I arrived with a flat tire for the first time to this auto service center. It was around 5:20 pm on a Friday, they close at 6 pm and they still welcomed me in a very friendly manner. They said the tire was repairable and they patched it at no cost. I thought it was a mistake and I asked, how much? They said: a good Google review will make it. Here you go good sir, outstanding customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the place to go. They want you to be safe, but wont recommend things that arent needed. Before having you buy a new tire, they will see if they can repair it first! I so recommend them! And Ive been to 3 different service centers and they are all highly recommended!

Zero confidence. Brought my 1yr old car in for oil change and when I came back to pick up, I specifically asked how the car was. The man waiting on me said everything was good. My receipt said they did tire rotation, but when I asked him to confirm that, he told me they actually didnt do rotation because they noticed one of the tires had some uneven wear. Then he told me that they drove the car around (my receipt shows that the mileage was the same going out as coming in- but they drove 3-4 miles!) The man let me know they had no idea what might cause the weird wearing of the one tire... I though this was a tire shop... hmmm. Ever since Tire Choice bought out this shop, prices have gone up and service has taken longer to complete. I will be taking my baby back to the dealership from now on- which is a total bummer because of Tire Choices convenient location! P.S. dont expect any kind of cleaning or sanitation after your service either, dirty hand prints were left all over my driver door.

Had a 830am appointment for oil change left the place after 10am. Always used this place I was always in and out in 45 minutes not anymore. Service used to be much better. Time to start looking for another place.

Second time I had visited that store being that I had a screw in tire, both times said he couldn’t fix it, then asked to diagnose a car but no one was qualified at the shop presently, their were at least 5 other guys.I write this because I’m sure this shop is losing tons of money due to mismanagement and laziness . Big O the shop on Gibson which I always go to had no problems accepting and resolving issue. Just wondering how many elderly or struggling people who need a little help are forced to buy a new tire or plan out refused.

I am a owner operator of a transportation company and was stranded with two flat tires. I called and spoke to Jeff to have my tires changed out(I had the new tires already) and was told no because they didn’t have time and that they can’t do anything to help me. Do not recommend. Unwilling to help!

Great service. Walked in after horrible service at Pepboys across the parking lot, the guys at Tire Choice took care of my vehicle service and was quick and courteous with a complete 32 point inspection.

Took my mustang there for new tires yesterday and they broke one of the mounting bands that attaches the tire pressure sensor to the rim when they removed the tires. Instead of owning up to it, they just tried to fix it. Sensor came loose and rattled inside tire so I bought a new band from NAPA auto parts ($19), drove the car back to the tire shop and they fixed the problem with the correct part.

After having my oil changed and brakes checked at another place I became concerned when told I needed brakes and roters replaced. I had replaced rotors two years ago. They also advised I needed a new oil pan for my Ford 500. I denied everything but the oil change. After leaving my brakes were squeaking way more than earlier. Concerned, I went to Tire Choice Auto Service on Horizon and asked them to check my brakes, explaining what had happened. They checked my brakes and rotors and related rotors are fine and brake pads not needed for awhile. Oil pan, not needed at all. This was done at no charge. Thank you John an Matt (hope names are right). You are the best. Honest and upfront info on what my car needs and when. Hard to find these days being a female dealing with car issues.

Ran over a gnarly nail right as I got here from LA. The folks here took my car in and patched the tire within 2 hours. The shop was fantastic and so was the customer service. Thank you Laury! I highly recommend this spot!

Don’t go there. My husband worked there and after he quit, another employee stole his tools before he went to pick up his toolbox. If they steal from other employees I can guarantee they will steal from customers.

I made an appointment to get an oil change, and a day or two beforehand I noticed that there was a rattling noise happening. I thought for sure they would quote me some high amount to fix whatever it was. They did the oil change (which was considerably cheaper than what I was expecting), and then they said the rattling was something loose on the bottom that they just needed to screw in, and they wouldnt charge me for it. I feel like car repair shops usually nickle and dime the heck out of people. So I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I will absolutely be going back there for any future work needed on my car.

