Had a broken window. Called almost every window and glass place around. They all said same thing, 3-4 week turnaround, special order. Then one subcontractor told me about Park Hardware. I called and spoke to Johnny in glass area. I had it the next day. Exact fit, very next day. AMAZING!!!!!!!!

First time in. Had to pick up some small items to finish a project. Owner was really friendly and a pleasure to talk too.

Very helpful and professional environment

Wanted to spend in local small business but they patience and time to deal with customers. Lack of customer service made a bad experience so went to home depot instead and got what I needed.

I had an outstanding experience with the employees. They were really looking out for me. I got a key cut here for my vehicle at an excellent price. It was such a good price, I got an additional key cut in comparison to what other places were charging.

If youve been to 15 different stores and have been unable to find whatever it is you were looking for then go to Park Hardware ask for Jose or Tony and within 10 minutes I guarantee you they will find it. This place has absolutely everything and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and nice

Not a handyman at all but when I asked questions about my bathroom & lighting they were very helpful to the point where I took a shot and did the work my self.i must say it came out better then what I thought it would be! Thanks for José Vasquez for all the help! Your awesome!

A great little hardware store in the middle of the city. that has everything from hardware to plumbing and paint. The owners and Staff are friendly and helpful. I am able to get in and out which saves me time from driving miles to the big box stores when I need a part to finish a job in the area. and there is a parking lot off the street which helps as well. I definitely recommend this store.

Only reason Im giving this a 5star is because I go to the barbershop next to this place and they are the best barbers in Hartford hands down

My husband loved this place. Could go in and describe what you need and theyd get it for you. If the item didnt work theyd take it ack and try again to find the right thing. Now Im going to get my screen repaired and see about replacing a broken window.
