Normally I do all of my own repairs on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every once in a while I come across something I just cant do in my garage, this was one of those times. Great bunch of guys at Two Rivers. They where able to squeeze me in to get my rack an pinion replaced and did a great job at a great price. I dont trust my vehicle to just anyone, but I have found a place I can now go where I feel confident that it will be fixed right and at a fair price. So thank you to the guys at Two Rivers and you have a new life long customer.

Super honest and professional. The dealership in town said we needed to replace our trucks engine which would have cost anywhere from $7k to $14k. We brought it to Two Rivers for a second opinion and they diagnosed the engine noise as an exhaust manifold leak caused by 2 sheared bolts. Their recommendation was to keep driving it and just watch it closely. I really appreciate their integrity - they have earned a lifelong customer!

Changed my muffler out, stuck to the original quote. Also told me that it might be either the exhaust manafold or just the gasket, but gave me a quote for that as well. Very honest and friendly. I am not the type to leave a review but I feel like I would do a disservice I this shop that took care of us. We flew into town from Salt Lake City to buy a truck on Friday around 3 PM, this truck needed tire alignment and oil change and found a more issue wrong with our new purchased. Called all over town for a shop to help and had no luck. Thanks to Napas connections we made it here and they took care of us! Best experience ever, if you need car solution check this place out!!

I took my 2002 Subaru WRX to Two Rivers to diagnose a misfire that I simply couldnt track down. I had replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel injectors, and even did a compression test. I was absolutely lost. Within a day of dropping the car off, I got a call back saying they had diagnosed the problem as a bad ECU and wiring to one of the fuel injectors. They quoted me a reasonable price, so I had them complete the repairs. In the end, they were actually able to save on costs and charged me less than I was quoted. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the professionalism and the way in which they maintained steady communication with me through each step of the process. I always felt informed and comfortable knowing they were only repairing what NEEDED to be repaired.Cannot say enough good things about these guys. They will shoot straight with you, make sure youre always informed, and treat you like their most important customer for any job.It is no surprise that their business is growing so quickly - these guys know how to take care of their customers!

I have a 2007 Ford 500 that the AWD module went out. They had the part within a week and the car was fixed within 2 days of dropping it off. While they had it they seen my calipers were seizing so they called me. These guys are on top of it! Great experience with them and very easy to work with, Ill definitely be going back!

Ive used Tims/Two Rivers a few times now over the past few months and Im very happy with them. They do great mechanical work and they employ very skilled diagnosticians! They listen to their customers and verify the complaint. If you happen to offer your own diagnosis, they will take the time to actually verify your diagnosis. In my case, I was wrong one out of three times, so Im grateful they didnt take my word for it. T/TR does not change parts to diagnose a vehicle; they properly diagnose the vehicle in order to replace the right part or effect necessary repairs, as needed. This is not a small thing as auto parts are not cheap . If you have a parts preference, e.g., OEM, they will endeavor to get it for you. As for scheduling, Ive not had any difficulty getting the vehicle looked at promptly, having had work done same or next day so far. If you are looking for a good auto repair shop in or near Hastings, this is your shop. Give them a call and you wont be sorry!

I have nothing but the best to say about Two Rivers. The guys there treat you with respect and wont try to railroad you with unnecessary repairs. This is the only repair shop I recommend, and will continue to use until they get sick of seeing my vehicles in the shop.

I had an oil change and as I was leaving the parking lot, the car died! They helped me get it back to the shop and figured out what was wrong and had me back on the road within the hour! Great service and great team, I would recommend them to anyone needing car service.

I had an amazing experience through these guys. I used to go to Tim for my repairs and maintenance, and I will be going through Chris and Corey as well. Had routine fluid changes and the following week my transmission stopped working and I received an error message. Seemed odd so they helped me get it to the shop to take a look. Happened to be a big coincidence with the transmission module that just so happened to be covered under warranty with ford because of an ongoing lawsuit. Chris helped coordinate with ford to get it fixed and back with me in a short period of time where I had to do very little. Keep up the good work!

I feel Tim provided great service and was very reasonably priced. I had my car brought in that had not been started in 15 years!! This was my first time using Tims Repair Shop. I choose his shop because he was a small family owned business and had good reviews. He got the car started up after just one day!! Of course additional work was needed replacing the water pump, repairs to the radiator and heater core. But he kept me up dated with estimated costs. I felt like he took pride in his work and cared about getting my car back up and running safe.

This was my first experience at Tims, and I was quite impressed with his level of professionalism. The waiting room is orderly and clean and gives a great first impression. We talked quite a bit about the issues I was having with my car and he gave me an estimate over the phone the same day being very thorough on what it would take to fix the issues. He kept me appraised all the way through the service if there were any additional problems that he ran into during his inspection and any extra charges that would be incurred. The repairs were made as promised and on schedule. I will definitely be back!

Since moving to Hastings, we needed to find a local auto repair shop. We took our car to Tims Repair Shop and we were told the approximate amount to expect for the work being performed. It is a great family owned and operated business. I received a call hours before the estimated deadline and within the price range. They were also able to tell me what I needed to prepare to have done on the next visit and what was needed before next winter. They really went above and beyond. The car runs great and they guarantee their work in writing.

We just moved from New Ulm to Hastings & we needed a place for car repair/oil change/tire rotation - a 1 stop shop. We used to do maintenance work at the dealership at Golden Valley, but they have become very busy (only 2 dealerships in MN) and it took us a long time to schedule a right time. So we decided to give Tims Repair Shop a try (its very close to where we live). We enjoyed setting up appointment online & Kristi called us back in a timely manner to get us scheduled & we got snow tires put on on both cars. We like the list that they give us after each visit. Excellent estimates and if they cant fix it, it aint broke. They will work on systems many shops wont even try, air conditioning systems are an example. Completely trustworthy.

Thankfully they were able to fit me in for some last minute repairs on my callipers. I originally went to two other mechanics who couldnt figure out the problem before going to Tims. Little more pricy than I would have liked, but a job well done none the less.

Paid 120 for an oil change, new oil plug, and air box screws removed.I needed the oil plug removed because I couldnt get It out myself.I asked Tim to remove air box screws. He said He loosened 3 and cut two off. He certainly cut two off... But only one out of the3 that were left were loose, And I remember It being the only one I could get loose myself. From the sounds in the garage He was working on the air box for 25 min at least. I was told they were loose and was charged time and labor for air box screws that were clearly not loose. Tim only got the metal insert to free From the plastic box. The threads and insert clip were still binded. Wont be going back to tims

Just called to see how much to get wheel bearing tighten and the guy on the phone got offended by my story, 2 weeks ago a mechanic tighten up my wheel bearing making the sound stop then said it was my brakes for $300.. I can do brakes or have a buddy do them saving me money. I just wanted to know what the sound was... after the story he went on a rant why professional business have to to say it was the brakes.. brakes havent made a sound yet only the wheel bearing. He didnt want to deal with a customer like me and I apologize for my story if I offended him in any way.. I told him with the tension that we have already I better not go to him, he said that for the best... um okay... lol