I recently traveled to Las Vegas and on the way got a flat tire. I replaced that flat in another tire shop. Well that tire shop never balanced my new tire so when I drove over 50, my steering wheel was shaking really bad. Thankfully, I found Superior Tire & Service and they helped me right away. At first I was told that it would take an hour to get my tire balanced due to work they already had but knowing that we were not from this area and were traveling back home, Jon was able to take us in within a few minutes. Jon and the staff is very nice and friendly. We were really surprised at their reasonable and fair prices for their services. I have never gone to a shop and treated this way. I am truly in awe of this company and staff. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you Jon and the guys at the shop. You guys are the best!!

Had to replace a flat tire on a Sunday. First shop I tried told me it was not repairable, but did not have a matching Goodyear tire, would order a Nitto. Matt confirmed the flat was not repairable, but was able to get a matching Goodyear at a price less than the Nitto. Thank you!

I like coming here for oil changes. Jon (in the office area) is very nice and makes sure to ask if you want water or coffee. They give you recommendations without being pushy. They will tell you if what they recommended is a job that can be done at another time or if they think it should be done sooner than later, but still without being pushy. My husband tried them for the first time a couple of weeks ago and had been hesitant since he was used to going to the dealership for oil changes but liked them and let me know he would continue to go there.

I pulled in less then an hour before they closed with a flat tire. They took me right in and repaired it even though I hadn’t bought the tire from them. And to top it off, they didn’t charge me a dime!! I will recommend them highly to anyone who needs tire services!!

Took my F150 in to have the rear shocks replace. Absolute great customer service! Was super easy to get a quote over the phone (prices were lower than everywhere else I had called + coupon!). I was able to come in the same morning I had called to schedule, very flexible. Ken is great to deal with, honest and very helpful! Will definitely return!

I had a tire pressure monitor fault light come on, and after checking the and correcting the tire pressure on my tires the light would not go out.The next morning I took my car to Superior Tire & Service on Horizon, in Henderson, and had them check it out.They did a quick check of the tire pressures and used a device to see if all four monitors were working, which they were. They the reprogrammed the monitors, which fixed the problem, for no charge.Needless to say I am very satisfied with the service and friendliness. I will definitely go there again.

These guys are amazing! I took my car in this morning to get my breaks done but couldn’t stick around to wait! You know, Monday’s! Because I only live about 10 mins from their location, wonderful Matt was happy to give me a ride home and he even came back and picked me up when my car was ready! Had the car in the shop this month. I used to only take the car to Ford for service thinking they were the best. Well that is not the case. Superior tire did an outstanding job identifying the problems and offering me solutions for everything. Excellent Customer Service!!!!!Jon the manager on duty was very friendly. The building is new, with clean and comfortable waiting room. The work was done by skilled mechanics at a very competitive price. We are from out of town visiting family and he was able to fit us into the schedule right away. If I lived here this garage would be my first choice.

The most honest, fast, and best priced shop in the area. I highly recommend this shop. They are extremely friendly, and you can tell the mechanics and staff know what they are doing and they are not miserable unlike other shops including the one right next door. I have made the mistake to try other shops due to coupons I had and that went way wrong. Then these guys told me they will accept any competitors coupon! Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

It took me forever to find a honest repair shop. I just picked this place by convenience and I am glad I did! They have gone out of their way for me on several occasions and really were able to help me get things done to my car that would have cost me so much more elsewhere. Ken is a really nice guy and explained to me how I could get financed to pay for the repairs and has never tried to talk me into things I dont need. I highly recommend this place for their knowledge, honesty and efficiency. This place is bound to make a fortune based on treating their customers right as opposed to ripping people off. So, if you need work done, this is THE place to go!

