This is THE MOST professional grocery store Ive ever been to in my entire life!! Ive only recently visited Publix since our relocation to Tennessee, as they do not have those stores in Missouri. I also love Kroger, but I really, really love Publix. :) They have associates who will walk you to your car with your groceries. Ive never seen anything like that before. I also love how professional they are when conducting curbside orders. They ask if youd like your items placed a certain way in the trunk, and ask if youd like your trunk to be closed by them. I also appreciate that one associate includes a sales paper in our grocery bag whenever we do a curbside pickup order. Thats genius, since hes promoting the following weeks sale and inviting us back :) Love love love this store.

Parking lot, grocery carts, and floors are always impeccably clean. I say this because now it is uncommon in this stores competitors locations. Never have I found abandoned trash in the carts or filth on them. The staff is courteous and helpful when needed. A HUGE PLUS IS they keep their stock pulled forward throughout the day so that it is easily found. I do Instacart shopping so I have been yo many stores and finding stock easily and quickly without hassle is a huge help. And they dont have stock 7 feet high or so low to the floor I have to get down on my hands and knees to reach it (Kroger 🙄).

I get all the birthday cakes for coworkers from this bakery. Theyre always so gorgeous and delicious to boot!

I really love this Place. The shopping experience here far surpasses any other grocers. The customer service is outstanding and produce is always fresh. Keep being awesome!

For sure my favorite grocery store in town. Clean, bright, easy to find stuff. Always easy to find someone to help with an item if I have a question. They are usually quick to open an extra checkout to keep people from waiting too long. Actually live 3 minutes from another grocery store, but gladly will drive across town to get to Publix.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Clean store. I find that groceries overall, no matter where you shop, have gotten so expensive!

Bakery is fabulous! BOGO are always good. Produce is very fresh. Some of there items are priced higher than other supermarkets.

Got my covid shot here. I was in and out in about 20 minutes when everyone else was hours. I dont usually shop here because I think theyre prices are a unjustifiably high. But the people here are so dang nice its hard not to like them

Truly enjoy going here. Its extremely clean, very well stocked, great produce & everything is in stock unlike Walmart. Very pleasant employees & very helpful. Great sales also.

I love Publix. I wish they could get their prices down a little lower. It is okay when I am not having to watch my sometimes tight budget. 8 kids, 14 grandchildren does that to a budget.For the most part I willing to pay little extra for better quality.

The cashiers and staff are very friendly. The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked. They have a number of great produce and other items that you dont find in other places, and they always seem to be better quality. Yes, its somewhat more expensive to shop at Publix, but the difference is worth every penny.

Its an ok grocery, but honestly I think the Kroger down the road has a better deli.

Publix Super Markets prove that Customer Service never goes out of style. It is so nice to know there is a place you are welcomed with a smile and are treated like they want you as a return customer. This treatment is consistent in every Publix I enter. Should I remind you they have the best BOGOF sales? The chicken with wild rice soup on the soup bar is the best in town. One of my favorite treats is the Blue Bell chocolate and vanilla mini cups. The Publix price is lower than the stores that supposedly are their biggest competitors. Of course, my dream job would be a personal grocery shopper. This place is on my list!

Love love love Publix. Once you get used to brands they carry, and layout of store it is an awesome place to shop. Favorites include Boars head deli meats and cheeses, great quality meats in fresh meat section, and huge inventory of milk/cheese/dairy. Not the cheapest in town, but very easy to get in and out quick when you need to. Their BOGO deals are the best!!!!!

I walked the store a time or 2 looking for a item and couldnt find it. I asked some that stocking where it was, and he stopped what he was doing and walked me half across the store and pointed it out instead of just telling me an aisle number.

I really enjoy shopping at publix. Today I asked about a roast I had bought a couple months back. It was a sirloin tip and they are usually really tender, but this one wasnt. I mentioned this to Daniel and he apologized and offered to replace it. I was very glad they stood behind their products and made it right. Great customer service.

One of the worst and I mean worst customer service. If the baggers arent giving a smart mouth back comment to a customer request if bag specifications. Then its a cashier thinking its social hour while litterally people are standing in long lines. Its so unprofessional here. Really shocks me for a Publix.We started going back across the street to krogers.

Second time in three weeks I buy steaks that get brown and cheesey smelling days before their sell by date. Get it together Publix...about to stop shopping here if you cant get your dates right on your meat. Good way to make people sick.

Everyone says theyre 2 expensive but they just dont know how 2 use their resources, like their Extra Savings brochure along w/the weekly ad that has BOGO Free & other offerings! Plus, online they have other coupon resources that you can use & so much more! Their products are SO much better quality than other grocery stores! Not 2 mention, their Deli is uncomparable! LUV LUV LUV Publix & btw their Pharmacy is the BEST! They really know how 2 take care of you! Mike, the Pharmacist is a Godsend!

Love the seafood department

Our family are weekly regulars at this Publix for a large family and we have had several issues with the milk and yogurt being on the shelf that are a week or more past the expiration date. The first time shame on us for buying the milk/yogurt and not verifying the dates. Went back again recently and again they have stuff on their shelf’s that’s have expired by more than a few days. They are not good about refunding you either unless you have a receipt AND the bad product in hand.

You can expect supreme quality here in meat and produce. Well kept store appearance.

Huge shoutout to Blaise in the bakery for this PHENOMENAL cake! Yes we got a cake to celebrate our dogs birthdays lolAdorable and this was only $25. Always so impressed with the kindness, professionalism, and quality of Publix!

The people at this store are always super nice and helpful! This Publix bakery is also my go to place for cakes for any occasion as they never disappoint! Over the years Ive probably purchased 30+ cakes from them and theyve always been delicious and theyve never gotten my order wrong. I recommend this Publix and Bakery to all of my friends and family!

Bought two hot chicken sandwiches from the bakery. They were packed an hour earlier and had mold on the bread. I brought them back to customer service and they acted like they didnt see any.

Publix really knows how to make shopping a pleasure, and this location lives up to that as well. The staff is friendly, products are well-stocked, and the super market is squeaky clean. The entrance is a little different, with actual single entrance/exits doors and not the standard double sized automatic doors (had to turn a tight corner to exit, which caught me by surprise).

This place is awesome. Their selection of fruits & vegetables are terrific. Great brands on items other stores just do not carry. And employees are very kind. Ive never met one that wasnt helpful, courteous and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Oh, and the deli & fresh fish sections are also awesome.

They are still letting customers come in without masks on. I have seen it several times now. As a 7 month pregnant woman with high risk family members, this is very upsetting and makes me feel unsafe to shop in this store. Please remind customers it is a now a law and that they cannot come in without a mask or offer one to them.
