I hired 1/2 Price Movers to move a large piece of exercise equipment from my parents residence to my new residence (about an hour from one another in NJ). From start to finish working with 1/2 Price Movers was a great experience. I spoke with Linda to get a quote and schedule the job. She was a doll - extremely friendly and efficient. The guys who showed up (unfortunately I did not get their names) were hilarious, extremely nice, and very considerate of the interior of my house. Most importantly, they really were about 1/2 price from the quotes I was getting from other companies. I would recommend without hesitation. In fact, I just did to a friend who is moving. Great job guys.

Holy s***t! Hes running with while carrying that couch! Yes, this really happened on 9/30. Never have I had such a pleasant time moving before. Steven and his crew were fast and friendly. Utilized 1/2 Price Movers today and they exceeded my familys expectations. Vinnie made sure that I communicate expectations up front as he was able to filter it to his crew upon arrival. I just used half Price movers to move my apartment in New Jersey. Derrick Steve and Ronaldo were amazing. Derrick, Vinny, Luis and Tim were great the day of my move on Sunday. It was a rainy Memorial Day weekend and all were in great spirits and extremely helpful. I had to find a moving company to move my senior mother from her 55 and older community to a new 55 an older community closer to me. I hadn’t moved in ages and didn’t have any idea of what company to use. I googled this company and after seeing all of the great reviews I got a price that was average and decided to book them.4 guys arrived with a clean, newish truck right on time the day of the move. Steve, Ricardo, Derrick, and Tim all showed up and were extremely personable, professional, and just overall super pleasant to work with. They wrapped all of the furniture great and loaded everything carefully. My mom was also super pleased with everything and she is extremely hard to please. Lol.I really can’t say enough good stuff about this company and the 4 great guys that did our move. I obviously would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a mover. A++++

We could not have asked for kinder, more careful or more professional movers. When you hear 1/2 price in the name you may be inclined to think youll compromise on service, but this is not the case at all - in fact they are better than other movers Ive used. Danny, John C., Travis and Alex were a pleasure to work with from the moment they arrived and they were with us until we were 100% happy. I hope we never have to move again but if I do, they will be the only movers I call. Even our dog loved them!

Called to get a quote and they want you to call when your already packed to give them an inventory. 1st of all by that time I may not get the moving date I need. And 2nd of all you should have nicer people answer the phone in your New Jersey location. You lost a customer and I give reviews all over the web. Next time maybe give quotes like all the other moving companies seem to do.
