I would give it 5 stars but unless what u want is on sale, its overpriced. It has awesome smells though and great air fresheners, and lotions and creams. They should carry more candle holders, soap holders and definity more air fresheners holders, ones with night lights.I love their items though. Then aroma therapy items r so wonderful.

Gorgeous, large store with a large collection of all they offer. 3 tables, stacked 2 high of 50% off items with a huge selection as well. Friendly, helpful staff, outstanding prices and sales as well. Highly recommend!

Im never coming back to this store, one of the ladies was really rude to me, they had candles that you can smell, and I loved a few, when I asked if they had any that I could buy, she said no. immediately took the samples from my hands and told me she couldnt sale those to me because they were returns. If you are showing something to sale than you better have the product to sale. bad customer service

The employees are pretty nice. I feel like the products are over priced. They are well organized and well stocked.

There is a sign on the front of the building that says any returns no matter what no questions asked. i went up to the front to return a few items my daughter bought and they refused my return. i had my receipt but not the. refit card because she bought it on my friends card and they wouldn’t take the items back. a few minutes earlier there was another woman in the store returning 5 or more items and they took them graciously. the exchange took less than a minute and they wouldn’t take my items. the main issue was the sign on the front of the building was not accurate at all. i hope this problem doesn’t encounter anyone else. needless to say we have quite a few extra lotions due to this poor management.

Why do your hours say you’re open til 8 pm on Sunday, yet, I drive there and you aren’t open. Y’all need to update your hours!

The associates are awesome with the care they take in disinfecting everything, wearing masks, allowing only a small amount of customers in at a time, and other health related rules. They have hand sanitizer stations set up, and you can try out lots of different soaps at their sink. I washed my hands twice while I was in the store lol. Loved the $6 sale for the island collection! They are each unique and smell so good! Im going through them pretty quickly! They help to brighten my mood, being at home so much lately. I like this collection so much more than the new collection with Sunrise Sail, etc., which I found unremarkable and super faint-smelling to my nose. I wear tropical beach scents all year long. Beach is a state of mind!

The hours aren’t current for COVID, no one answers the phone and they just stare at you from inside if you show up when they are closed. There are no times posted on the window either. So, good luck finding a time they are open! I’ve waisted my time more than once at this location and refuse to keep trying. Ridiculous. Just pop out and tell the handful of folks outside when you open or hang up a sticky note for goodness sakes...it’s not hard!

So I never write bad reviews but I just wanted share... So a few weeks ago I went into this store and the staff was the worst and so beyond rude. I walk through the doors and the two teenagers were literally arguing about who was going to help... I didnt need help because I love this store but do not say stuff like that were customers can hear you. So as I am walking around looking at all the new candles there were two more girls on that side. One was beyond rude the other one was actually nice. You could tell she was very new. I asked the blonde headed girl if she was checking out since she was standing at a computer and no one was at the other registers and she rudely was like Umm no you can go to the other side and they can help you I am obviously doing something. OKAY girl! After standing there for awhile I finally checked out. I have NEVER been to a Bath and Body Works with staff that rude. TEENAGERS do not need to run a store front if they are going to be rude. I defiantly will not be returning to this store. I hate to be rude but if you are going to be in customer service you need to a little nicer.

This review is based on what I was told by Patty today. I was not happy with some of my items (smell was overpowering ), so I made an exchange. She told me, You cannot exchange these items again. Huh? What about the companys We just want you to love it! Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed promise? I was really take aback by the statement and feel like never going back.

Stopped by to fill up on plug refills.

I came in to buy my usual wall flower refills today. I had my coupon ready in my purse and while paying I was distracted by my children and forgot to give the gal my coupon. Once I swipt my card I realized and quickly pulled it out. She said she couldnt honor it because it was after my sale. I was puzzled because she clearly seen me pull it out, not to mention my 3 yr olds tantrum. I asked her to return it and ill rebuy. She said she couldnt. So I returned everything and left with time wasted and empty handed. Im a loyal customer and it felt like a slap in the face.

I took lotion out of my purse worth $6 and he asked me now where did I get that from assertively. I was like there is a camera right there to see if took it. Pick up after sale

Drove 30 minutes to visit this location because of SAS and as we all know different locations may have different things. I was excited until I actually started shopping because I felt so unwanted at this store. So many associates on the floor but theyre so busy catching up with each other and not being attentive to customers or maybe just me. I had to interrupt their conversation to get help and she act like I was a bother to her. Every question was followed by a short answer then she kept walking off. Im disappointed in the way I was treated. I will not return!!

Went shopping at this location after 3-4 months of them being closed / out of stock for their semi-annual clearance sale. What a joke! Anything on sale were only fragrances never heard of before including the pocket pacs, which they hiked the prices up on. I then told one of the team members about a bad recent experience I had on their online website. He replied, Well the website is run by a different company. Oh and the candles are by far not the Worlds best candles the wax is cheap, burns black soot into the air, which sticks to your walls and is a sheer waste of money. Will likely never shop this brand again!

Their scents are amazing! It has a wide variety, from pink lemonade, to Capricorn, to butter pecan, to anything else! Though some things, like the wall flowers, that can disperse scents while inserted into a wall outlet, are a bit expensive, about $20, everything else is a fair price. It really recommend this place if you want to smell amazing to your desire!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store can be a little overwhelming with all of the seasonal changes, but the staff not only seems to know where everything is, they seem to truly enjoy working in the store.

Bath & Body + White Barn so there is a wide candle selection as well. Very cool shopping area, can park and spend an afternoon. Movies, Barnes and Nobles, outdoor shopping and lots of restaurants.

Service people were great, but the stores smell is over welling with all the different fragrances. I could not get the smell of gingerbread out of my nose for two days. There should be a warning on the door🤣

I’ve been shopping at this location since it opened. I’ve always had a good experience, but Friday the 27, I’ve never had an employee ever be so rude to me and my mom ever. I was checking out and she loudly told me that my items weren’t apart of the sale, which I knew. After I told her yes I am aware, she rolled her eyes at me and looked at the women behind me and acted like I was so annoying. She had no idea the women behind me was my mother. Which my mother witnessed this whole thing taking place. It was time to pay and I had a coupon on my phone which she grabbed forcefully out of my hand, proceeded to cough ON MY PHONE, and get angry because I used hand sanitizer to clean it off when it was handed back. I paid, and at that point I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave. She then asked for my phone number, and I asked what it was for because I was busy getting her nasty germs off of my property, and her reply was, “ummmmm for your account???? *eyeroll.*” needless to say, I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I would rather drive the 35-40 minutes to any other location than go there. On the receipt, the cashier number is # 3154256 and had brown hair, middle aged, and absolutely no smile. Just be aware.

I shop at many Bath & Bodyworks around the metroplex, but was very disappointed with the service at this location. Had a coupon for a “free item up to $13.50” with any purchase. When I arrived at the cashier, she pointed out that on the reverse of the coupon, it specified “body care item.” After spending more time to find an item that met the specifications, one of my items did not have a scan tag and I was told I would have to get one with a price tag. I also had two breakable items and I had to specifically ask that they be wrapped in paper to minimize possible breakage. Upon completion of the order, the cashier immediately turned to another employee without bothering to thank me for my purchase. This is not the level of service I have come to expect from this company.
