Family Dollar on Pershall Rd in Hazelwood. Store # 12553. One of the worst location in North County ever visited. A female supervisor had the employee lock the door at 8:50pm while they stood at the door and waited until 9pm. When I asked to come in to grab a few items, the young man proceeded to tell me they lock the door at 8.55pm. I informed them it was not 8:55pm so he reluctantly opened the door. As I walked in, I said “Thank you, the sign said you close at 9pm” the woman behind the counter told me “Do not come in here talking after we let you in.” I asked her name and corporate information she informed me to “figure it out.” I hope this is not the type of customer service this company teaches but they will guarantee customer satisfaction of the products they sell. Needless to say I did not purchase anything from this store and will be looking into further action being taken as this person customer service and attitude was deplorable and I no longer desired to spend my hard earned money there. I now understand why there are those who will only be able to work at Family Dollar barely making a living wage with an attitude like that. It will keep her exactly where she is at but even they will not keep her long if she keeps running business away. Beware this store!!

They don’t have good Times they close and open whenever they want

Some days good some days bad all depends on your clerk half the time

Store manager very disrespectful she followed me around the store accused me of leaving trash on the shelf which I had in my hand when I came in and when I told her she could of came to me more respectfully she refused the check me out call the police on me after cursing me out and when I asked for the manager above her number she told me to google on 1.1.2021 I would will be calling everyday until I speak with her manager
