Gus and Tony were both very helpful and friendly through the process of the repairs to my vehicle. When I initially dropped my car off, Gus insisted on giving me a ride to pick up a rental vehicle. He even waited with me to make sure I got a car since rentals are so scarce these days. Tony is also very personable and made the whole process easy. The repairs look great and my vehicle was returned squeaky clean!

This body shop is by far the best one Ive ever patronized . My son read the reviews and based on those glowing recommendations, we took a chance . So very glad I did . Tony was extremely helpful, professional and communicative . He dealt with my insurance adjuster and all I did was pay my deductible. The did an excellent job of replacing the back bumper and the paint job was perfect . To top it all off, they detailed the car before my daughter picked it up . It honestly looked like a new car and it is 7 years old. Recommending this business to everyone I know .

The work needed to be done on my car after a minor rub with another car seemed pretty minor to me, but worth doing. The team at Image Makers was super professional and friendly. They walked me through what would be done to repair the damage, and kept me updated throughout the process. Their billing was transparent, and they even gave me a ride to the rental car office when Hertz was taking longer than expected to pick me up. Bonus points for the very sweet and well-behaved little chunk of an office dog.

The work is done at the speed of sound. Our car was repaired to new condition. Excellent work, plus washed and vacuumed.Tony was great. Very helpful and informative. The owner, Gus answered all our questions about a second car we need work on. Another employee (did not get his name) who shares an office with Richie was very helpful and knowledgable. Richie is definitely the star of the show. He is a 5 yr old dog that sleeps in his own big cushy chair in the office. Edit: I just picked up my car from Image Makers yesterday (3-11-19) and after going to them in 2017, I knew exactly who I was going to use to fix the damage on my drivers side passenger door. Once again they did a beautiful job on the car. It looks brand new, the paint job is flawless. I am so happy with it. If you need body work done, I recommend Image Makers hands down.My fiance got into a car accident and we were referred to Image Makers by our mechanic. Image Makers did a BEAUTIFUL job on our car, they kept us in the loop the whole time and explained everything that they had to fix when we went to get our car. They are the best and have the greatest customer service. If we ever need body work done again we will definitely be returning to Image Makers.

They do a very good job. As long as you are going through insurance no worries because the prices are very expensive without insurance. Got my front bumper and light fixed and you wouldnt even notice.

At all levels this is the body shop all others should aspire to be. After an exemplary experience in August 2012 I returned in Feb 2013 and Gustavo determined that I could get my work done under warranty (because it had been extended for this part) at the dealer then he called a contact he had at the dealer and arranged it for me. You tell who does that for a customer - someone that gets repeat business, mine!