Came in and was treated with a hello and quick service. I came in for a oil change as I was do. The service was quick and fast with no headaches. Once they were done they recommended some things that would need to get done, but were not pushy. I appreciated that. The team at Superior Tire are Awesome!! They take great care of both my vehicles letting me know in advance what may be wrong and quoting an honest price before they get started on the work. You never have to worry about them overcharging or coming back to you saying they found something else. They are thorough the first time through.

So I brought in my Toyota Sequoia to these guys for an o2 sensor repair. A few weeks later I noticed a leak under the car, so I did what most people do and blamed them. Ken took me under the car showed me where the leak was, which was no where near where they had been working, but Ken went ahead and fixed my leak anyway at no charge. I felt so bad, I was so sure it was there fault, and it turned out it was my untrained eyes fault. I insisted on paying for the repair and he refused to charge me!!!! I couldn’t believe it, who does that? Extremely friendly and helpful. I came in with a damaged tire and when they found out I would be driving from Vegas to Arizona the next day, they checked all my fluids and the other three tires as well. They also checked my alignment which needed adjusted but instead of just telling me that, John explained everything involved so I could make an informed decision instead of just saying yes or no. I highly recommend these guys!

Took my car in for a synth oil change, fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me the post-oil change run down of things that need maintenance on my car that most oil places do but didnt feel like I was being sold unnecessary things or forced into buying anything. That in and of its self will make me a return customer. With the special and coupon discount I got an oil change and rotation for a little under $50. Keep up the good work guys!

Went to this location for the $99 deal they have going on for brakes, got both axles done and an oil chance for over half of what Id pay going elsewhere. Ken was very knowledgeable and told me what was necessary and what could wait. Overall, left the shop happy. Going back for any other repairs I need.

I take all of my cars to Superior Tire. I have four daughters and three son-in-laws and they all take their cars to Superior Tire. They do great work and can be trusted. The prices are always good. I send all my neighbors and friends to Ken the manager. Theyve never let me down. Ive been dealing with them for over 10 years.

Yesterday, my car simply would not start. No lights, no clicks, no nothing.I called The Goodyear center, and confirmed they had a battery for my van. So I walked over. When I go there,Ken the manager informed me that if it a *not* a battery issue, there as no return on a battery, but he had a better idea.Ken had his Mechanic, Eli, drive me back to my van with a set of jumper cables. We go the van started, and I was able to drive back to Goodyear for a replacement battery. There was no charge for the ride or the jump start.Ken knows good service.I had called a couple other places and their attitude was indifferent at best.This was one of the *best* experiences Ive had dealing with vehicles that I can remember.

I went in today for an oil change, which was $40 cheaper than the place I usually go to. Win!! I was told that I really needed rear struts, which I was expecting because I was 20k over the mileage. By the time I decided to do the struts it was 30 mins until closing. Without a second thought, the man at the front, John Ritz told they would do them today with no problem (knowing they would have to stay past close). Then, I decided to do the front as well, and was told they could do them. Long story short, because of the safety concern due to the failing struts, john and team stayed over an hour past closing. I am going on a road trip tomorrow, so Im so thankful that they were willing to do that. Superior customer service. This will now be my go to place for car service. Thank you!!

New owner/company so new review.Took my work truck in for some routine service. Seems like everything was done and done properly. I specifically mentioned it needed air in the tires when I dropped it off. When I went to leave, I noticed the onboard tire pressure readings had not changed. I reviewed the paperwork and it says they rotated the tires. I went back in and asked if air was added. I was told it was and to drive a couple miles. I did so and no change in PSI. I am not here to call anyone a liar but I dont feel I was told the truth and that makes me question everything else they did. Not sure if I will be going back.

