We had a wonderful experience fromChoosing the dresses to the day of the pictures. Wendy was our makeup Artist. She was awesome from the makeup to the hair to helping us with everything. The photographer was great. He was patient in creative. Again, overall we had a wonderful experience. It was great to see my daughter so happy! Would most definitely recommend.

Im sorry this person felt the need to post such a negative comment towards these wonderful women. Personally, I feel these women treated my family and I with much respect, consideration, and patience. Our appointment was meant for a week later than when we showed up. This was my error because I believed the dress session was for today. The same three women had helped us and explained everything very well. We were able to try on the dresses my child chose and no fees were ever charged. The woman who wrote this negative review was arguing with her daughter about the appointment time which seemed to be an error of communication between mother and child. Even with our error of timing, the women working here attempted to care for these clients first before they stormed off and then gave us a chance to come in. If I could give this store more than 5 stars for dealing with such difficult clients and still being so patient with us, I would.

They seem to be totally lost, they dont explain anything to you if you dont askOne attends you, then another one continues to serve you.You go by appointment and not even they know who has an appointment and who does not; and Before showing you the dresses or explaining how they work, they want to charge you a percentage by making you sign a contract ... They are more rabble than professionals ... I really dont recommend it!
