Went yesterday to get tire checked and said it would 2 1/2 hour wait. So I left. I came after work today and hours said 7-7. Picture was taken at 6:28 so guess they don’t go by hours either.

Ive used Walmart auto care at both Hewitt locations, and they always get the job done right. I tell my daughters to use Walmart for batteries, new tires, flat tires and oil changes, and that they can trust that theyll get good products & services at a great price.

Service was professional and friendly did a awesome job on the headlights.

Poor service that took entirely too long while the supervisor visited with guests. An oil change doesnt take a hour and a half, not including the wait time.

Mostly good experiences at this location. Ive had to replace my battery 3 times in one year, but they have always honored their warranty and taken care of me. Limited services are available here, but they work quickly. the waiting area leaves a bit to be desired so Id schedule a visit in conjunction with a shopping trip.

Active duty military trying to get to my next duty station safely. The whole crew helped us try to figure out which tire was low. They literally did every test in the book to try to help. Ronnie, Rene and the rest of the crew today were amazing! Thank you for your service

Had a blow out on my way to Fort Worth....went in for a new tire & the staff was very welcoming & friendly. They made me feel comfortable. I recommend this location...awesome people

Got a oil change breaks front and back inspection sticker all in 10 minutes great place two thumbs up.

Terrible. Put my tires in the wrong place. Twice. Almost had a accident. They left one of the bald tires on the front. That i needed replaced. My car shakes now. Tire out of balance. Dont go there

The employees that work are very nice and are willing to work with you, to do whatever it takes to get you in and out as fast as they can!!! .However the seem to always be short handed all the time!!

Im giving this a 3 strictly because of the people that checked us in and checked us out they were nice and friendly and very apologetic for it taking so long. It took four hours to get tires mounted on a Chevy 2500 HD pickup 2 wheel drive the equipment that the store had on Sun Valley Boulevard was poorly equipped to handle changing truck tires Tires. It took them over 45 minutes per tire to take the old tire off and put the new tire on because their equipment was passenger car tire equipment. Walmart needs to quit cutting corners on their service before you lose customers.

Took my car in to have them check tire pressure. Clinton was awesome, checked my tires, filled them, and didnt charge me!

Went to get some new tires and was there almost an hour and a half before I was told they didnt have the right size. Not the best experience but mistakes happen. Not a deal breaker as Ill be back for oil changes.

I paid for a higher price oil and they tried to screw me by putting the cheap oil in and I caught them. They didnt even apologize. Bad customer service. People watch them to make sure you get what you paid for!

Honestly I dont think Walmart cares about their customers at all. These two guys in the shop are walking around doing absolutely nothing and my vehicle is still sitting here after closing time. All I needed was a $20 oil change I have been waiting almost 2 hours now. What a crying shame!!!

In my experience, they are a little short handed. Granted this was just on time bad experience.

Went today to get an oil change, I had to ask the guy to check my oil because the guy at the desk was getting overwhelmed he was more concerned about getting everyone else taken care of but mines. When asked if the guy checked me in I stated no and shuck my head. I work in customer service and this horrible. I went today Saturday March 16,2019 at 400pm

The people who work there dont know anything about the job.

Guy was kind of pushy about selling me a tire and I ended up not getting one.
