This is the absolute worst mechanic Ive ever been to. I come in with a simple repair, they fix it let me know its ready. They try to get me to pay extra $600 replace another part that came in working great. I drive the car to leave and and the airbag light is on and the abs chatters so hard that the steering wheel jumps when breaking ( mind you the rotors and pads were new).They cant fix the abs and want another $1100 to replace the module whose software they updated and left me with the airbag light on.Caveat emptor, buyer beware.These people are replace parts mechanics (its not working? Toss it out and put in a new part). They have no clue what they are doing.In short, I left with a bill for $450 in labor plus the parts and the car still doesnt work right.The people are nice.

This Dealership is A Number One in the Whole Vegas valley as far as it goes Henderson Nissan Service Department goes above and beyond what is expected of them everything. My service tech. Ruben did what he said he was going to do. I had a warranty that was due to expire on 11/172021 and brought car in with an issue turned out i needed another repair done. He to me after the repair is complete at my cost of course if it is still coding out he will do the warranty work no problem. Well I picked my car today and unknown to me he told me I was all set and plus sent me out the door with the warranty work done as well. Most places would have tried to make it the next month and tell you sorry yout warranty expired. Kudos to Nissan of Henderson .A Big North Lake Tahoe Thsnk you Ruben....

First rate. Henderson continues its professional approach to customer service. I had the good luck to be received by Ed, who advocated for me in decisions on my car repair. I rate them two thumbs up.

I brought my daughters car to them bb ecause I figured it was the best place to bring the car to since they make the cars they are certified mechanic for them. I was so wrongI started by buying a ecm from the parts department that I asked the guy if he would check to verify if the part was under warranty its a 2017 versa he said no and it turns out that I did not need it now Im going to have to pay a restocking fee which is not my fault, its just wrong.Then the service guy talks me into doing a diagnostic charges me $150 and it turns out that they dont know whats wrong with it when the code that popped up clearly says miss fire. They asked to give them 4 hrs to maybe find the problem they asked for authorization of an extra $600 I said noIm very upset your telling me you need $750 dollars before you can actually tell me whats wrong then you will tell me a cost to repair it. Absurd I have done mechanic work and I talked their actual guy more through things that he can possibly walk me through.There is just no honesty not even in the dealership this is very sad. Please consider buying a Nissan Honda is a bit more expensive but definitely more reliable. I guess you get what you pay for.

Was in vegas to visit and have fun and got a call frm NY that made the vacation cut short on the way leaving frm the hotel my nissan started overheating the fan was not working and i called all auto parts store and nissans in nevada but this one in henderson was a life saver the manager Mike was awesome got us in and replaced the engine fan i was so thankful for that he got us in and out with no problem the car is runnin real gud and i thank the guys especially mike at this location even tho i trip was cut short we thought it was over with the fan as iam writing this review iam omw back to ny cus of u guys thank u i highly recommend the best nissan in nevada👌🏿👍🏿✌🏿