* Scenerio-my tires were low *On my way to work I stopped to get them aired up, I knew I was early- but they were already setting things out. As they opened the 3rd rolling door the employee says oh my f*****g G*d when he looked right at me. Took a couple minutes to walk over to the car, shirt not buttoned (visionary for you) I was informed the compressor needs time to warm up and could take 15 minutes. Ok- went to get gas and returned as I told them I would do. Next guy comes, I inform him I need air, he ask what do I like my tires at.... um ok- thought they would know (is that part of the job?). So I told them what psi, they proceeded to air them up but the psi went down (I can see the levels on my dash) of course I mentioned it and was told the car would rest itself after I drive over 20 mph. At this point i just agreed, I know better its my car. Gave him a tip and drove off....Finally getting air in the tires as I watched the psi go up while I was sitting in the car.If they are this untruthful about air... then what are they saying about other services they provide

Bring your business elsewhere. This place is a scam. They have the mindset that they will make money regardless of the way they treat their customers.They told us theyd call us back on an estimate over three weeks ago, and still have yet to call us. When we arrived for another vehicle and asked about the estimate, the excuse that was given to us was, Ill have to find my notes on it.The manager is a huge pervert who continued to stare at me, even when my significant other was talking to him and their front desk guy at the counter.Charged $100 for a steam clean with a dye that will show where leaks are. Dye doesnt show anything, and weve noticed multiple leaks.Weve dropped over $1200 on this place, and have only started having more problems with our vehicles ever since.

Went in for an oil change but also found out I needed to replace my two front tires due to bad cracking, also needed brakes on the back. So I had to spend a little more than anticipated but I felt I was dealt with very honestly and not just trying to upsell. Ken and John were great and very helpful!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! They are dishonest in their dealings with their customers, and try to upcharge and take advantage of people. I came here to have my oil changed, as I had found an advertisement with a coupon. Upon arriving to the store, I was told that the coupon was only valid for a synthetic blend oil change, and that my car required full synthetic oil which would require me to pay more than double for the service. When I questioned them about it, they tried to convince me that using any other type of oil could possibly void any warranty I have on my car. Now, I have been doing my own maintenance on my cars for as long as I have been driving. I know what kind of oil is recommended by the manufacturer, which states ACDelco Dexos1 synthetic blend is recommended. I told them I didnt want them to touch my car, and I left. They tried to take advantage of me because I am a female, and they assumed they could get me to pay more for service that I did not need. I will never do business with them.

They like to rip you off. Maybe its because im female and think i dont know much about cars or my own truck. Wanted to get my tire sensors replaced. They wanted to charge $60-$65 per sensor and another $25 per tire to do it. I asked if i could bring in my own sensors it would be a little over $100. Because you can get sensors for $25 or less a piece. The guy told me he wasnt even interested in doing it then because he has to use his “computer” or whatever to sync them up. First off, no-no you dont. You press a button on the dash. Secondly, you mean to tell me your ripping people off so much by the cost of fbe parts if they bring in their own part its not worth your time? So the labor and all that jazz isnt really $25 per tire, its really like $65 per tire as long as i buy the part from you. Well where i come from my mechanic never makes a cent off the part. I get them for cost regardless if its OEM or after market. I pay for his labor. Thats honest business. Up charging parts to rip people off is ridiculous. Its 25 min worth of work, and id do it myself if i had the machines to take my tires off. If i wasnt 25 hours from my old mechanic id take it there as well. My husband recommended them because he liked them but since he is a man im sure thats why. Just because im female doesnt mean i dont know about cars. I worked on them all through college as my job. Ive also done considerable research on this issue. Not my first rodeo. Stop trying to rip people off! Charge for the work not the part you didnt make!!!

I purchased a Lifetime Alignment on my 1995 Toyota Pickup. By the time they were done my $230 Lifetime Alignment cost me over $400 for just the initial alignment. When I bought new tires I took it in and they checked the alignment for me. The third time I took it in Ken Douglas refused to do the alignment because I had some work done on the suspension that my mechanic told me was required because they had not tightened down the bolts properly when they finished the alignment.
