They remodeled our kitchen and the contact I had Beth, was the best person you could ever ask to have as your point of contact. She made our experience what it was, and we appreciate her for all she did even one year later.

Went to the HomeDepot in Hendersonville. Was hunting for a electric fireplace. Asked one gentleman where the item was located. He said he did not know so he shouted to another man about 2 isles away and that man said we dont carry any you will have to go on line. That was not helpful.It is October 31, 2021 the season to display fireplaces. Lowes has their electric fireplaces on display and were helpful (nothing we wanted but helpful).I am scoring Home Depot a 3 because neither man offered a alternative suggestion.I hope my next visit will be more impressive. Will let you know, maybe the next time someone will take a interest and care (I certainly hope so)

They have alot of stuff from tools to laundry detergent. I can find things on sale and really helps me budget. Tools for example. They have a huge variety so much to pick from. Great place to go. Prices are reasonable.

I visited this location two weeks ago, and the gardening staff were outstanding! However, they failed to water the plants which were sitting at the entrance of the gardening center. The lovely lady who was there at my arrival, indicated that the person who waters the plants had called in. My question is - how hard is it, really - to water some plants? lol I think someone should have been doing this. The items I purchased from those shelves were basically dying. Luckily, I was able to take a few home and bring them back to life - these were the herbal/vegetable plants at the entrance.

7/30/2021 GE washer was delivered and set up, after the 1st load was washed I realized that it didn’t have an end of cycle signal. (Washing Machine was only in my house for 3 hours and 1 load was all that had been washed in it) I called the #1-800 and explained that it wasn’t what I thought I had ordered. Was told by a lady named Becky that I could swap it out for another more expensive one w/an end of cycle signal. Becky cancelled the order and I was going in the next day to get another one. Manager Kevin @ Hendersonville, Home Depot told me that I could not swap it out and it was mine. Becky @ Home Depot didn’t have the authority to tell me that. They do not accept appliances back after delivery, unless it was damaged. I explained to him that no where in the “return policy” for Home Depot does it say that I couldn’t return the appliance. He said it was a “buyers remorse“, well no where in their return policy does it say anything about “buyers remorse”. I could understand him saying that I couldn’t trade it out if I had the appliance for a day or more, but 3 hours. This doesn’t even touch the fact that the sales man didn’t acknowledge me when I got there and I waited for 7 minutes before he came and asked what I needed. So now I am stuck with a $700 washing machine that doesn’t do what I thought it was supposed to do. I will NEVER do business with this company again. This was the 1st and last time!

This is one of the worst home depots if youre hoping to find everything youre looking for. I have now been to this store 5 times in the last 2 months, each time unable to find everything on my shopping list. The one in Madison has worse customer service but at least you dont have to take multiple trips. Whoever is ordering for this store is absolutely horrible. If its not in Hendersonville- look at the Madison store. Theyll have it.

I like going to home Depot for a alot of things, mostly building stuff or paint, but let me tell you one thing I love the smell. 🤷🤣 Weird, huh!? 🙄 But hey It makes me want to build something, or plant some flowers, or cut my yard. 🤣

Tony in millworks moved pallets so we could better see the doors we were interested in. He explained the differences in the models and processed our order...all in less than a half hour!

Prices are good. The guy at garden center check out was pretty clueless. Went in asked for 10 bags of mulch to be loaded while i picked other things inside came back 20 minutes later to be asked what was it i wanted? then waited another 15 minutes for someone to load it. It was not busy at the time.

My son who is in college and was working at Home Depot for 2 years, got multiple awards for above and beyond and promoted, got another award this morning (they said hardest working in the store) was fired later today for dispute with co-worker.Turns out it was on-line dispute on his phone and off the clock that got him fired and he did not start the dispute.Its none of Home Depots business regarding private conversations on private phones off hours.Lets see what the local media thinks about this!

Stop wandering around..stocking shelves using your peripheral vision to access and ignore customers. Im from out of town, but needed 16 inches of pvc pipe for work. Small request but it was causing me grief. The person who cuts the pvc pipe wasnt there, but the fella in equipment rental was a stand up guy and said hed take care of it. Wouldnt even take a tip! Small gesture made my day so much easier. Trying to find what you need..employees walking around but refuse to look at you or offer help when they can tell you are lost. Waited 20 minutes for help, then walked up to a customer service area, 1 lady was nice but then cause she couldnt help me sent to another guy who had an attitude..so bad..will not be back and this is not the 1st home depot to treat customers this way. Sticking to Lowes.

This is absolutely the worst Home Depot I have ever stepped foot in. The garden center was a nightmare. They had a terrible selection of pavers and none of the workers knew ANYTHING that I asked for assistance. SO I drove all the way up to Lowes in Franklin, KY and they were just amazing and their garden center had soooo many choices..

Fast and friendly Home Depot. Anything is usual real good. Wish the wood was a little better quality. The wood might be good enough for simple stuff, but is usually warped and damp. Tough to determine if it will hold shape or not.

Prepandemic bought dimensional lumber for projects. Had to hunt for pieces not warroed, but found all I needed and they cut almost all 16 of them correctly. Manager is accessible and listens. Corporate has decided to let in customers not wearing masks. This complicates things for in store shoppers who have unvaccinated family members. A risk I am not willing to take. Its a big risk for employees who have no choice! When I compare Home Depot management to Costco management (Costco does not let in customers without masks and bought their employees face shields.) its clear Home Depot is greedy and cares not about customers and employees. Otherwise great selection. They do offer curbside pickup.

