The people that are employed here are outstanding its obvious they love their job if there was more stars I would check them keep up the good work and for the the store its self JOANNS they have everything you could possibly need for your sewing projects and more.

Love Joanns! They always have what Im in need of and coupons to help. If they dont have it in store, their shipping is quick. I also love the option to purchase online and pick up in store. It makes the whole process so much quicker and convenient, especially during Covid times..

Typical craft store they mostly have foam and fabric supplies... so definitely not like a Michaels or AC MOORE, or Hobby Lobby.. very nice people that work there! They had a lot of clearance Items.. Clearance ⬅️ now thats speaking my language... although I didnt find something I desired or needed I passed.. I did find other things .. they have a small book section, So I took one home with me... Ive been wanting it for a long time and at 30 % off Yes I think so...

My first time in this Joann fabrics and crafts. Of course, it was packed w Christmas stuff but hey thats why I was there too! Seemed like there was a nice selection of items and many many sale items. I found what I was looking for and picked up my order too ( great convience). The cashier was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Always a plus!

The man at checkout was very nice and patient with us. I was with my boyfriends 10 yr old and we are working on percentages, so we stood there and figured out the discount on a sale item we bought. (There was no line.) The cashier was very pleasant and encouraging while we practiced our math. He even congratulated him on figuring it out and talked about how important math is in shopping. Very pleasant guy. Thanks!

Went for advice, was ask if someone could go ahead of me, I replied sure. Employee finished with them and I was forgotten about. Guess I was not worthy enough or from America. Wont go there again, maybe to Spartanburg to see if treated better. I had to be at Hospital and had plenty of time to get there. Thanks for nothing!

I love this store, and drive from SC to shop at the Henderson, NC store. Very good selection of all craft items.

Its a good local outdoor store. The inventory was low when I was there, but they said they were clearing out existing stock to make room for new stock coming in. They were having a very good sale that made for great deals on some things.

We love JoAnn fabrics. The selection of not only fabric but sewing and craft essentials as well as holiday decorations is always great and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Great sales, too!

Dont expect to be asked if you need help, and a lot if the inventory is out or place, but it is the only place in town to get new zippers and new fabric. So, sometimes you have to go. The staff that is there is friendly, but there are not very many of them, and they dont move quickly.

Wandered around easily for two hours trying to find 5 things. Instead of walking me to the items they just told me where it was near. Ive never been in this store before so I was confused. Everytime I looked for someone it took me at least 10 minutes to even find someone because everyone was on their phones or not paying attention. Very poor staff and not friendly at all. Should not have took two hours to find five items.

I love this place. Going to a fabric store is like going to a petting zoo for me. Sometimes I just have to go in and pet the fabric. LOL.

I am new to Sewing. Went there yesterday to buy fabric for a sewing project and no one helped. The excuse was that only 2 people were working the store and she couldnt go show me where the fabrics I needed were. She wasnt busy with customers, just on her phone. The young lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic - I will probably not go in the store again. They need more staff!

Very poor customer service and there is never any staff around to help. When you ask for help they seem put off that you requested assistance. In addition their inventory is slim at best. Who doesnt have a good range of zippers in a fabric store:(

Joann is good to have in Hendersonville. Average size and decent selection. Doesnt really compare with Michaels or Hobby Lobby, but then again, I would not want the traffic and additional building size taking over the land with those either.

This store has a lot of great items for a lot of different craft projects. The employees are very nice and helpful.

JoAnns is great for fabric, knitting and crafts of that nature but horrible for fine arts like painting and watercolor. Nonexistent inventory.

Joann fabrics is a chain craft store offering items for sewing, quilting, knitting, crochet, jewelry making and all sorts of craft projects. There are instructor led classes available for many Crafts too. However, the inventory is limited by the smaller size of the store.

Love going into these stores, I never want to leave

There was no store attendant when we came in the door, and we shopped for 30 mins before getting into line. Waited in line about 10 minutes before the Lady in front of me said I dont think anyone works here. Then we found a sign that says ring for cashier. The cashier finally came out and was upset because 7 people were in line waiting for her. There was 3 children running around all over the place. It was really a bad experience.

There wasnt a cashier at the counter & was a wait after I rang the bell. The item was a bit pricey but thats bc it cant be bought anywhere else.

I love the selection of yarn here as well as all other crafty things. Not a huge store, but it is surprising how much can fit in this little place
