Why are nearly all the lights burned out in the bathrooms! Obviously no one’s cleaning them if they aren’t aware that they’re missing lightbulbs.This is very unsafe conditions for EVERYONE!!With urgency please remedy the situation before something bad does occur.Thank you

The pick up wait has become quite lengthy. The last couple of time, we have waited for someone to bring our order between 30 and 45 mins. This is after calling several times and telling the app which spot we are in. I get the times we pick up is peak however this is Havelock so the time to wait for our order to come out is ridiculous. This has not been long term. Its only been am issue for us for about a month.

Made appointment for Covid test. (My very 1st one-how I got so lucky Im not sure) went through the drive thru. The assistant was so nice and professional. She was very clear in her directions. Very personable. Hoping Im negative! Parking lot clean.

Usually out of things, always crowded, and many shelves are disorganized with missing labels and items all over the place, but employees are friendly and typically willing to help. About the same as most Walmarts.

This location is like any other Walmart. Good service. Product availability is good. I wish the Walmart clerks pre-separated the plastic bags in the self-check out stations so the customers don’t waste time fumbling to open each bags. This add to the wait time to use the self-checkout stations.

Saw several signs offering flu shots. Went to the pharmacy - no one was in line ahead of me. And I waited. And waited. And i waited. And I walked away. Normally they are professional and prompt - I must have caught them on an off day.

Decent and polite help, lacking workers, good selection..stop doing away with the good cherry turnovers with icing

I wont buy produce here anymore! Especially cucumbers and tomatoes. I have complained and sent back these items several times, although I did get a refund. I ordered these again hoping the standards was higher, but NOOoo Way! It got worse in produce. I will be buying these from another place for sure. Also I learned not to but meats here. Always asking a high dollar for very low grade cuts of meats. Packaged and boxed items on the shelves is the only thing Ill buy anymore, if its a good price.

Last month a certain product that I eat was. 67 cent each. This month $1.07 each. Because of the popularity of this item, the price was increased. Shame on you WalMart!

Honestly we have never had a good experience here, but today was just plain dreadful. Definitely going to drive the extra twenty minutes to makeIt to a different Walmart.

Grocery section was out of alot of items, like the shelves hadnt been stocked for a while. Lines were fast and all registers were open. Or maybe people are hoarding things because of the new strain of COVID-19.....

Pretty busy people were not maintaining a 6 foot distance most were not wearing mask. The lady employee I asked for assistance very knowledgeable. Came I to buy a phone. I thought I knew what I wanted but this lady informed me on ALL of the phones as far as capabilities dos and donts... Qualities as far as processors cameras. Very helpful I believe her name was Rebecca if Im not mistaken. Will return when Im in the market for another phone or anything electronic

MANAGER : So at Walmart you guys have like employee recognition programs. I would like to nominate the light skin 6 ft tall dude that worked lawn and garden on the night of July 28 the “ITS NOT MY JOB” award. Walking into the lawn and garden could of simply said that this area was closing in 10 minutes but NO “ ITS NOT MY JOB”. This however is NOT first encounter with the winner of this award. If there is a different choice of color for this individual other than yellow bc he deserves the best. I also would like to mention I took my small dog in that is a service dog and he is now affected by the tremendous amount of attitude that floats around Havelock Walmart.

By far the best Walmart I’ve ever been in. Friendly employees, well-stocked, organized, and obviously well run.The music in the parking lot, however, is so obnoxious and awful I have to give the store one star.

The Walmart parking lot in Havelock is spacious and clean. The store inside is well organized with lots of selections to choose from. We were able to make our selections without any issues. At the checkout station the Walmart associate was courteous and assisted us with our purchases.

The money center woman that helped me get my Walmart to Walmart cash is an angel she helped me when Noone else would so Walmart gets 5 stars for hiring a woman like that

Once again here we have your typical Walmart Nationwide they are the same. They were able to push Kmart into the closet because they truly believe in store refresh. Youll never see a raggedy torn down beat up missing tile Walmart.

