Special shout-out to Kathy working Exchanges & Returns on October 24, 2021 around 1pm. Long story short, I had a complicated return and not only did she get it taken care of in a timely manner, but the entire time she was apologizing to me and never made me feel like I was a burden. Went to this store today to make a purchase and they wouldnt accept my check because I didnt have a history of writing checks there?? Talked with Teresa in guest services and let her know how I felt about this. I am a senior citizen with a good credit history in the world and have never had a check turned down before. There will be no more visits for me or any family members to this chain again.

Shoutout to the curbside order team!!! They are always so friendly and professional. My daughter just turned one, and they are always friendly and interacting with her lol She loves seeing the Target employees and so do my husband and I. I love how they take the time to wear masks and gloves too, during these difficult times. :)

I love Target! This one in particular! Management is great! The store is very clean and well kept! Sometimes things can be a little expensive but other times you can find things at prices that would blow your mind! I went nuts when I saw kitchen plates for .50 - .75 cents. Silverware bundle of 3 for 1.00. 😳😁

They had so many great items for dorm shopping and back-to-school deals. The prices were good and the items and quality are great.

IT WAS VERY EASY TO PICK UP MY ORDER.

STORE DOES NOT SUPPORT TRUCK DRIVERS! We bring the supplies to every store or business in this country but Target won’t even allow a truck driver to park overnight behind the store. Especially when there is all kinds of room and they aren’t blocking any loading docks or anything. Will not be shopping at this location or any Target in the future.

My daughter and I shop at all Targets. This location is one of our favorites. The employees work extremely hard to clean and stay COVID safe for all. They are friendly and not in a fake way which I appreciate. They have great music and it’s one of those locations that have everything you need and it’s one of the few that I have used the personal shopping service and loved it. As always, we will be back.

Thank you to friendly self check lady that could see I was struggling with my youngest to stay put. She offered stickers and suckers to help. She was extremely nice! Love the layout of the store and how well kept everything is maintained. Love us some Target!

Kathy was amazing. She worked diligently to resolve our return issue. Even when the help desk didn’t know how to fix the issue she continued to work on it and was able to find a fix!

I’ve always had great experiences here. The associates are helpful and kind. They’re quick to restock their items if I can’t find what I need during my trips. They always greet my toddler with a big smile and make him feel included. Store is well-kept, clean, and safe. I’m so happy I’ve had the opportunity to live next to such a quality team of helpers at my favorite store for so long!

Pickup was fast and easy

Crowded just a week before the christmas. The line up of all the gift potential items are very good. Should be able to find a lot of gift in here for everyone. Always cleaner place to shop for everyday needs.

Be wary of the delivery service. I wanted a specific item that showed in stock online at the store. The shopper was very courteous when he told me the item was not available and offered a more expensive option as an alternative. I had no choice but to agree. However, when I went to the same store location the following day, I had no trouble finding the less expensive item I originally requested. I was very disappointed. I was visiting family and did not have an opportunity to return the product as I am from out of town.

Teresa, Mindy, Austin went above and beyond to help me out today. They are an asset to the store.

I neither like or dislike Target, I worked for Target and then it was a horrible experience! I have worked in retail for over 40 years including Walmart and Target and at the time had no sense of caring for their employees! A very uncaring work environment! Maybe they have changed, maybe they care now about those who work for them! I work for one of their chief competitors, and as far as my experience goes it is so much better, so much so its been 32 years working for them!

Always great service here, 95% of the time its extremely clean. Only complaint is keep up to date with cds and have a larger selection. Not everybody uses there phone still.Other than that awesome clean and tidy place! Prices are great!

Pharmacy has top notch people!!! Can find almost everything I need there. Use Target debit card so get extra 5% off almost everything! On stuff I purchase, frequently get better prices than Kroger & Walmart. Lots of excellent sales & closeout items. Shelley, who has been in customer service for YEARS, has always been extremely helpful.

I love Target. Also it’s great for nursing mommas as they have a separate and private area for nursing. They have an arm chair and a little stool to keep all your stuff organized. It makes it very easy to go there and grab baby items without having to worry about where you’re going to feed your baby. Takes the stress off more companies and facilities should do this. I’m not comfortable in public but feeding my child in a restroom stall isn’t the best option!

My favorite target even though you can’t call to verify if an item is in stock, due to very long wait times it’s a beautiful store and nice staff.

Great target and a lot of targets do not keep their $1-$3 dollar section fully stocked but this place sure does! and lord knows most people go to target mainly for that. Also love the convenience of the starbucks and groceries! I can make ONE trip!

Target is great for most everything and some things you cant find at wal-Mart, even seems competitive with their prices; however, the cart- wheel- app is very hard to begin to use every time you shop. Moreover many employees dont know how to use it! The bad thing about not using it is youre losing lots of money...Target, please just give us the Cart wheel app discount!!

Went there and saw a crib on sale at 99.99 instead of 199.99. Check out and it rings at 199, I told them it was on sale so they sent someone to verify and the on sale sticker was gone!!! Unbelievable! Someone of their staff must have taken it off. And they made me feel like I was lying to get a crib half price. I tried everything but they would not believe me. I could have bought a thousand of those cribs but money not the issue, trust was. The camera would have shown someone pulling the on sale sticker but no way to read the price on it. Thanks for target and their great trust in their customer, rude staff.

Target of hendersonville is getting worse and worse.. corporate will receive a call today.. when a manager basically tells you are a liar about 2 diffrent products that they have you and are wrong! The people that fill drive up orders and do what they want. They cancelled your stuff . No option to ship or diffrent store just what they feel .

Good shopping experience today at Target. Not crazy considering it is Christmas. It was busy, but not crazy which is a good thing because most guys get drugged Target kicking and screaming! Found the Force awakens Star Wars DVD in 3D on sale for $25 which is a great price because it was 3D, Blu-ray, digital, and regular DVD. Plus it was a collectors edition which was awesome! The only bad thing about shopping at Target this time of year is the condition of the store where stuff is just laying on the floor in the clothes departments or things are just misplaced makes it difficult and somewhat annoying. But if you can Overlook all of that, then Target is the place for you

Service was great. Only complaint is that the womens bathroom needed cleaning. Only two stalls were clean enough to use.

Associates were fine and the aisles clean. However, we came here to pick up some shoes and the shelves were a mess. Nothing was organized, boxes were missing tops, online inventory didnt appear to match the stores inventory. I posted a picture on one of the shelves aisles.

Targets a little smaller than Wally World..So getting in and out is alot quicker.They are limited on what they have but I pretty much know that by heart...Just like the convenient of a speedy shopping trip...

Staff is always friendly, some of the clerks can be short but overall i do enjoy going to this target!

I love. To shop at target.

Aisles are tight if you are disable. Very hard to get up or down the aisles with all the freight carts. They had three or four carts in every other aisle and only one person working them. They could make it easier on the disable if they only brought out one cart at a time and work on it and then took it back to bring out the next one.

Great shopping.. feels like they lessened the space between clothing racks. Hard to chase wife with the cart.