Since Im not a regular Home Depot shopper, I found it difficult to find the two items that I needed. I tried using the aisle signs, but had to walk from one end of the store, also front to back, to the other. Had to ask three different sales people for directions. Clearly a store designed for frequent shoppers. Doesnt mean its a bad thing, though!

They priced matched according to what there websites says unlike many!!, and they was super nice about it and not hatefull about it and speedy unlike the other home depot 20 mins away

Rented a sprayer and had problems. It was Not clean and it kept spitting. I took it back the next morning and they replaced it without any hesitation. I was also given a discount for my wasted time.This is why I rent from Home Depot. I love this place.

Ran into the store to pick up a couple of things. Was stopped 3 separate time to sign up for some service or another, or to complete a survey. Including following me down an isle, when I clearly turned to try and avoid them. 5 employees harassing us in the isles, but zero working a register, have to check yourself out.

Work on customer service. My experience with Hendersonville customer service is less then stellar. Home depot needs to back check SKU numbers that the SKU corresponds with what is on the Internet and are the same products. Customer Service wasted 45 min trying to prove what was ordered online and loaded was correct. She finally agreeded it was the wrong materials. 30 min for me to wait for materials to get unloaded back off my truck just to find Hendersonville was out of stock and Hermitage has 140 bags. How do I explain this to my customer?

Took a friend to buy a zero turn mower spent almost $4,000 for it and they didnt have a key for it

Im looking live and it shows not busy ..however I have had an online order of 1 item since lastnight ... when i called the CHILD working was so short and rude and on hold at least 10 mins. Before i hung up. Most other stores fill their orders before the store opens . We all know you go in early ! Its now 10 am and i had to cancel my order after calling and chatting . Loews has never done this not even in this busy season

Disappointing visit as usual. Finally was able to hunt down an employee to ask a question only to have them respond this isnt my area, youll have to ask someone else. Tracked another one down and actually spoke to them. They didnt know answer either and radioed for help. Walked away and that was it. Ended up leaving to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Home Depot was rather quiet on this Friday night. I like to puruse the clearance racks. Tonight I found multi-packs of utility knives for great discounts. Lots of these are handy to have around because theyre usually broken! 😜The store was neat and well-staffed. Theyre always super helpful. One night we were greeted 7 times for help by the time we reached appliances!Its always more fun to go when youre not pushed for completing a project.

I am very disappointed in this store. I had a horrible experience trying to order carpet. They told me one thing in the store and another thing on the phone. After speaking with the Dept Manager who did not apologize at all for their mistakes, I was left with a very upsetting experience. I asked why the associates are not trained properly to handle every question about the flooring. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO HOME DEPOT!!!

Miserable experience, no one to help, finally found DeWalt blower, guy who had keys, didn’t acknowledge me, senior lady after seeing employee ignoring me, promised someone to help, no help for 15 minutes, needed Dewalt items but were locked up, went to customer service Ashli very nice tried to help but had no key, then they sent employee from another dept who complained about having to come there, couldn’t help because locked bin blocked by pallet machine, and they couldn’t find key. To heck with this, left went to Lowe’s bought my dewalt blower and shelves there. 300$

In store for 45 minutes, 30 minutes in lumber and building supply, holding a legal pad with all of my project notes. Saw several employees. Several employees saw me. Not one seemed even remotely curious about why I was standing in front of five separate bays of lumber and writing on my notepad. Passed empty handed by two employees standing at the exit door. Neither said a word to me.

Not a fan. I wont go in. I cant support thier socialist agenda.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. We bought a washer and dryer on September 28 and was told the earliest they can deliver was today (Oct. 14) I was like cool. So we waited eagerly and the delivery guys show up with a defective product. Surely since it is defective upon delivery you would think Home Depot would offer to replace it, right? Nope! Not our problem, says Home Depot, you go deal with Samsung yourself. So we called Samsung and their earliest delivery date is Oct. 27. We asked if they could accommodate our needs sooner since this is no fault of our own and we would be without laundry for a month and they said we can cancel the order if you want but it is what it is. The worst customer service ever! I wish we had gone to Best Buy. Lesson learned: dont give any more of my money to Home Depot or Samsung.

Pretty good place to pickup tools and supplies

I bought a ge frontload washer,pedistal,and new hoses on 9/28/20 to be delivered on 10/13/20 for $1,445.37I waited that long for delivery and the company that delivers for home depot refused to touch my dryer to remove my old washer or Install my new washer. They said it was against their rules.so I said I would call the manager and get it straightened out, they said they could not wait for me to call,they left.so the manager said could install it but they could not come back, they could install it on 10/28/20. So I went to the store,got a refund, and bought it at Lowes in gallatin. It will be delivered on 10/20/20.I will never buy anything from them again! The motto for them should be LETS NOT DO THIS!!!

I worked a lot. So when I needed something I hired it out. They always seem to use Home Depot. Now that Ive become disabled and unable to work Im still bidding the work out & they sbuy the material at Home Depot. Never a bad experience.

HD had the lumber I needed that others stores were out of. Nothing worse than being near the end of a job but not be able to finish and get paid because stores are out of supplies. Thanks again HD team.
