Great service department. They go above and don’t ask in return. I’ve been there twice: the first time they fixed my rattling window for free during my routine checkup. Today I went there because I could not finish installing my hitch receiver, they helped me put the last two screws and didn’t charge me anything. I liked that very much and will return to their service department for more business.

Avoid this place at all cost. I bought a Certified Preowned TDI from Mueller. I had an check engine light so I bought it in on warranty. They told me that the EGT sensor was bad but I had to pay for the repair because rodents chewed thru the wiring(Ive never had this happen on a car ever) . I couldnt believe that they were going to make me pay for this repair on a dieselgate car so I asked for the car to be returned to me. I found 2 wires obviously cut under the hood when I got the car home and the drivers seat had a tear in it. I called the manager and they backed everything the people at the service desk were telling me so I ended up bringing it to another VW dealership and they repaired everything under warranty as they should have. I will never do business with this dealer again.

David just called me now(4 days after) saying they cant find a car and they will refund my 500 back.How unprofessional can they be ?Do not do business with this dealership .

Homin is nothing short of AWESOME. We were heading out of state on a road trip when we felt the car shaking at highway speeds. We were close by the dealer and took it in (Sat 8:30am). Came in to look at used Atlas. Yaroslav was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the features and showing the car. We were very interested in buying it. However, when it came to agreeing on the price and other features, there was no interest shown from the management. All we got was I have no power to negotiate from Yaroslav, and nothing from the manager (who supposedly had those powers). Dont know the managers name since he never even came out to introduce himself and try to negotiate (we were the only couple in the showroom, and he was sitting in the office next to Yaroslavs, chit-chatting with the other manager). Cant work out a deal if one of the parties clearly showing no interest in getting to an agreement. It seemed like they were just waiting for us to leave. Funny enough, the manager drove off the parking lot sooner than we did. I would love to be able to buy that car, but the manager didnt make it possible. Ended up going elsewhere.

AMAZING DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE, GREAT CARS!!I had visited 3 dealerships while searching for my next leased vehicle. I wasnt particularly interested in Volkswagen; I had leased a few BMWs before, and owned a few japanese brands, but never VW.Ray Sorge was extremely welcoming when I arrived at Muller VW, my 4th dealership. He showed me the many safety technologies within the full spectrum of VW cars, focusing in the Jetta and Passat models as I was considering a sedan. He patiently showed me all the trim levels, colors and equipment options, often going 30 to 45 minutes beyond the dealerships closing time with valuable test drives and technical information reviews.On my 3rd visit to Muller VW Ray introduced me to Randy Freeman, who would be the person to close the deal with. I mentioned my target price for a VW Jetta, and he went above and beyond in order to come close. We were very close in fact, but with an exterior color different from the one my wife and I had in mind (Black vs. Silver). I noticed that there was a silver Passat available in the lot, so I went back to Randy and asked if there was anything he could do to keep that Passat at the same monthly payment. He checked his numbers and came back with a positive answer. And this is how I leased a 2020 VW Passat, a beautiful and safe car that drives like a premium German sedan.Thank you Ray and Randy! Unfortunately the Costco Auto Program does not have any VW dealerships in the Milwaukee area, the closest being Muller Subaru and Volkswagen in Highland Park, a 75 mile drive.My car was totaled by a tire on the interstate so I was in a bit of a rush to buy a new car and driving almost 90 minutes each way to Muller was not in the cards for me, especially as I would not have a way to get the rental car back to Hertz back home if I had bought a vehicle.That being said, Sebastian P at Muller was great to deal with. He had no issues communicating with me via email--perfect as I spend a lot of my day in meetings and conference calls, making phone calls difficult--provided options and a level of care that you dont see these days at dealerships. I had to buy my new vehicle elsewhere because of the aforementioned distance, but would recommend Sebastian to anyone living closer to Highland Park!

This place has gone so down hill in recent years, I will never return. I’ve been bringing my car in for service for 10 years. In the past, the department was friendly and helpful. Now they’re rude and try to take advantage of the customer. I brought my car in recently to get it serviced. The woman who took care of me couldn’t bothered to be friendly. When I told her my issue, she simply said “well it’s going to be $130 to diagnose what’s wrong”. I asked why, and she gave me another rude response. In the 10 years I’ve been coming here, they’ve never charged me for pulling codes off my computer, which I know literally takes 3 minutes of work to do. I left, called the GM to complain, and he never returned my call. Clearly they don’t care about their customers, especially loyal customers. I took my car to a place in the city and they resolved my problem and it only cost me $25.

This is only for the service department.TL;DR: Brought in my car, having had the same problem before, they misdiagnosed even after I told them I dont believe it was the problem. Same problem, was going to bring it in again, but there seemed to be no recognition that they made a mistake nor ownership of their mistake.Edit (added commentary): Reading the negative reviews, it seems there is a problem within the service department.Part 1Bought a CPO in March from a different dealership, started misfiring intermittently and at low speeds/RPM. Because of those symptoms and having a jetta have a problem like this before, I knew it couldnt have been an electrical problem. Brought it to this dealership to get it fixed, told them the symptoms as well as reiterating that because of when the misfires were at (intermittent, weather dependent, and at low speeds), that it couldnt have been electrical. They claimed it was the spark plugs (an electrical problem) and they changed it out to test their theory. Worked for them (even though I kept reiterating its weather dependent as well). I told them, fine put the bad spark plugs in and Ill bring it to where I bought it. They said they cant put the bad spark plugs back. They told me this counted as maintenance and therefore the CPO warranty didnt cover it as well. Fine, whatever, working 2 jobs and going to school, I was going to be late for work, but my gut was telling me they were wrong.Part 2Again same problem within a month, misfiring at low speeds/RPM, but I waited for the check engine light turned on so they couldnt deny anything. I tried calling to make an appointment, which they didnt have until a couple weeks out. BUT what gives this a one star review was none of the recognition of that misdiagnosis or any ownership/responsibility for the problem. So not only am I out for paying for probably unnecessary maintenance this got me worried that theyd try to cover up the problem as another maintenance issue. So Im ending up taking off for work so I can go a week earlier to where I bought it. REGARDLESS, the issue I have is the misdiagnosis and the out of pocket costs that I incurred because of that.Message to manager: Im honestly very very willing to change my review if this can get taken care of in a reasonable manner

Our salesman, Yaroslav was very knowledgeable and polite. He took my wife and I through a very detailed test drive of a new 2019 Atlas. I appreciated his thorough explanation of all the features and also allowing us to focus on the driving feel and experience. My wife and I are very happy with the new Atlas and the purchase process was easy-going and friendly. If youre looking at a VW, go to Muller and ask for Yaroslav!

I was just in there looking to buy a Brand new Car for my son !! I was talking to a very nice sales person there, and told me he is going to get the sales manager, so 10 to 15 minutes later i was just waiting outside and i notice that there was a guy smoking a cigarette, 10 feet from the front door, and i was the only customer there at this time! as the sales person was talking to him and telling him i was waiting for him, he just stood there and finished smoking his cigarette!!! then finally came over to talk to me. Very Rude.

Truly incredible. From beginning to end Randy made the experience comfortable and straight-forward.
