I ONLY give this store 5 stars because of Ms. Joan. Every time I come to shop at this Staples she is always the one to help and most of the time the only one I see doing anything. I drive out of the way just to shop at this Staples because I know I will always have a great experience. Thank you Ms. Joan for always being their to help our business find what it needs and for being so polite and caring.

Store is spacious and had what I needed! I really hate this specific store is closing down. But the Wake Forest location will still be open, thankfully!

I only hated my experience today. The store manager didnt know the correct store policy. I called another staples and inquired about the return policy and as I mentioned he was incorrect in advising me and short in his dealing with me.

The associate was super helpful answered all my questions related to my purchase and about a future purchase Ill be making!

I had many packages to send and Angelica provided excellent customer service at the UPS counter.

Went in staples yesterday to purchase business cards, and store Torkwase Bullock was a big help, she told me exactly what I need to do to get my cards and showed me the designs I could get, she also told me about the 15% discount on the business, she was very honest and knowledgeable about everything, keep up the good work, if you need anything go see Torkwase!

Great store, helpful staff. I am always amazed at how much stuff has been invented for the office environment.

I got here all the time to buy me note cards for class. But it doesnt help when I forget them. This place is 10/10 with all their supplies but they always seem to put something on the supplies that makes it to where people forget. I always end up forgetting my notecards whether I have them in my bag or not and Im tired of it. I so sick and tired of this and I honestly feel personally attacked and I cant handle this any longer. Either you fix the problem or I kill myself. Those are only options that seem to be left. Goodbye for now Staples and may the odds be in your favor.
