Store is pretty empty i was looking for diapers they only had a size 1. The store associate said they dont really carry them.

Quick trip on a Sunday morning to only find out they did not have what I came for. But store was clean, employees were nice and friendly. Masks required.

Came on for a little Christmas tree, and ended up leaving with my daughters new best friend. Friendly staff, great prices and clean store.

They have some good things but the store. Looks dark n dirty the isle n by the furniture did not convinced me to buy.i m sure theirs other big lots that are better . no help . they need new management to clean house. Sorry but thats the truth.

Theres a super friendly cashier that always helps me out in the daytime The problem is Ive come in for like weeks and they still dont have the signs on the same displays its just kind of poor standards..... But thats the managers.....The employees I saw are really friendly and very helpful

This place is always organized, and has some of the best deals I have come across. The cashier Tea was also very accommodating and helped get my membership e- mail corrected so I could still get 10% off.

As I was going into Big Lots the manager Curtis almost It me with a shopping cart. Didn’t get a oops, sorry or excuse me. I guess me getting a basket wasn’t as important as him getting one.When I went back to the store to get a bag I didn’t get the girl asked me if I wanted the bag I forgot. I told her I wanted the bag that she didn’t give me. How can I forget a bag when they bag on the other side of the counter.Not good customer service there

My affection springs from yultide themed objects. My absolute love is knitpicking where I get more bang for my bucks!There was a furniture showcase that was very dreamy. Maybe for our son far in the future.Learning proper use of my favoured utensil is less and less sufferable. I am a RECOVERED drug addict...For any ones information.

Isles are now too narrow for two shopping carts abreast. Entire store has been revamped and shuffled. Check out counter has less space than the corner convenience store. Not a fan of the new changes.👎

I received excellent customer service from an employee whose name tag said Benz. I was looking for the detergent aisle and he actually walked me to the aisle when I asked him what aisle it was on. He then pulled the detergent from the top shelf and loaded in my cart for me. I thought he went out of his way which I appreciated. I will go back to Big Lots if all the employees are like him.

Very busy, 3 cashiers they did an amazing job keeping the line moving.

Quit clean store. Went to pick up online order and ended up buying sheets and charging cords for my cell phone.

Not very crowded for a Black Friday. Not only did we not receive the advertised 25% off anything, the military discount we asked for was not given.

Not necessarily disliked, just disappointed in the store. The shelves were sparsely stocked. I even asked a worker if they were going out of business. Thought I would check out their end-of-summer type deals. Very little summer merchandise at all. Was told there was problems with shipping. Sad

This store is always clean and the people here are very nice. Just to give you all a heads up, there is no over the counter medications here, no toilet paper, no alcohol or bleach products available.

Id buy some wireless charger systems and keep my phone on E. Maybe. Not just the original monster bottled anymore. Love means same price for the same chunky can you spend eating it.

The staff is very nice and assisted me as needed. My only concern is the store seems to be lacking supplies.

They did not have the hummingbirds food that I was looking for. The Christmas decorations are already up...

Clean, organized, courteous Customer Service, I purchased a new space heater 6 years ago at big lots, it finally died this week.Hoping for a similar heater...love and behold...they had the same model heater, and at the price I spent 6 years ago.How marvelously uplifting is that!!!

The store located at 390 West Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson is the best store in all of Metro Las Vegas. It is clean, well-stocked, the people working there are friendly and eager to help, if you dont have a basket they offer to get one for you, they go out of their way all the way up to the manager, best shopping experience. I will drive out of my way to go to this store in the future.

I always find a clean and orderly displays. I like the big selection of home good especially the solar-powered lighting. This is my feel good place especially I save alot of money.

The manager personally helps me every time I am shopping. If I have any questions, he is very informative.
