Need to have more than 1 regular register open. Not everyone can do scan and go.

No matter when I get to this location: on time, late, or early, I have to wait to get my groceries! Even when Ive been the only car, no 1 checks to see if I need help checking in or whats the hold up. I appreciate this service being available, but whats the point of picking a time slot if the store brings it out whenever their ready! If you are understaffed then dont accept so many orders that customer service goes down!

Well organized staff but always busy. So of your looking for something popular get here in the morning. I believe they stock from midnight till 5am and things go fast. Customer service folks are great here.

Stood in the one line they had open in the entire store for over 30 minutes. Even though the line was massive, they made no attempt to open any additional lines. Totally ridiculous if you ask me. Walmart can do better than this.

When you ask a young capable manager to have someone put a case of water in your car, and he acts as if he is gonna find someone. My register guy offered, but manager told him no. When he finally sees me standing there waiting, he says oh he is outside waiting on you. Where? There was NO WALMART employee outside waiting for me. I sat out there for a while before asking a stranger.

One check out open. I DO NOT go thru self check out. I dont work for Walmart if they gave you an incentive like even 2% off. But you scan bag your own items. To me that is putting people out of work. Just like self serve gas. Years ago you pulled into a gas station n they pumped your gas cleaned your window. But if you did self serve the gas was a few cents cheaper per gallon.

Hardly any product on shelf. Lot always trashed. Fruit all full of nats. Just gone down hill in the last 3 or 4 months. Management need to address problems. Or it just gets worst.

Busy Walmart. Had to park way out from the store. Clean inside the store in a fairly nice area.

The service center staff were so kind and efficient.

Easy in and easy out. My biggest suggestion would be having more cashiers available on Saturdays.

My wife and I were on vacation and needed a couple items. We were power shopping and the associates we asked for directions to the items we needed were friendly and on point with getting is to the exact area we needed.

Never enough help.long lines. Not enough handicap parking

I went to Walmart pharmacy to fill a prescription. The pharmacy associates are always friendly and very efficient. They had my prescription ready in ten minutes!

Its not hard too find what you need. There are employees that are glad to help you out and signs that label the areas around the store

I usually dont go to this Walmart but I went to pick up an order and in the past I wasnt treated very well so I quit going. The lady that brought my pick up order was wonderful! I will post her first name as soon as I can get it. She deserves recognition.

A good Walmart, it is much bigger than the one where we live so it has way more interesting items, and the shoppers and staff were very nice and friendly. The staff working were very nice and the layout of the store was simple and easy to find what I needed. It was a good experience and with reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming here shopping again

We enjoy Walmarts curb side pickup feature. Always a breeze to do grocery shopping that way.

Did the online order pick up. Got home and noticed a very large cut across the entire middle of cheese bag from when I assume is a box cutters doing..it’s a miracle all of the cheese didn’t fall out. HOW DARE YOU GIVE ME THIS!!!

Its a Walmart in the midst of widespread shortstaffing. Dont expect much.

They have good items and some friendly people they need more people working in the checkout areas andmore people to help others that are needing to find items

This location is my favorite because they are always friendly, I dont have to wait in a long line at customer service. They always seem well staffed.

Okay place to shop. If u see a worker on there cell phone. In if u need help with anythingGet in there bubble? If not they want even acknowledge that your there. Or find a store Phone pick up and press 7 thats store Intercom system. And make sure you say it loud enough for everyone to here it a d who you asked for help and didnt get help.

This is the best Walmart around. The layout of the store, the selection of products, and the employees being more helpful than many other Walmarts in the area- that makes the difference! I get my medicine, glasses, groceries, household goods, etc. all from this location. Grateful to not have to rely on a “bad” Walmarts for our daily needs.

Im buying 4 new tires on 3/31/2021 at Hendersonville TN. Location I checked in at 1:30 PMI told the worker employee that I will have to go work soon at 3:30PM & my car still park in the parking lot.I ask auto department employee man how long it will take? He told me 1hour 30minutesThe service is very slow 🐌 its been 1.5+ hour & nobody is even working on my car.I dont know who is managing the auto department is doing horrible work not acceptable.I cannot go to work on time makes me lose money.Time is money & money is time to me.I see 3 bays are EMPTY & the auto technician are walking around collecting free time money.The bay should not be empty when you have customers are waiting in line for service to be completed. People have life to move on, If the auto employee not perform the speed of business standard, they should not be working at WALMART.All work have time frame per job tire change should take 15mins to 30minutes maximum. I changed my tires regularly at different car-shop I driving for RideShare service. I racked up 150 milse to 200+ miles per days for 6/7 working all year driving.I know how long it takes to change tires & 3+ hoursIs unacceptable for business standard.Kindly thank you.

Went to this Walmart in Hendersonville TN for my covid-19 Moderna Vaccine! This review is on the vaccine process only. Process from start to finish was easy, clean, and efficient.Signed up a week prior online. The website was easy to use. Checked in at the pharmacy, the technician checking me in was polite and thorough. Checked my ID, checked my badge as proof (healthcare worker), and insurance cards. After I was checked in, I walked to the area for vaccines. It was clean, they had distance safe chairs set up inside the waiting area and the pharmacist giving shots had a separate area that was screened off for privacy. After each shot, they went ahead and scheduled us for our follow up shot and they asked everyone to wait 15 minutes to make sure no one had a reaction.

Dropped off my son in law to be, hes a night manager and he Loves my Daughter!They had my first Grand(DAUGHTER, GIANA.)

This is a large Walmart with tons of variety and options stocked. Staff was friendly and the store was clean.

I went on July 3rd. The store looks nice and all, but it is probably the hardest place I have been to maintain social distancing. Many people are still not wearing masks either. Its not going away if we dont stop spreading it around folks. We are still a long time from a vaccine. Be part of the solution.

Well if you have WIC you can’t check out during bad weather because they use satellites. Just went through today and tried to pay with my debit card and it instantly declined it once inserted. There is no problems with my card or acct, I went to Penn Station when I left and my card worked just fine. So I paid with the cash that I didn’t even want to use. Then the machine wouldn’t dispense my $0.87. So a CSR came over and needed to get 4 other people involved and I had to stand there for 10mins just waiting on change. I wanted to just leave because it wasn’t even a dollar but I’m also tired of letting Walmart screw me over. I’d give this location one star if the ladies that helped me weren’t so nice, but they were very kind and apologetic.

Customer support is always good. Its packed. But good. And they had horses out there.

The store appeared to be better stocked than some other Walmarts. The roads were quite congested which I find to be often true visiting this particular store. But the store itself was clean and I was able to find things that other stores had run out of. So this one, at least for this visit, seemed better than most.

Used pick up. Placed order and piced up next day. An over the counter drug was orderered in a 24 count pkg but was sold and charged for the higher count product. Called store....phone rang for over 3 minutes. Hung up. No way to contact except go to store and stand in line. A real inconvenience.

I had a much better experience at the Hendersonville location. They have a better selection of items, the staff are friendlier and the store is open and cleaner. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
