Lived the quality meats offered. Such delicious Strip Steaks and Pork Chops too. Lean with little grizzlies or fat. So delicious

This store is great to shop at, it’s always clean filled with a lot of stuff and it’s big. I shop there frequently and recently was in the mood for a pot roast and bought this nice chuck roast. My pot roast came out fantastic, taste so good! Oh this location has plenty of parking as well!

Terrible customer service, do not shop here. Got masked shamed with extremely disrespectful tone from a bagging attendant because my mask wasnt all the way on my face. Totally understand its an LA County policy (although a dumb one), but this could have been handled in a more professional manner.

Unable to purchase beer in self checkout. The only item I wanted to purchase was the beer. Their so called express lanes had too many people waiting. I am over 21 by a mile. A managers override at the self checkout machine would have been nice. The other self checkout machines were not in use. The snotty Vons employee prevented my successful visit. A nice way for her to lose customers.

I had some issues when I placed an order for pickup. Once things were worked out, I was very satisfied with that experience.The employees were nice, and the store manager was helpful. The store is neat and clean. There were more than enough cashiers open so my wait inside the store was not too long while I was inside shopping. The store appeared to be stocked very well. I didnt notice any bare shelves and I found everything I needed.

Hitler was mild.. two entries and one is blocked with two employees to hold the people up from entering. There isnt even a line there forced everyone to go in the other one. I tried only to get sushi and got stupid comments on my forehead...

Well, due to our latest health challenges, I have to say it was near empty of shoppers. Shelves were stocked, produce & flowers plentiful. Staff were positive and helpful.So Vons how about something new, a Flower of the Month Club.Objective: Vons sells more flowers & other goods. Outcome: shoppers buy more flowers, share more flowers, add beauty in our South Bay lives (and keep the floral frm the trash bins).Creates increased shopper loyalty, appreciation & builds community, while Win:Win.Shoppers buy min $12-15 flowers 💐 4X, tracked using Vons Club card. When shopper has bought 4 they bring their receipt to Floral and redeem it for a bouquet ($12-15 value) of the selected flower of the month as a Shopper Appreciation gift from Vons Floral Dept.Try it with produce, too.Were in the Blue Zone for healthier lives, we would love something new & Beach Cities Health District will love, too. All Vons are not the same. The one in Hermosa Beach. the fifty dollars tri-tip scared me. But very good produce. Culture shock 😲 when I walked in. But everyone knows that act like a true gentleman. Always to command respect not demand it.

The supervisor her name is Liz and her assistant were very helpful on what we needed when comes to transactions and gettin cash for important things

I love this Vons! Clean and well stocked. Masks required for entry still and social distancing. I use the self checkout as the line really can get long. Just remember no alcohol at self check out. I watched a lady get really upset after scanning a ton of stuff then getting stuck. Ok they have AMAZING fruits and veggies. I personally always find plenty of ripe delicious buttery avocados here. And the produce guys are easy on the eyes what you can see of them anyway with the masks and all lol. Ok this Vons is also sporting a Starbucks so if you have a headache at the prospect of shopping get a coffee! I also love the floral department. I seem to really need fresh flowers these days. Cheers me right up. They also have beautiful orchids. This Vons also has an extensive alcohol section. I am not a drinker and I still love to look at the wine labels and they have a good selection of tequila which if I did have a drink thats what it would be a baby shot of some fine tequila. Geeze its been a year since I had any lolOk back to it. The bakery at this location ROCKS. Fresh bread, cakes and treats even gluten free is available in the special fridge section inside the bakery area.I sometimes get my dad treats. He loves everything I brought him from here.I think you will love this vons. Give it a go. Mayne I will see you there. Rather small, but the location is next to the beach. People there are really nice. Talking Manhattan Beach VONS here. Hermosa is bigger, but I know that less well.

My Wife was at the store today buying groceries for our family and unfortunately she had a horrible experience! A white old man approached my wife, started calling her names and harassing her. My wife walked away from the guy and the employees instead of helping her or calling the cops they started laughing at her making her extremely uncomfortable. I hope the GM will take care of this matter and band the guy from entering the store again so he doesnt do this to someone else. He is lucky I wasnt there!

Chose this location in particular because its a bigger Vons location and was able to find most of the things we were looking for. Unfortunately while at the deli counter, our service was pretty disappointing. I wanted 3 items, but after each item he would walk away and then looked annoyed when I called him back and asked for something else. He was even more visually annoyed when I asked for an item that hadnt been opened yet and he had to remove it from its packaging. While I understand our order was a little more complex due to this, I didnt appreciate how he made sure to show us how irritated he was because of it.

