LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since theyve gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight), started tacking on their automatic warranties, and increased their prices across the board at all locations 🤬...but this was pretty good visit this time.Lines were not long, but typical at this location. If you see something you want here dont wait too long if it is a rare or newer vehicle. I drove an hour and a half and somebody beat me on something that just popped up yesterday. If you get the alerts from the website and include multiple locations you can occasionally find the ultimate come up.The guy at my check out was super cool and didnt try to nit pick every item. This location is rarely crowded so usually there will only be one or two people in line to check out. Dont forget to get the stock number or they wont let you check out. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific locations site. And you have to remember to tell them NO WARRANTY unless you want it because they automatically tack it on the price because they know most people wont know or will forget to ask.

Charged me for the wrong parts. Id rather not have a dispute if you could train your employees correctly. Also made me wear a mask, where do you think this is? San francisco? Bwahahaa. Its a shame this is our only option around here.

The one star is because they still let employees strip anything good before putting out for the public. They take B.S. photos and they strip before it goes out. Try Ebay! With the price of gas and your time to go out there. Trust me eBay might be your best bet. But if you need it today bite the bullet and head out there

Drive a little bit and go to victorville. These people will treat you bad, force you to buy their warranty and charge you more than other lkqs. I have been regularly to all other lkqs in 100 miles radius. This is by far the worst you will find

This is a very cool place. I never thought I would find myself at a place where you go with your own tool to take a part off of a car yourself to then go back and have it put on your car.A friend of mine kept telling me to go check the place out so one day I gave in and when only to find the $400 car part that I need it for my car and paid only $39 for it and it worked perfect! Its to (HOT) to open at 9:00 amBut they do. The websites showed the car had the parts I needed and I drove 100 miles 50 up and 50 back. Parts were goneThey should update the pictures they keep track of whats sold . A waste of my time 🥺.

I will never go to this place again... all they did was accuse me of stealing... but never found anything on my... they belittled me,, shamed me,, and MAID me fill like I was trash. Garbage. This place has no place in are Community they are not Allowed to treat people like this... This is a very bad place...

Dirty. ok im learning to DIY car projects. they have huge selection of cars. idk pricing but I felt 8 dollars for antenna plain type was high. but not to high I bought it. oh, I do have a complaint and removing a star. I didnt realize they charged me for warranty on my three items. You tell me ..antena 8.00 + 1.68wf a front turn light 35.00 plus $11 wf and a (1) stabilizer u shape bracket $28.65 + 5.00 w.f so 17.68 in warranty fees for things I took off car and whats warranty on these items!! They should have asked!? I did get all I needed to get car inspected and they all worked even the blinker.. so balls good just paid 1/3 more than should have.

Got my back window to my prius replaced for a fair price and they got it done in no time.

Its a salvage yard like most others its hot and dirty but what I seem to fail at understanding is why they cant rotate start times from the winter to the summer I understand in the winter while they dont open until 9 but in the summer its daylight by 6 and cool so if they opened it seven or eight people could get a lot of stuff done well its cool in the morning but again its the customers that have to deal with the heat in the summer so who cares surely not the owners

Horrible high prices,the parts are priced as if it was new,and other parts even higher prices than new.

The employees are easy to talk to and are funny as heck with the jokes and I would definitely be a repeat customer

Some little sawed-off dude tried to tell me to empty my pockets and lift up my shirt when I tried to leave. They dont tell you what cars have what types of engines so when you go to check and find out its the wrong one, they accuse you of stealing. Ridiculous, I work for my money and pay for my goods. Its ok. Lot of cars. But 3 stars because they charged me for a 90-day warranty on parts and lied and said it was mandatory to do so due to new company policy, even after I questioned the tacked on cost. A bit shiesty if you ask me.

Know the price for parts before going. I was purchasing a fuel pump, and they tried charging it as a fuel injection pump. They do this because the fuel injection pump is over $10 more. I spoke to the manager about it, and how other Pick Your Parts charge the part. He said hes been there for 13 years, and the other locations dont know what theyre doing. It wasnt until I questioned his knowledge of parts and called him out for overcharging customers, then he charged me correctly.LKQ please retrain your manager of 13 years and his staff on properly identifying car parts and charging customers appropriately.The pump I bought is found in the gas tank and has a float attached, which is why it should be charged as an electric fuel pump combo. A fuel injection pump will never have a float, is located near the engine, never in the gas tank, and are only used in diesel engines. I got the part from a 1991 Nissan 300ZX. Look at the pictures to see the difference.