Love to come here. I live in New Bern and do not like the Supercenter there. I would rather drive about 30 miles to Havelock instead go 2 miles to ours!!

You have 4 isles open and then the self check out lane is so backed up Bc people with 2 carts full are using them!!!!!!!!!!

Love this Walmart. The store is neat and you can find stuff here that the others are usually out of it dont stock.

Got what I needed and got out..self check out. Go in with a certain amout of money so they dont rope you into needless purchases..and do self check out cause the store check out lines are usally long.

What happened to her Walmart where they used to care about the customer? for it tell you this story I do understand that people use the motorized carts who really dont need them but there are some people who actually really do need them take my husband for example he is very disabled hes on unable to stand more than 5 minutes at a time he can barely walk someone with when I have to go grocery shopping he has to use when those cards its a shame when you have employees who will not help a disabled person exchange carts when a cart runs out of energy and will not go when they stand there and make the disabled person unload the cart and put it in another shame on you Walmart shame on you.

Great Store it has everything and anything you want or need as it has great service so if your in a hurry you can be in and out as fast as you can walk and move yourself, so if your slow then you will slow yourself down.

I went to Walmart in Havlock this time. Its larger than our Morehead City one. But people there are not as friendly or helpful as Morehead City Walmart.

Terrible deli. I asked for Black Forest ham and I left my wife to pick it up. She doesn’t know the difference and they gave us honey ham and my wife is extremely allergic to honey. It’s really not hard to know the difference between honey and Black Forest. It was even charged and rung up as Black Forest but when I looked at it at my house it was honey in the bag

Instant photo is not working so we did 1hour photo day before around midnight, it supposedly ready by 10am here i am standing by the photo center at 10:40When I’ve got here around 10:15 amSome Guy was saying whos working at the photo center he’s on brake for 15 mint so i thought ok I’ll get it around 10:30 but I’m still here !!! waiting . !!! i know it’s pass way more then 15 mint . !!! Thanks Walmart wasting my time what is the purpose of 1hour photo or making a time to pick up the photo .

Found everything very easy and when we did need help, it was very easy to find an employee out on the floor.

This is a good Walmart, with many businesses plus grocery shopping.

Stopped here to buy bait for fishing...got home All worms were deceased!!!! Fish seem to like fresh food....they dont bite worms that dont wiggle!!!!

Many things were missing from the shelves and there is hardly anybody to ask for help when help is needed

If you are going to this store, God help you! I went on a Saturday night and they only had one line open. The express lane was open and the self-checkout was open but they only had one full service line open. I had over $200 with the groceries in my car and I just left it there I walked right out after waiting in line for 20 minutes. if they dont care about my time anymore than that they dont deserve my money

In the store for less than 5 minutes, a jacket was the mission, On the way into the was hungry looking at the food but was not offered any service, so just continued to find my jacket, that was till guy appeared in front of me looking confused, not looking at any particular set of items, I said OK kept shopping went to another section because I could not find my size, and boom there he was again in front of me, I grabbed a vest and went to the electronics section to get a charger but received no help, one salesmen ignored me, and everyone else was at the photo center, and so I headed to the front to check out, but I see the guy again, Now I was ready to go, I almost put down the items

This store is always stocked and clean. I love shopping at this Walmart

Needed shoes. Racks were three quarters empty. Wasted my time . Plus somebody stole my Umbrella that I laid down to look.

The latest remodel has made the grocery department far less user friendly than it was previously.Aisles are now narrower and congested in large part due to the Pick Up program mega-carts all over the place. The claustrophobia inducing environment is quite off-putting. Worse, the shelving just gets taller and taller, so short folks like myself cant reach the items they want to buy. Seriously. I shouldnt need to hire an NBA player just to get stuff down for me!I used to enjoy spending lots of time (and money!) here. Now I just get in and out as quickly as possible. Thats a shame.

We go shopping in the store..I know some of the associates there...