This is one of the longest standing grocery stores in Hermosa Beach. They have a wide variety of food in the store and all of the on floor workers are really nice and are happy to help you. The assistant manager, Chella is also really nice and approachable if you need help with anything. Glen is also a great customer service clerk!The happiness of the workers especially applies for the Deli Department, where all of the individuals working there are being paid minimum wage. They all try their best to fulfill their duties and job to make their customers happy, for next to nothing in terms of a wage. They are a pleasure to talk too as they are all super friendly. You can see how they operate as a team with one another and how they are all friends. It was a pleasure working with them.The Store Manager on the other hand is incredibly rude and doesnt care about his workers, he is nothing like Jeff. When Jeff was the store manager, I would see him check on the well being of his workers. He was super friendly and approachable. Ian on the other hand seems only to care about himself and the other managers. He could really care less about me when I worked there. (A full time college student, Eagle Scout, and a volunteer Peer Leader/Catechist at my church)

Not 24 hours. They shut down their registers for computer updates at 1am, exactly the time all of the managers leave. Take the few extra minutes to go to Ralphs.. if it is 24 hours, why wouldnt they schedule these updates for 4am when there is likely to be no one here? Standing in line with 10 others now.. just waiting.

Shop here quite frequently. I generally spend at least $300.00 or more. Shop for milk and actually leave with a cart full of necessities. I enjoy your staff always friendly and willing to offer assistance, casual conversation and a laugh or two.However. The Manager I believe her name is Paige. Not friendly. Has an attitude as if she is just there (at Vons) for a paycheck. No smiling. No greeting. No positive interaction with Customers. She Lacks Luster to be working with the Public. This is not the first encounter with her. Generally I dont rate unless I have something positive to say. However, someone needs to know who and how their Company is being portrayed in the Public Eye. She (Paige) was there last night when I shopped and again this morning. Still the same flat personality. She receives 1/2 of a ⭐. Maybe she should be behind d the scenes?

Im a loyal vons customer, I usually go to the one in between my job and home. But I was in the area and dropped in on this one. This vons set up is different but very nicely laid out. Though small you still feel like its a huge store.

Have always loved this store. Employees are helpful and nice BUT, they are now using deceptive advertising to lure you in.The one way aisles are painful as you have to navigate every aisle whether you need something there or not. Very time consuming. Still have GREAT produce.

Everything was great. Meat department looks good as in fresh.Prices were good.Produce had a large variety of organic and regular items and a selection. im happy with my purchase and felt i got my moneys worth. The checker was friendly.

I highly recommend the $3.50 breakfast burrito from the deli! Nen, the Sushi lady rocks, and checkout is always quick even if not always friendly. Signing up for a Vons card for free unlocks some fantastic deals too!

Always fully stocked in all departments and workers are willing to help.

Truly exceptionally caring, friendly and helpful people work here and you can feel it when you walk in the store. Store itself has a large variety of products, and even more if you order food to be delivered to your home. But why would you when you can feel welcome in person, no matter what you are wearing or your mood. Quick to open another check stand if lines start to form. Definitely 5 Stars!!

Im a local. They changed their hours several months ago. 5am to 2am. Get over it. It is not the stores fault that Google hasnt updated the info. Seriously, how many other grocery stores are you gonna find that are open till 2am anyway. Nice clean place with nice staff even at midnight.

Dont really like this Vons. Always crowded and constantly bump into people. Not spacious. They dont have much sale and majority of food is overpriced. They also had weird older manager with the accent / large frame man/.

Quite crowded but the check out was ok. Didnt know where to find the pie crust so that took awhile...

Not a 24- hour grocery store. Went shopping at 1 am and was told by Zoran that I could not buy anything, after I had filled my cart. . Dont believe the hours posted. I will go to Trader Joes tomorrow instead. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Large full service, mid market grocery store. This location is convenient with multiple parking lot entrances and a beautiful vista looking downhill to the beach. I like the deli area.

I like this vons because people are not racist. They dont stare at me for being hispanic. The locals also are really nice. Expected different when I started working on the are. The shop is well stock and the workers always answer your questions. They also have a starbucks inside which is nice. Over all I give this place a thumbs up.

Store manager is the nicest person I have ever met on this planet. I had a little problem and they came out to assist and everything went so smooth that i dont think Ill ever have a problem shopping here
