Not thrilled with the service dept. made an appointment with a coupon for oil change tire rotation. First they tried to sell me over $800 worth of “recommended” service many items of which are not on the recommended factory service list. Then they tried to charge $80 for oil change and rotation in spite of coupon. They did honor coupon but not before twice trying to charge me $80. Overall took 2 1/2 hours to complete service, way too long for what was doneFor comparison, I also own a BMW which everyone knows has expensive servicing but I received 3 years of included service with purchase and the service dept is always clean, efficient and courteous. The kicker is, I paid more for the Buick than the bmw. GM needs to get their act together

Took care of our needs quickly

The shop is very clean, new and advanced looking. Although insurance decided to total my 2018 Ford Focus, I, without hesitation will bring any future auto repairs to these guys. Great communication too. FYI, this place is located where the old Service King (I am not sure if I am correct on that but it was another auto body shop here before) so I was kind of confused at first thinking they were located at that new AutoNation dealership at the auto mall but I was wrong, if you are coming From the auto mall you want to turn right on Gibson and then cross over Sunset and then theyre on the right. Robert, Service Manager was very professional, he answered all of my questions and went above my expectations. So when It came time to pickup and pay for the service completed, I asked him if he would be there, he explained that he was leaving before my getting there, as he was going on vacation, but he told me to look for Denise as she would finalize the work completed.So my car was ready for pickup, Denise answered a few questions, then I paid the bill, I was given the key to my car, and off we went to find my car, to my surprise, my car had been washed, dried and vacuumed ... such a good feeling to see how they took care of both me and my car, and I know the work done on my car, was done by master mechanics... you might pay a little more but the safety is key...Thank you Robert and Denise

I only take my vehicle here for service. The dont oversell you on vehicle service they simply tell you whats required and you go from there. You can wait in the lobby with cable, tea and coffee or they can shuttle you away. They keep you updated on your vehicle every step of the way.

Purchased a used truck and the finance guy Geoffrey wouldnt take no on a warranty. I told him I will fix the truck and his replie was O your one of those guys. Its none of his business but Im a master certified tech. Also he dismissed my wife, will never go back and never recommend Henderson GMC.

They work hard for their commissions, saw them play around with the interest rate. They say we cant do better but they can. I wasnt the purchaser only observer.
