These guys are awesome. Stephen jumped right out to help me as soon as I pulled up. I was in a pinch and needed to get in and out fast to get to work. I needed my rear differential flushed and without hesitation they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. My jeep is my life and I dont hand the keys over to just anyone. 10 of 10 do recommend. I really like this Jiffy lube, they hold down real conversations after the whole doing my job part is out of the way. The were very professional and politethey also managed to get everything out of the way for me, cause I had no clue what to do.I have to say that Zach/Zack and Steve were very relatable in my 20 minutes of being here. Also when speaking to them, I felt respected and valued with the both of them. Made me feel at home, they have good conversations, great customer service attitude and attention, it was a very wonderful experience at this Jiffy lube.Other jiffy lubes I have been at before are way to professional when talking to them, they have that customer service voice and attitude coming out their mouths to much.But these guys were honest and true

One of my cars has light carpet and black grease was all over carpet on floor and sides.The other vehicle leaked oil all over driveway because it looks like they didnt wipe the oil after it was drained from the skid plate and frame. I just took a rag and wiped it down. Pay ING a little attention to detail goes along ways. All the employees were very nice otherwise 1 star..

This is one place I trust to do a good job from oil changes to A/C service. Had to have my A/C serviced and Steve was very helpful. It didn’t pass yesterday and he pointed out where he found the leak. I had gotten it fixed over night and took it back today and then he found a bad O Ring that was causing a leak and was able to help me out and replace it and got it to pass! Every time I’ve been here every employee has been nice and helpful.

Stopped in a jiffy lube cause I needed an oil change and didnt have time to go where I normally go its Big O Tires.They are somewhat friendly and very quick performing the oil change. However I paid more than twice the amount than I normally do for the same service and they dont even rotate tires. And when I question paying $45 more they said, we use better oil 🙄

This was on a small RV, 22ft. They didnt have a proper air guage to check air pressure in the tires. Also put in the wrong oil change sticker in the windshield.. They put someone elses in my windshield. I had to come back . All in all very respectful.

I use jiffy lube for all my oil changes. Usually the crew seems happy and eager to be helpful. This crew was dragging, less than happy to help, seemed bugged, and left me wishing I hadn’t come in. They “cleaned” my mirrors and back window, but they looked worse than before. They were smeared and looked half done. Sad. Hopefully your ownership and management work on this.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was unusual. I could have been sold brake pads for the front and the back brakes. But, I was advised that I still had some room on my front pads and so all I had replaced was the pads on my back brakes. The honesty was such a breath of fresh air that I will go nowhere else for my services!!

I have been dealing with this location for over 10 years. I appreciate professionalism and consideration they give me and my car. I recommend this location very highly.

Every time I try to get a smog test I always get an excuse that either the machine is not working or their smog tech is either out to lunch or away due to a family emergency. Four times I tried to get a smog test and four times there was a sad excuse. It is obvious they do not want to perform this service, just say they do but they really dont. So maybe I will take my fleet business elsewhere.

This location used to be a family owned oil shop; then it was a jiffy lube with some of the original employees, then it was a jiffy lube with people trained by the original employees, and now its everything people make fun of when discussing oil change shops.Feeling like you are an inconvenience when you pull up, hearing them talk about racing to see who can finish their car first, and finding that they somehow ended up with a massive amount of oil in my heat shield that has dripped everywhere I went today all leave me with the only option of doing myself from now on. Especially since the prices seem to have increases while service and professionalism have faltered.2 stars, because at least they left the K&N air filter alone, and they remembered to reinstall the oil drain plug.

Incredible customer service. Showed up for what I thought I needed an oil change and after checking things out they realized that it wasn’t needed yet and simply topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. They certainly could’ve charged $100 to fix things up that didn’t need to be fixed but they were honest and transparent. Will certainly go back there again.

