product knowledge - there is much to be desired. The young man who was helping me did not know anything about the products he was selling, he could not answer any of my questions. Didnt even really seem interested in selling me anything or being there at all; I seemed like more of a nuisance to him to be honest. Was going to buy a nice Burley trailer to go along with my new Trek Roscoe 8, but the young man didnt know about the product at hand and wasnt interested in referring me to someone who was.All in all I was expecting a lot more, considering all these other amazing reviews and the amount of money I spent here. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointing, I will only come back for the 5 years of free service. Its a shame, as I really enjoyed the shop itself. Id like to think I just got a new kid or something. Maybe things will be different when I come back for a service, but until then I will spend my money elsewhere.

This is my go to for tunes on my MTB. Their service department makes it easy to get in and get out. They usually dont have that long of wait times either for appointment booking.

I found a bad bottom bracket bearing on my yeti and didn’t have the right tools to press out and in the new bearings. Luckily I called Elevation cycles on Ash in Denver and they had the bearing in stock. When I went to pick up the bike they broke the little plastic compression sleeve and when I noticed it they said it was broken before... the piece wasn’t broken before but even if it was their solution was to not tell me about it and reassemble it with a broken part??? Bad business. They agreed to order me the part but I think they missed the point. You don’t put something together with broken parts and not even tell the customer or explain the situation and remedies... not good Elevation.

Came in w 3 bikes and left w all of them repaired in less than 15mins. Great service

I don’t find this store as exceptional as it use to be. I’ve read many recent reviews and I guess I’m disconnected with what is friendly these days. Nadine is the only rockstar in there. The staff is all knowledgeable but most of them come off as condescending. I’d prefer to support a smaller business like elevation, but there are so many options out there to just have a truck drop off what you need at your front door.

So, I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere, and Im so glad I found Elevation Cycles!They take pandemic restrictions very seriously, which I appreciated, and they provide super friendly, professional, and personal service. Nadine was my hero—I described what kind of bike I was looking for to her (Im basic when it comes to bikes, if it gets me from Point A to Point B, is a comfortable ride, and isnt too complex with the gears, Im happy), and she steered me directly to the selection of Trek bikes, which they luckily had in stock. I was able to do a test ride in the parking lot and immediately fell in love with a Trek FX-1, and Nadine got me set up with the accessories I needed.Overall, Elevation Cycles has a wide variety of bikes for most levels of cyclists, a great selection of accessories, a really good system for bike tune ups, and friendly, informative staff—Nadine really took the time to listen to my questions and talk through them with me. The people at this location (sales and service) are the least friendly people of any shop Ive been to recently, but man, do they know their stuff! I went to several other shops looking for a certain wheel, but the fastest anyone could get what I needed was a minimum of 3 months! These guys are all business and no smiles, but they got me the part I needed and it took a few minutes to get ordered and came in 2 day earlier than they said (which was a total of 5 days). These guys are the real deal. I was super impressed with the service and the fact that they under committed and overachieved. WOW! I dont live anywhere near here, but Ill be back in the future. ... just wish they didnt treat me like a guy they needed to rush in and out of their store.

Despite being very busy, everyone was exceptionally friendly and polite. Additionally, everyone who I interfaced with between dropping my bike off for service and picking it up seemed very knowledgeable. They also have a good system in place to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees during times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although I have not yet ridden extensively since the service was completed, I have encountered no issues, and initial observations indicate that my bike was expertly serviced. I will certainly return to Elevation Cycles for all of my bicycle needs.

Elevation Cycles has a very special culture that is centered on customer service that is simply unparalleled in the Denver metro area. Several purchases and service appointments later I continue to meet the staff members and all of them have been very helpful. You can go to bike shops that have very competent mechanics, or ones that are reasonably priced, or those that are truly honest. But if want all of the above, go to Elevation Cycles.When I dropped my bike off, my note to the lead mechanic at their Highlands Ranch shop read: “Do whatever you think it needs, not necessary to call”. Of course, he called anyway. Having the confidence in a business to be treated the way you would like to be treated is a rare commodity.

The service people are knowledgeable and friendly so when I bring my bikes in for service they are fixed right the first time. I appreciate that they stand behind their products by fixing issues as they come up and annually tune bikes purchased from there for the first 5 years of ownership. Keep up the great work!

I started my relationship with Elevation when I went to a competitor where the bike was purchased for some service & they told me it would be 3 weeks. Went over to Elevation & they repaired it the next day. Theyve been my bike shop since then. They do a great job for parts & service, even giving me advice when I do it myself or even straightening out the errors Ive made when trying DIY - & they will occasionally do small, quick jobs gratis. Their pricing is reasonable & their work is high quality.

This place has went down the tubes due to COVID. Not enough employees and make you wait outside for 30+ minutes. However their service and online system notifications are great to know when your bike repair is ready. I suggest they implement a full time employee outdoors to drop off and pick up bikes for service and eliminate long waits in the sun.

I bought my replacement bike after being hit buy a car a few weeks ago. The lady that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have earned themselves a lifetime customer. Great customer service as always. They are doing a great job of managing traffic with COVID-19 restrictions providing water and some shade for those waiting outside. I dropped my bike off an hour or so before close and I had a notification at closing time that my bike was ready to go.

Service was friendly and safety conscious. They built my daughter’s bike, let us know when it was ready, and even let her ride around. They were not pushy and worked with the bike until it was a perfect fit for her. She was a little in between sizes, but they did a fabulous job of making it a wonderful experience.

Came in on 5/10/2020 and needed help purchasing a bike after researching several models. I worked with Rob and Whitney who despite being neck deep in lines at the door, they still made me feel unrushed and like I was getting good, correct information. They answered my beginner questions with patience and they answered with several options each time. I came into this shop to buy some tubeless sealant and talked to Brandt for a few minutes about other bike stuff. The second time I came in, which was about two weeks after that, Brandt immediately addressed me by name and asked me how I was doing as if we had known each other forever. Most people nowadays see you and forget you in a matter of seconds so it was quite surprising to be remembered like that and people like him are hard to come buy. Team Elevation, keep Brandt there, he’s a good dude!

Called ten times and won’t answer the phone. Had to wait outside for 45mins in 95 degree weather to buy a tube. What if They didn’t have the tube that I was looking for I would have had to wait out there for nothing considering they won’t answer the phone. I know they’re not that busy because they only allow five people in the store at once. The mandate DOES NOT say you can only have five people in the store at once. Ridiculous!!! Hey elevation cycles did you do the same thing under Obama with the swine flu that killed 60 million people? I bet not. I will be ordering my tubes online next time.

Elevation Cycles is the best. Ive always appreciated their service department--very efficient and affordable. And though COVID has slowed everything down and I know they are slammed, they work super hard to meet everyones needs. With regard to sales and education and bike fitting, Nadine is THE BEST. I got lucky to get my Dream Bike recently and she was amazing throughout the whole process. Listened to what I was interested in, educated me and helped me figure out what were the most important components to me--and helped me find the PERFECT bike. She then provided the most in-depth and technically excellent fitting that Ive ever had! She is more knowledgeable and skilled in body mechanics and kinesiology than most physical therapists and orthopedists! I couldnt be more appreciative of my experience and highly recommend this shop!
