Great hardware store, it was like the way it used to be. I got in and out, I dealt with people that were helpful and knew what they were talking about. It’s rare to walk out of a store feeling good about the experience these days, but this particular Ace was perfect. I got everything I needed, the prices seemed very fair, but best of all, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Other stores take more than that a lot of times just to find someone to help find what you need.

Prices are 20-30% more than Home Depot... Really only worth it for convenience. Guys working will walk around and ask you if you need anything every 2 minutes. Good for someone needing something very specific and a hands on shopping experience... For the you pay extra.

The customer service here is off the charts. Every single worker is kind and helpful to every customer that walks in. I got a car key cut and duplicated for a great price and was in and out within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I came in looking for a specialty lock part and the lengths she went to to try to find what I needed, even as much as checking the store’s actual maintenance stock, is more than anyone could expect. Went to get paint. I already had a color picked out. Dan helped us and was super friendly! Told us what finishes we should use and what extras we needed. Info I hadnt even thought about. Then he went on to answer my questions about fans!!! I think Ill skip the big box stores and just go to Ace Hardware from now on!

I found what I needed! I should have gone here first! I bought an expensive brass valve with a bleed off valve for quarter inch tubing to go with my swamp cooler. After a couple of years the valve started leaking. All I need is a little washer. Home Depot that sold me the valve does not carry the washers, or has any knowledge of where I can get one. Theyre only suggestion purchase a new valve. Great I have to buy a new valve and install and the only thing wrong is the little washer.! So I go to Lowes, they also sell the same valve. Guess what? Same story. We have no parts for this valve, and dont know where to get any. All you could do is purchase a new valve and install it. Great thanks for nothing. The clerk in the plumbing aisle tells me. Try try Ace hardware sure enough! Ace hardware sells the same valve, and parts to repair the same valve. 80 cents and 2 minutes later I have the part I need. I got the part I needed and on my way home in less time then it took me to park my car at home Depot or Lowes. What a great great store. Old time hardware store that has everything you need!

I have been all over town looking for some bolts to finishing projects. I got here and a guy asked how can he help. WOW I cant even remember the last time i have heard that. I showed him what I needed, not expecting them to have it. He takes me to the fastener isle and a ligj shown from heaven as I saw the amazing selection! Even better he matched up what I needed right away, labeled it and bagged it for me. Wow incredible service. I ended up buying some other stuff and even the checkout was so friendly. I will be coming here first from now on.

If you need to get something from Amazon and are not sure of the item go here and ask the guys theyre super nice and super helpful. If they have it theyll sell it to if they dont theyll figure out where you can buy it.

The folks that work at ACE are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were asked right away if we needed help & shown where products were located. When asking about a product that was unavailable, the checker immediately looked into next-expected arrival date for us. We will continue to use this ACE store first before trying other big box stores. Even though the store is smaller, it usually has what we need and it isnt overwhelming.

Walked in, the store n just like that I had an escort. The lady, at the counter, followed me thru out the store. I was looking a Weber charcoal grill, as seen on tv. So I asked, a sales agent he said, there by the entrance. N guess what, she was still next to me. So once I found, them this broad was still there. Looked at her n said, no thank u. U following me like I’m gonna take something, while in uniform, (orange shirt) so I said no thanks. I’ll go to Lowe’s. N now I’ve, had around 20, cookouts on my Lowe’s Weber grill.

Best place to find almost anything, tools wise; home wise. They have a great system for almost anything, as well as reasonable prices.

Found what I needed. The price of the item(s) was $s cheaper than the mail order company which I wouldve shopped with. Ace has my business.

Ace hardware as well stocked old fashioned store. Knowledgeable employees, almost always has what you need but you also pay a bit more. It beats the large box stores because you get personal service.

A true family business owned and operated by great people. They have a nice variety of all the hardware necessities and lots of barbeque and smoker supplies as well as many cool and fun products for home and yard. Doggy friendly, our Chihuahua is in love with the store Dog (Rollo) and insists on going every trip or I get stink eye when I come home.

