Had to come here to pick up a prescription, this sign was posted. Attempted to call this store and the ardsley store multiple times (4), kept getting bumped to stores greeting message and never got to speak with a person. When I arrived at the ardsley store they informed me that I would have to have my prescription resubmitted to their store. It would have been nice to know this through a simple phone call, not by having to drive 20 minutes across town. According to pharmacist, this store will be closed for another week at least.

The Rite Aid in Hartsdale is as close to being our neighborhood supermarket since there isn’t any other store in the village to buy cereal or cans of soup. We really didn’t need another drug store since we have a great neighborhood pharmacy almost directly across the street. However over the last few months they have expanded their grocery aisles and since many folks are trying to avoid going to large supermarkets, I think they deserve 4 stars for providing more grocery items. It’s a shame they do not carry any fruit or vegetables!

HI, When will the store re-open? It has been closed for a week now and I cant get Amazon packages. It says that the store is closed for cleaning!

They seem to have fixed their issues with answering the phone recently. I like getting texts to let me know when my meds are ready to pick up.If they could improve the functionality of their site to allow me to avoid having to call at all, it would be close to ideal for me.Nobody likes making phone calls in 2021.. And their pharmacists would probably prefer that too...

The staff doesnt pick up the phone, or theyll hangup the line once you finally get transferred to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional.

Im very very upset about the service I didnt receive,yesterday I called the pharmacy and couldnt get through,I had to get in touch with the district manager,today I called all day she finally picked up after I called from another number,how shes gonna tell me to get in touch with my doctor,and after that wouldnt pick up the phone,I called all the way up to 8:56 and she refused to answer the phone,this is soo wrong,if you have a personal issue with me thats your problem, you know that its very important to answer the phone because you never know what a customer situation is,and a customer has the right to call and check on their medication, I have never seen a pharmacy not answer the phone for hours,I have a major problem with this and something has to be done,theres no way your phones are tied up for hours,and they can see whose calling and its up to them wether they want to speak to the customer, well guess what something has to be done and I wont stop until something is done,leave your attitude and your personal problems at the door,and if you have a problem with the customer I suggest you discuss it,because I have never been disrespectful to anyone at this pharmacy even when I see the foolishness that they do

My mother and I walked into the store a few weeks ago and the manager accused my mother of stealing products she paid for. They even checked the cameras. Even though the employee said we did. Now my mother is afraid of walking back into the store because of the way they treated her. It was a bad overall experience the employees are good but I can’t say the same for the manager

Pharmacy team is excellent. Kind, caring and remembered my name. Store workers are also very nice and they welcome dogs.

Its okay. I only go there when Im in the neighborhood. I never go out of my way to shop here. Employees have good customer service skills.

Jen and Carla are absolutely wonderful and go beyond the means to help accommodate all of their patients.
