This place is constantly hiring incompetent young ppl that dont want to work or that close the store while working the night shift for several hours at a time when its a 24 hour store. These ppl working night shift here lately are the most incompetent, 2 younger guys in general. One of the guys, young white guy with glasses is sitting outside the store and said its been closed since 11pm because the other guy, colored guy with glasses/Nick didnt show up for his shift at 11pm so he closed the store(which wasnt locked) and he has been sitting outside guarding the store since 11pm instead of continuing working and making money as some of the more competent workers have done in the past, jist makes no sense to me. Sometimes ppl do have emergencies and need that 24hr store to be open especially if they live close to that store. Last time it was nick working and he just wasnt letting anyone in the store for 3 hours in his shift he kept telling ppl it was closed. As long as Ive lived here which is 20 yrs now this store has been 24hr store and unless there was an emergency that store has never closed. Find ppl that want to work and that want to take their jobs seriously because these younger workers DONT want to do their job!

Generally a great time. Cashiers will crack some jokes while ringing you up with a smile, but this new Danny devito guy need to be fired. Refused service because he had closing procedures when the store is open 24/7. Not once have I seen him with a smile, and wont even respond to have a good day. It wouldnt irritate me if it wasnt for the fact that its his job, and hes there quite a lot.

The woman cashier there right now definitely om drugs; and we witnessed her not allowing a customer to switch sodas 15 sec after walking out the door. He explained to her it taste bad and she told him to get out the store. Wow how does a place stay open like this?

I worked here with BJ for 4 years and it is always busy. The moment we would step out the door there would be a herd of kids parents and dogs. I enjoyed my time there and the various people I got to meet. It was a wonderful experience once your on a first name basis with the customer. It reminds me of an old bar and a show....... Cheers

The bread Box could be A great neighborhood store. There are so many loyal and amazing customers that I had the honor of getting to know. Unfortunately the upper management is the worst Ive seen. The district manager David Fugate, And his superiors have absolutely no care or concern for the hard working people they hire.

They have a large selection of snacks and drinks. They have Slush puppy machine! Who has o e of those machines anymore? The bread box does.

Horrible! Ive never left a bad review in my life. But, I was just at a gas station on Walton Ferry called the BreadBox. I filled my 32 oz. Drink up with orange soda paid the 99 cent for it and walked out the door and toward my car. I stuck my straw in the drink and took a sip It had an awful taste. I even took a second sip to make sure. I went back in the store (was only gone for 15 sec) and spoke to the cashier. I told her my drink taste awful and Id really like to swap it out for a different flavor or something. She said hold up. She went to the back then came back around front a min later. She said excuuusseeee me but the orange soda isnt out; Im not giving you a free drink. I said maam ok maybe it isnt out maybe the nozzle needs to be cleaned but it obviously has a bad taste to it. And I want to swap it for Sprite or something. This time loud enough for the whole store to hear she says I am not giving you a free drink. I said I dont want a free drink I paid 99 cents for one and I just want to leave with one. Then she goes Im not giving you another drink. I said ok just give me my money back. She said no, you bought that drink. I once again said maam it has a bad taste to it I only took a sip you can look at it and see its still filled all the way to the lid. Spilling over on it. She rudely told me to get out of the store she wasnt giving me a free drink. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a place in Hendersonville TN. She seemed to me like she was on drugs or something. I dont like judging people but thats how she looked and acted. I literally felt like calling the cops over 99 cents.

0 wasnt an option. Things have really gone down hill there the past few years. Last time I was in all lottery tickets were empty because their machine broke. Last time I tried to buy some food there for a trip we were taking (sandwiches and stuff) we found out down the road they were expired. I doubt they ever clean their coffee machine and is more expensive for gas then anyone down the road. Literally no reason to stop there unless you need last minute bottle of coke or something

Their idea of good business is raising prices to match the competition.When you would think having best prices would mean being lower than the rest.

I’m never going to this store again!! I used to always get my gas here, never had a problem before. I walked into the store yesterday and as soon as I walked into the store this employee yelled at me “We don’t serve your kind here!” I didn’t mind it because I am a Caucasian woman, but it was extremely unsettling and uncomfortable. I think he was on drugs because he seemed off. Needless to say, I was creeped out and I will make sure me and my friends never come to this store again.

I used to work for GPM as assistant manager with my former manager BJ Dodge a beautiful person inside and out, most of the employees were loyal and I enjoyed working with the people I had on my team, God Rest In Peace BJ and Ms.Liz loved and admired you both

I love it cause I know every one abd they are nice I have never had one get an addatude with me.

I was told I could not purchase lottery tickets since I had my son with me. The cashier said it was against the law since I asked out loud to myself which one I should get. I thought she was joking but she said since I asked out loud with my child that I was not allowed to get tickets. Obviously they do not know the law and they lost a customer.

It is a nice convenience store with an nice staff!
