Yesterday I went to this OfficeMax and I needed a printer but I was confused about which printer I should buy. I came across a worker named Austin and he helped me searching for a specific printer I needed. I told him my budget, type of printer I wanted, and I asked him a ton of questions. He answered my questions clearly, was on point, and understood the printer I needed. He even found the specific printer that I exactly need! But the printer was not in stock at the store, so once the printer is in stock I will order the printer online! Austin was polite, respectful, chill, smart, and nice kid! Thank you for helping me!

Horrible experience. I ordered some stuff and it was supposed to be ready on Friday. Was told someone would call me. It is now Tuesday no one called. I called the store and was rudely put on hold by Charlene. She did not really puy me on hold but put the phone down. I could hear her discussion for over 5 mintues with a customer. I called back after getting tired of waiting and was told my order was there and the girl could not give me a reason why nobody had called to let me know. Once I got to the store I waited in line. The self check in does not work. I finally ha to ask Charlene if I could just pick up my order and she responded by telling me to check in 2 placesd. First of all that is poor customer service and secondly my order was in neither of the place but rather behin the counter. I was also told that they only had 3 employees working in the whole store. Very Very poor customer service. I would not return except for the fact they are close to the office.

Customer Service is trash here ! Wait to be helped is ridiculous having so many employees walking around and chatting with each other. Asked for help and was told well your going to have to wait left and came back later, and still not helped correctly asked a simple question as to how long the wait was and she responded well Im the only one here soo which was not my question I could clearly note that she wasnt being helped out by her team.

Elena, was so helpful on the day I ordered my Sparco Curved Design Easel Document Holder in Black, needed it for work. She was very polite, courteous and great customer service. I called to make sure my item had arrived and Evan answered, same thing, polite, courteous and great customer service. He advised me, where my item would be. I asked that my husband would be picking it up, but he had a copy of my item. Evan assured me, it was no issue. The first night I went to look for it,Abe, also tried to help me, but my particular item had to be ordered, great customer service, helpful, etc... THANK YOU GUYS, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I went in without knowing how to accomplish what I needed. Heather was extremely helpful and very nice. Service was friendly and quick (I was prepared for a much longer wait.) and the store was clean & everyone had masks. Two thumbs up - thanks for the help!

I was in the store on Sunday afternoon and wanted to purchase a new keyboard and mouse. My old keyboard and mouse were worn out and I wanted to replace them with the exact model thst I had gotten used to.There was a display model but none on the shelf. I asked for help and the cashier check store stock and said there were three. She went back to the shelf and couldnt find them either. With more checking, she found out that they were in the back room and had just been received.Rather than giving up, she contacted someone in the back room they went to the tubs and found the keyboard I was looking for.I was very impressed with the persistence of the person I was working with and I appreciate the person in the back room going through tubs. I left with exactly what I wanted. Kudos to the staff for making that possible.

I give them two points, one for having decent hours and a second for having a very sophisticated system to check in and wait to get service. I expect the reason they develop this very sophisticated check in system is they are very, very, slow. There was one poor lady doing all the print and shipping services even though there were more than six people waiting. They’d be better advice dad more staff, then build a sophisticated check in system. I left and went to the FedEx store rather than wait 30 minutes to even place my order.

Maria was great she was so personable and has a great deal of patience with each customer. I recently just opened an online Boutique and have my first vendor event in LA. Its a very big event and forgot I needed a banner for my booth. I was told to go to Office Max for same day or next service. I was nervous about doing this job at the last minute. But Maria took all that worry away. Ill definitely be back to Office Max Henderson for my office needs

OfficeMax is kind of one of those sad cases you cant help but love them for the sorrow. I started working there when I was 17, for the first seven years the office people around the corner had no competition on us when it came to customer service and loyalty but then staples came to town and OfficeMax just kind of got pushed in the hall the people at this particular store are great very friendly very helpful and since theyre struggling so bad they actually have some really good deals

Bought printer from them and the light that moves when copying and scanning went out. I called this store and was told that he could not pull my account up because its over 30 days.. HE CANT PULL UP MY INFO OVER 30 DAYS! Ive purchased many products over the years but due to the poor customer service I will take my money somewhere else... BELIEVE THAT!

Not too much to say about it. I had made an online order, which I must say had pretty decent pricingon their site. The order was ready in less than an hour. I went to the store for the pickup, and I was in and out in about 4 minutes. I would highly suggest that you shop online as opposed to going in store. The products online are very different from in store, which is why I took away a star. They should really put there product prices in sync.

Print and copy sux. Maria Enriquez is rude, as is the manager Evan K. Won’t print my full color blue prints because it uses too much ink. Even though I’ve printed at least 12 of them over the last 4 months. Now I have to go to a store further away because the staff here is useless.

My documents werent bound because their machine wasnt working and they didnt bother to call and tell me they didnt have a spiral binder big enough so could they just put it in a binder. Dont know what would have happened had I not gone in to ask.

Ive never experienced an establishment with such low standards for customer satisfaction. I recommend everyone go to a place with good service. When I arrived at this facility the manager (nikki) was helping one person and the sales accociate was helping some guys. I did not receive a greeting or smile. Just a glance. I did not get the sales associates name (because she was not wearing a name tag), but she had black, very frizzy, curly hair. I was happy to see that there was no line, so I would be helped promptly. Once Nikki was done helping the guest she walked away. I waited about 10-15 minutes because the sales accociate was flirting with the boys. I started to get irritated by such bad customer service. When she was finally talking to the boys, she called me forward. I had already sent what I wanted printed to their email. She looked at it at said that they couldnt print it out. I had a friend make me some eyeballs as decoration for my daughters birthday. She said that they resembled a cartoon character. I asked to speak to a manager. Nikki came over and repeated the same thing. I let her know that it had no trade mark sign, they were homemade, and sent to me. They were just eyeballs! She just said that they could get sued. Like that would happen. They were inherently just trying to be difficult. I debated whether to further discuss this with her, but decided to leave. It was clear that no one there was trying to actually help anyone. Ive never experienced an establishment with such low standards for customer satisfaction. Save your time and energy and go somewhere, anywhere else, with helpful associates.

I very rarely give such a bad rating but the Customer Service by Office Depot at this location was absolutely terrible and the store manager Nash as not only unhelpful but just simple does care about his customers. We direct a lot a business to their location and were provided no assistance. After trying to work with their online flyer order system, for two days, I was told to keep trying back after 30 min. Then after my 4th call to the 1-800 number and numerous online chats, I was told they did not know when it was going to be up and running. That I just needed to place the order by calling the store. I explained that I was specifically ordering online so I could pay with my credit card so my assistant could pick the flyers up as I not able to go to the store myself. He provided no solution stated the only option they had was for me to personally come to the store or have my assistant pay for them, which was not an option. So I am having to leave my Mothers Day brunch to go pay for the flyers because Office Depot has not solutions when their online system is not working. I hope this post is relayed to someone at Office Depot who care more about their customers than the store manager Nash.

Recently purchased a Lenovo laptop which had problems with the touchpad. Brought it back to the store, and they offered the option of replacing the defective laptop with the same or different laptop free of restocking charge. Great customer service!

I returned an HP printer months ago and still have not received my refund. When they processed the refund it went to someone else then I got the manager involved and he said he would fix it and I have never heard from him since these people are crooks and not to be trusted. I will never shop here again !!
