Had to find some cupcake decorating items for my daughters birthday party and they had just what we needed. She turned 17 and it is hard to find halloween decor that is not too childish. She even found some items to add to her bedroom decor.

Enter plaza at short driveway on right (b4 Maple Dr. N.) at McAlister Deli (off Indian Lake Blvd.) T/R at end, go straight thru plaza almost to end, go slow and T/L at small sign says Truck Route, go straight thru small area of parking lot & this goes directly around back to Michaels dock. Michaels is 1st dock around curve. Hope this helps another driver coming here. (Note that Anderson Ln. N entry into plaza has a No Trucks sign, thus the above given). Google it you will see.

First I asked a staff member to show me where the cross stitch was and she led me to needle point. After searching the store I found the the section hidden behind the boxes. The manager came on the scene and I asked her how we can shop. She apologized and asked me if there were anything in particular I needed. I explained I was looking for a particular book and she knew exactly what I was talking about but had no idea where it was at😔finally I said never mind and left . Her explanation of boxes being every where was because they got in a huge shipment earlier today.

The girl that checked us out at the register tonight was very friendly, nice and fun! She is great at her job

Michaels is my happy place. I am just now getting into crafting and I just love the variety of items. For the most part they were able to meet most of my crafting needs and if I had anything negative to say, I just wished that they carried ALL crafting supplies for whatever craft youre into that way it could be a one stop shopping place.

There is a little bit of everything in the store, to coin a phrase. The employees are delightful. The sale prices are amazing

Great Michaels location. They are well stocked and are always willing to order stuff in that they dont have for you. The framing store inside is amazing! They do SUCH great work and really work with you to get you the best deal. The Micheals app is super great for coupons and browsing whats available in stores. Organized well and the staff is helpful

Found a $12 item I wanted to purchase that happened to have been 40% off ($7.20) this week but I had a 50% off regular price coupon ($6.00) and assumed it would be accepted in the same manner as Hobby Lobby, but alas, cashier Button chastised me with a condescending explanation as to store policy. The money amount is trivial compared to how undervalued my business is to her. This employee could benefit from some diplomatic customer service training, or best be put to use in the warehouse.

I love this store.Chris is great... shes a current drawing and painting teacher.As for it being expensive, you can mostly get around that if you: 1. always shop with coupons 2. Check the sales on email. 3. Sign up to be a rewards member for more coupons. Anything else youll just have to compare prices, buy on Amazon, etc.Anyway, my only wish is that it took wheelchair and mobile cart users more into account. Some areas are difficult or impossible to navigate for people with mobility aids.All in all, though, I love the store, its selection, and employees.

The store was good. Selection of beads adequate. One of the young ladies on the front was on the phone with a customer while a few people were waiting to check out which seemed a little odd.

Store has a wonderful assortment of nearly any craft you can imagine, staff I dealt with not very helpful, or knowledgeable. She seemed completely lost. But no one can know it all. I found what I was looking for despite her insistence they didnt carry what I was looking for.

I love Michaels. Many things on sale or great price. Want something but its a bit expensive? Use the 40% off coupon for your single transaction and save money. Whenever my local Joann or hobby lobby is out of items, I go to Michaels. Dont see it at store? Look it up on their website, at times its cheaper than in stores due to warehouse space thats needed for next seasons sales. Only thing I would like to see more of, is a bigger variety for flat back Swarovski crystal.

Good selection, usually. Often cheaper to find what you want online, though. Staff are rarely seen beyond the cashier counter and not overly helpful for finding things typically.

Great deals. My wife always says that she just wants to grab 2 things. A shopping cart later, and we are out the door.

My online order was ready and easy to pick up. I asked for assistance and an associate walked with me and helped me look for what I needed. Great experience.

Maybe it was just an off day but they were way under staffed. You could get anyone to help you find things as the few that were there were busy. I asked the gall at the front counter where to find something and she gave me a short incorrect answer. They when I went to check out I had a few coupons that I wanted to use and the gall acted like this was a total inconvenience and was holding up the line. Typically I really enjoy the store, so I will give it another shot and hopefully have a better experience. The one thing that was nice is that 2 of the items I went in for were on a great sale, so that was a plus.

Michaels has a great selection for whatever your medium might be. I can spend hours in here.

The framing shop inside the store did the most beautiful job on a painting I had. I highly recommend them.

Staff isnt the most knowledgable as other craft stores but they have moderate pricing. The coupons are what make it really worth going if you get your hands on some. Clean store. Long lines when I went. Almost waited 10 mins to check out but i understand short staff.

They have a nice Christmas selection and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

She never looked up at me. Never smiled. Almost like she was mad that I made her work. It was uncomfortable.
