We wanted to hire a local contractor to remodel our bathroom. We knew exactly what we wanted and how the end result should look. We called a couple of other local contractors who failed to show for estimates and failed to return calls. When my husband and I walked into Pacific Carpet & Tile Plus, we were immediately greeted with care and professionalism. We were able to schedule an estimate within the same week and demolition began shortly after. Mike was always just a text or phone call away; always very responsive to our questions and/or concerns. Scheduling was not always 100% perfect, but realistically what is? What I can tell you is Mike and his team are phenomenal to work with. They are professional, attentive, and they take much pride in their work. Mike has ensured our 100% satisfaction. We couldnt be more excited with the results of our bathroom. What a beautiful transformation! We absolutely love it and cant wait for our next project with Mike and his team.

I used Michael at Pacific Carpets once before when I re-carpeted my home. Michael and Jesse were both very helpful. I was unsatisfied with the way the carpet was put down along the stairs. Contacted initially through offerup recieved a quote for 1500 total then was told to go to the shop to set it up and price more than doubled.They seemed friendly but did not appreciate the bait and switch game. Really wished they would have worked out I prefer supporting our small locals.

I have had Pacific do the past 3 of my homes and I will not go anywhere else. Pricing is very competitive but above else the quality of work is above and beyond. They have finished all jobs on time and have very good communication. I even have had them come into a home where someone else did poor work and Pacific fixed all the issues I had and Michael did everything he could to help me out with the price knowing how much I just spent on a different company. Pacific Carpet and Tile are the best in the High Desert and I personally do not even check pricing on other companies anymore they are my first stop.

Pacific Carpet & Tile Plus was recommended to us by a friend who purchased materials from them and said they were very competitive. As we were planning a total replacement of tile and carpet in our home, we went to several local businesses. Roy, Michael, Jessica were all very helpful in helping us find just the right flooring (SPC Vinyl Plank). We were quoted for material only as I was going to do the demo and install myself (1600 sf). After discussion with Roy regarding Pacific Carpet & Tile doing the total job (demo, install and new baseboards), we decided to trust them and offered them the job. We were not disappointed. It did take a couple days to get the material, however, it didnt set back the project completion date too much. Our installer (Mariano) was FANTASTIC! Hes a true craftsman and does very meticulous work. He only expects the best from himself and is a diligent/hard worker as well as very personable. Michael was always available to take a phone call and was prompt in replying to text messages throughout the project whenever I had questions. Thank you Pacific Carpet & Tile for your services. Roy and Mike are great to work with. We did quartz countertops and they turned out beautiful. Installers are very nice and addressed all my concerns.

We were able to get an estimate and scheduled a starting date in just a couple of hours. Once the work started, it was expertly done. Our Project Manager (Rodger) was easily in reach and any problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. He made sure the project was on time and the work perfectly completed. We were really excited about looking and finding the perfect people to do the job. We walked in & we talked to Jessie who was so polite & very informative about things we had wanted. Two days later we met with Mike who did a walk through & gave us a plan on what was going to happen. I’ll be honest my husband & I just bought our first house & money was a little tight for a big budget. But mike worked with us & made my dream come true. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of work that Michael and his team did with my master bathroom. Michael worked with my wife to design and build the master bathroom of our dreams. Michael worked with us to come in right on budget.

Have no idea about their work quality but they never showed up for their estimate appointment. After waiting over an hour and getting excuses about one of the brothers being tied up, rescheduled for afternoon. 10 minutes before the 1 hour appointment window is up got a call saying they could not find the address on the GPS. They must be using flip phones without Google map. Gave specific directions and after 45 minutes still no show (coming from Bear Valley and going to Main St). Hopefully their work is much better than their unreliability.