I have always been a Jiffy Lube fan. However, this location has taken my appreciation to the next level of being a life time customer. As a young woman, theres always that fear of being told you need things you dont and spending an excess amount of money. The staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on. They didnt try to oversell me- they just educated me which I was so grateful for. Their customer service was above and beyond. You wont regret stopping at this location!

These guys at this south boulder highway location are great! Very knowledgeable, no upselling, efficient and friendly. I bring all my vehicles here, even my motorhome fits. 13 foot high clears the ac unit on it and saves me a trip to the dealership. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this location for quite some time now, they are friendly and fast, and can accommodate almost anything maintenance required. I started with just an oil change and now they do all my maintenance needs on my truck, they’ve earned my trust.

Perfect, in and out ... Honest guys. Did not see any tricks to get money out of your wallet. Its how you keep customer loyalty.

The kids that work here are real professional. They get you in and out in a pretty good time frame. Thats for sure. Although I personally think the prices are a little high. But as I before mentioned the kids working here are pretty capable of good results. I know first hand because Ive taken my vehicle to similar places before. And its seems they always forgot to tighten a bolt. Or not put any old in the rear end as I requested. Needless to say simple mistakes can cost thousands in repairs. But that is not the case with the kids working at this one. This has been about the fifth time Ive had my car done here. And everytime I drive away happy. Which is a good thing because it takes a lot to make me happy. My only complaint would be the price. Its seems they could nock about 20 dollars off an oil change. And still make out like bandits. And another thing that bothers me is why is an air filter not included in a oil change. Seems like it should be. I mean its wise to do both why you have the car there. I dont know. Oil change yeah fine. But Id never trust these kids to install a starter or alternator or any thing that requires an actual mechanic. Other then that thumbs up. Great place great kids and a little bit of an over priced oil change.

Today at Jiffy Lube was so excellent. The service person reviewed what I required today, got my car in to start working on it. He went over what work was being done today, also went over things I should take care of soon giving me estimates for that work. Excellent customer service by the employee. This is why I really like this branch of Jiffy Lube. The employees are all excellent customer service representatives.

The customer service in this location is impeccable! They open the doors for me, (car door and store door) say “yes m’am” and every single employee in the store —inside and outside— told me thank you as I was leaving! It’s why I return again and again to this location, even though it’s quite a bit out of the way for me. They go above and beyond!

I went for an oil change and smog check. After I left and parked across the street. Almost a half quart of oil was draining under my tuck in the parking lot. They let the out drain all over the skid plate and lift kit cross member and never cleaned it up. Had to go back to get them to clean out the old oil that they got all over. They also left black finger prints all over the driver side fender and drips of new oil on my headlight and gril housing. My truck failed smog sheck due to a code. He said I dont know why, the print out is in your truck. So helpful. Wont ever be returning. Would they have done this to a brand new 2020 white F-150? Doubt it. They also did not even fill the washer fluid or clean the windows. Even though it is on their check list.

I enjoy coming here to get my vehicles service done. They are professional and courteous. They dont try and sell me something that is not needed. They do make recommendations regarding up coming services, per manufacturer guidelines. The free popcorn is always nice (pre-covid). As long as the wonderful people working there continue to shine in their customer service and their profession, they will always have a customer.

First time try n very bad service n experience, it was a very simple job just want to install air pressure sensor took 5 days first it’s bad n second time they said it’s coming from California just lie n still can’t fix time light bcz they did not program the sensor n told me to go Discount tires they will do it for free. Never go back again .

They are all very knowledge and explain everything to me in the fullest.They have always been extremely professional and helpful. They have never tried to “up sell” anything to me. Just came in today (07/31/20) and one of the young guys showed me how to work my settings on my touch screen. He was very helpful and kind. Good kid! 5 stars from me every time!

Went in for an oil change - was told my car was vacuumed and windows were cleaned as well. They didnt do either one. How do I know the oil change was actually done? They offered to go do the windows and vacuum when I brought it to their attention but I declined because they should have just done it the first time.Hopefully they didnt think I was just some ignorant woman who didnt know better...
