I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. HOWEVER, my experience with Alyssa and Cameron was so rude! They sat on their phones as my mother and I browsed the store didn’t even greet us. Another customer came in and they welcome them so nicely... I had been in the store for atleast 5 mins. They had more than enough time to greet my mother and I.

Great Store, very busy, employees make sure everyone is waited on. They leave no one waiting. Fantastic place to shop in Hickory.WooHoo Journeys!!

Multiple times I have gone to Journeys just to look around and each time I decide to get something small like a wallet or socks and trying to check out only to have them push me aside and ring up other customers with more merchandise. I had to raise my voice to get them to ring me up finally! And I wrote them on Facebook about it only to get a reply about just ordering offline. So, basically they blew off my entire question. I will never stop here again nor will I recommend it.

Customer service is a joke in here. Its obvious these employees work off commission the way they dont get along and get jealous at each other. Crazy

Staff act as if they are more interested in talkign to each other and checking their phones than helping people.