Well I went to Best Price Auto Glass and thats the truth they are the best price only paid $180 everybody else wanted $250 on up I recommend you go there before anywhere else they are the cheapest Ive tried I looked around cant beat that

I love going here to get parts. They have a lot of cars lots of makes and models. And they dont charge to much for parts. Plus they have days with special deals like the a whole wheel barrel for $150 or half price days. I would highly recommend going here for second hand parts.

Sold my vehicle to LKQ give me a check that was spelled wrong so they wrote out a check go to their Bank Union Bank wont cash it coz Im not a customer good looking out LKQ so they told me to go to check cashing place Walmart wont cash it either I got to pay someone a lot of money to cash a check I should have sold it to the person I wanted to buy it

I went back to that place three times with the same car and they still would not take it in the end because they said something about the Cadillac converter being cut off but theres a cat on it because somebody cut the original Cadillac converter off of it and reweld it a aftermarket one they would not take it

This place doesnt accept the 40%. Is announced on the internet it shouldnt be calling lkq Pick-A-Part I drove from downtown LA all the way there just to find out that they did have the car that I need it but they didnt participate on the 40% this is not fair

Angel and Moises are always cool and polite. Cortez is always on point too with customer service. They never give me a hard time and always make you feel welcome. They know their inventory very well. No gimmicks and straight forward. Ill keep going back as long as those guys are there.

I had called before hand to get a quote on a pair of head lights they say 50$ for the pair i go get the parts come to go check out the total comes out 94$ and when i go to leave after checking out the security guard takes all the lights out of it and says there extra also I noticed if you call the different ones they give different quotes also the same one will give you a different quote on the same part at different times of the day

On 3/29/19 we bought a few different parts and when we got to the register Jonathan assisted us. As Jonathan was looking up some prices for the parts a Julio whom apparently works in the back started micro-managing Jonathan on what he was doing. Julio kept saying the panel we got was more money and was looking for something more to charge us. We were originally quoted 24 dollars and Julio called it a roof rack which it was not, for 31 dollars. Then he proceeded to watch and jump in on every part that Jonathan looked up. Talking in Spanish instead of English so we would not understand what was going on. When we finally got out of there they REALLY inspected our toolbox on our way out, but instead of assisting me to get out the door the security guy walked away as I struggled to shove the door open with the wheel barrow. Maybe I am old-fashioned or I was raised to respect customers/elderly but they would not open the door for me then they made the comment Too bad you didnt get the warranty. I have been to a lot of LKQs but this is really a bad way to treat people. I finally got thru the door and then one of the workers finally ran around to assist but it was too late. Just a note they didnt have any other customers at the door when I was trying to exit. Jonathan I really appreciate your help because you are an asset to their company for the great service you provided.

Place As expected. The price to enter went up to $3 dollars. But there parts prices are still not bad. Nice selection of parts also. Great place to save a few bucks on parts for sure.

Still the best place to get the best prices for auto parts. Once inside the office an employee will inspect your tool box for unwanted items. Then you pay $3.00 and sign your name for entrance to the yard. You then look for the vehicle you need parts for. Once you have located the vehicle and inspected the part(s) you need you can now start removing them. Assistance with heavy heavy items is available (with a truck) to bring them to the office. This place is open everyday and there is 40 percent off prices on holidays.

Best self-serve used auto parts yard in the High Desert Hesperia / Victorville / Apple Valley area. You can go on line and look and see the price on parts and also look at their vehicle inventory to see if they have the year and model of car truck van to get part off of. Just be sure to look and see when it was made available to know how much is missing from others that got there before you. Have bought lots of parts there over the years.

They are very unprofessional rude and not willing to help the customers even after I talk to the manager he was no help at all he was the worst manager ever I was returning or trying to return a part I gotten about a week . So because I didnt have my receipt he didnt want to give me my money back even though the part has the LKQ writing on it. Before I went in there I called the 800 number for the Pick-A-Part and the person that has spoken with said I did not need a receipt just talked to the manager and take your part with you. Which obviously is not true which I found out cuz the manager was giving me a very hard time he should be fired honestly he was not very helpful

The guy in the register had a very bad attitude seems like he’s doing a forced favor and hardly takes the money if he don’t like he’s work he should quit or work on different position, customers don’t have to deal with him I’m reporting this to his manager

What can you say it is a junkyard

Its a junkyard not clean not a place for social gathering but, my friend and I did find some great condition parts for our vehicles that would have cost us twice or even three times as much new. Word of advice wear steel toe boots and Jeans and long sleeve shirt you will get dirty and minor cuts and scratches.

Havent been to a wrecking yard in over 40 years. Didnt know they charge just to get in but three bucks is nothing. The yard its very well organized compared to what it was back then.
