I worked with Troy after a fender-bender in my Subaru. Troy was very thorough in explaining what work needed to be done and the costs associated with the repairs. While they were working on my vehicle they called each day to give me a status update as well as to update me on some more damage they had found after getting the car apart. When I picked up my car a few days earlier than anticipated, it was clean and honestly looked like a completely new car. I appreciated the professionalism, timeliness, and straight-forward this is how we are going to fix this attitude.

I never thought getting a car repaired could be so easy!!! Ryan the Manager, stopped what he was doing to explain how cars are repaired properly and the insurance company procedures. All the office staff explained the process. Mike in parts explained his job and Kris how he talks to the insurance company to receive authorizations . What a great experience

They set the parking brake for no apparent reason on an older vehicle. This led to the brakes seizing, though the pedal had been released prior to driving. They refused to even assist a stranded customer. Rude and unprofessional acting.UPDATE:Based on the level of condescension in the response below, anyone should be able to judge for themselves what to expect from this company (or at least this branch). It really demonstrates how this situation was treated from the beginning.A couple of corrections to the misleading response is needed. First, and foremost, assistance was absolutely denied. The vehicle was picked up and within a few minutes it was disabled. It was less than two miles from the shop. The call for assistance was met with rudeness and an immediate launch into a blame game by the company. Assistance was denied and a statement to the effect that that wasnt their problem was made. Just a little common decency would have gone a long way. The statement regarding finger pointing and entitlement never entered the scenario, as the response suggested. However, in retrospect, they seemed like they already knew there was a problem. They were extremely quick in diagnosing the problem over the phone and deciding who to blame. Makes you wonder.....The second correction has to do with the odd statement regarding the relationship between a manual transmission and brake lines. Theyre different and independent systems with different functions and not directly connected in any meaningful fashion, as it relates to this discourse. Im not sure what point was being made. The applying of the emergency brake most definitely and directly led to the seizing up. Its a 17 year old vehicle that has spent its entire life in Michigan. A professional vehicle service operation should at the very least suspect there might be a potential problem applying an emergency brake on a vehicle that old. Quoting manufacturer recommendations looks less like a defense and more like a dodge.

I had an unexpected collision with a deer that did quite a bit of damage. I have worked quite a bit with Vision Tire and Auto and they recommended Vision Collision! After two weeks in the shop my car looks amazing! They did an excellent job on the outside and even cleaned the inside! And the icing on the cake was having it delivered to me right to my driveway! What service! Highly recommend!

I leave very few reviews but when places deserve 5 stars I make sure to go out of my way. Ive never need an auto repair before but my 2015 Honda Civic was rear-ended recently and the back of the car was severely messed up. I called Vision and had my car in the shop for 2 weeks, they called me every couple of days with updates making sure I was well informed and did 99% of the work for me with the insurance company. The work was great I cannot even tell there was damage and the shop feels more like a family then a business. Very professional and honest. Absolutely will do business with these guys again. I had a great experience with vision collision. I was rear ended and was dragging my feet getting my bumper fixed, I was expecting it to be a big pain in my butt. They made everything very easy. When they were shuttling me home I realized I had left my home keys in my car, crap! They were so nice about it and drove me back to get them like it was no big deal. They were also very accommodating with getting my car back to me!

Our insurance suggested Vision Collision Haslett so we decided to get my moms Jeep Compass towed after the right front tire was bent hitting a curb. There were many parts damaged internally that caused the vehicle to make really loud noise. Before I pick up the jeep, I paid the deductible and signed the documents assuming everything is done. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the Jeep starting making some noise, I called right away & took the vehicle back the next day as they requested. Then I was told that they need to another diagnosis that will cost me $85 unless its related to the accident. Regardless if it was related to the accident or not, any repair or body shop gives you 30-60 days or sometimes lifetime warranty in case something wasnt done properly. They made me run around auto repair services because they forgot to mention that they only do body work but works with other auto repair shops for mechanical work. I was so frustrated that I gave up and got it fixed out of pocket after paying $250 deductible (my insurance paid $480). I later found out, after speaking to one of the managers, since they dont have mechanics, they drove the jeep WHITLE IT was damaged to an auto repair service in Lansing instead of getting it towed which caused more damage to the Jeep. I would never ever consider going back to this place or suggest it to anyone else. Any auto service center I have been to has always told me that if the problem occurs in the next month or two you can bring it back and we will resolve the issue unlike them not charge you another diagnosis fee for the same issue you brought the vehicle in in the first time. Im beyond disappointed with their lack of honestly, professionalism and blaming the problem on my insurance instead of taking responsibility for their actions.

Excellent service, knowledgable and friendly staff with fantastic result. Had them fix my Subaru Crosstrek after I was rear-ended and they were very quick with the repairs and brought it back looking like it came right off the showroom floor. They even provided a free rental car while mine was in their shop. Overall great experience, and will for sure be recommending them to everyone that I know.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Took them 3 times to fix it properly. 2 months later my bumper is loose. Pulled over by the cops because they did not correctly fix my tail light.

Excellent service, excellent result. In mid-January 2016, I took my car to Vision Collision-Haslett for body work following a minor accident. Cody Knauff greeted me and my husband, obtained the necessary information from us and inspected my vehicle, listened and responded to our concerns, and was in all respects very professional. He provided a cost estimate for the job and said theyd need my car for approximately 3 days. Both the cost and time estimates were spot on. When they were finished with my car, it looked brand new. They also returned it washed AND detailed, which was an unexpected but very nice surprise. I could not be more satisfied with the experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. My thanks to the folks at Vision Collision-Haslett, including Derek Guenther and his paint team, for such excellent work.