Nice store, clean, medium sized, well stocked and organized store.Literally got asked 8 times if I needed help in the 35 minutes I was in the store.Very large dog wandering around the store, really intimidating, not into being petted nor affectionate. Just doesnt pay attention to customers if he is invited to interact or not.

Love shopping at Ace Hardware Stores. Brings back that warm feeling of family owned hardware stores of the past. Sometimes a little pricey, but all in all, the quality and selection pretty much balance that out.

Poor customer service in the tool department. Tool department manager did all he could not to warranty my lifetime Craftsman tool that needed to be replaced. The guy actually told me to go to Lowes. Poor selection and cramped store. Overall just a poor location not up to Ace Hardware standards

Went there to check out traeger pellets and was amazed to see how much they had. It was also nice to find out that every seventh bag of traeger pellets is free.

Its another Ace hardware. Nicer than shopping at home depot or lowes. Not quite the selection but way more knowledgeable help. Ace is the place.

Great local hardware store, good service most of ordinary needs

This place is amazing. I needed chainsaw oil, no problem. I needed a special gasket, no problem. Light bulbs for our outdoor string lights, no problem. A new key made for my truck, no problem. Heck, I needed a new window screen for the house, no problem.They are friendly, they are knowledgeable, they have a RIDICULOUS amount of merchandise and they even have a store dog who is just fantastic.If you havent been here, you are missing out.

The staff at this location are great, I had a half-inch drive Craftsman ratchet and the internal mechanism stripped which made the tool inoperable. I took it in to Ace to have it swapped out for a brand new one per Craftsmans lifetime warranty and the whole process was painless, they got me what I needed and got me out the door and on my way promptly. I appreciate the staffs attention and time. Thanks guys

I used to go in there a lot for the Need Now basics, never crowded, great staff, etc. Obvs not the huge selection a big box store would have, but all the things you need the most.Then came the pandemic. Everything changed. Trips to HD that would have taken 20 minutes took two hours. Eff that. Im not the only one whos made this transition, coz the Ace is flooded with customers. Even that doesnt make the staff frustrated or unfriendly. Theyre still just as on-point as ever, fellow customers arent insane, definite feeling of All In This Together at this store.Even when this nationwide wildfire calms down to a smouldering garbage dump fire, this Ace will remain my first choice, locally owned and generally awesome.

The best recommendation for Ace is that it is in my neighborhood, thus good for a quick piece of hardware. I am quickly deterred to the warehouse-style stores because, even though there are many workers just standing around Ace, there seems to be no one with the knowledge to help! Also, there are few choices in the offered products!

A quick stop for some home repair parts. Customer service was top notch and items readily available. Parking was a breeze and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I came from Ohio to visit my sister and fix an old brass antique lamp of hers while I was there. The person who helped us pick out the electrical hardware and then directed me to their LED selection of lights was great. Stay to help and select what type of socket and plug Id need for this project. I want to add that she was also was very helpful when I returned the next day to buy a longer amount of cord wire for the lamp, since I miscalculated length.

I found everything I needed for my wood pellet grill. Pellets, smoker tube, sauces and rubs, Etc. All at great prices and some were on sale. Staff was extremely friendly and helped me locate some items I could not find.

Never thought I would go to Ace hardware because I couldnt find something at Home Depot and Lowes. This store had 3 and 4 inch PVC pipe I was looking for.Store is well-stocked and very organized with lots of workers to help you find and carry your items.

Amazing staff, the lady that runs this store is super-friendly, and she loves her job. She even showed us the evolution of LED light bulbs! We bought a several items. One Gizmo which we wanted, she didnt have - but, she offered to carry the Gizmo if I could bring her the packaging when we did find it! Amazing!

Being new to the area and a small business owner its great having a store with people you can trust. From the owners, to their extremely knowledgable staff, they are hands down the best.
