Paid for overnight delivery. Delayed a day. I called I was told their obligations were by 8 pm. Yes 8pm the day before. Not a day late. Poor business and crooks. You pay for overnight there’s no excuse why it’s not delivered on time

Stay away from this location. Nicole, the CSA I interacted with, was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me upon walking up to the counter. She just started asking questions about my shipping item. There was an issue with a sticker on a large shipping container I was using to ship a laptop. The sticker was 10x5 inches and showed a list of features for storing and transporting items in the case. One inch of that sticker showed the case being used to safely store a firearm. She didn’t like it and wanted the sticker completely removed since firearms were not allowed to be transported. I told her that I was shipping a laptop and not a firearm and asked if I could cover up the small image since the entire sticker was very hard to remove and would require a lot of scraping. She wouldn’t budge and insisted that removing the entire case sticker was the only way to meet FedEx policy. This seemed somewhat extreme given that the image could have been easily covered. But it was even more odd that she didn’t seem interested in the case contents themselves. What’s ironic is that the same sticker was allowed on the case when I received it a few days earlier via FedEx Express from my employer! This indicates that policies are not being followed consistently by FedEx. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused and said there was no else I could talk to. When I called FedEx customer service, they agreed she was being unreasonable (though none could actually pull up the policy she was referencing for removing every part of the sticker). I realized that they were not willing to address the issue properly, so I took the case to another FedEx location. The employee there was fine with the same case after I covered up the small area that was a concern. FedEx needs to look into how this issue was handled.

Straight up terrible company. Everytime I order something and it comes through fedex, I NEVER receive what I ordered. My packages are always marked delivered but NEVER GET DELIVERED. I have never had good luck with fedex. Other deliver services such as UPS and USPS never have trouble with delivery. Fedex customer service is terrible.One day I ordered a package and it got marked delivered to my house. Got home and package was nowhere to be found. Multiple calls to customer service and three days later, I get a call from a local grocery store saying the driver delivered my package to them and then told them request a package pickup because he didn’t have time to actually deliver the package to my house.

Received online notification and phone notification yesterday (Saturday) that I had to be available for a signed delivery on Monday. Ok! Received a notification that package will be delivered Tuesday?? The package has been in hagerstown Maryland, since this afternoon((Sunday)?? What?? It was paid for as a two day delivery, shipped Friday morning from Indiana!! I have had signature required packages signed for by the drivers, and left at the wrong address, a package left on a non roofed porch, with rain imminent, left in the neighbors driveway, when they were home, no knock, left in front of an outbuilding, all when I was home waiting for the packages!! Maybe 1/3 of the deliveries have been without incidents? No time is ever given, except before 8 pm? Now they cant even get the day correct!!! Ooopps! The issues have not been with the Harrisonburg location, they have been through the Staunton center. My apologies to the Harrisonburg folks!Received another notification thru Staunton, that my package is on the truck today, Monday?? Sorry Harrisonburg! Staunton has been the culprit!

Paid $55 dollars for priority overnight shipping on a $1000 item only for the fedex delivery girl to try to deliver it to the wrong address. She also leaves a door tag at the wrong address, so had I not caught this someone else couldve signed and she wouldve left a $1000 dollar item of mine with someone else. Needless to say I sat at home all day waiting on them with my front door open. My house number is on my home, great big green and white reflective sign!! The only reason I caught it was because I got a email saying my item couldnt be delivered because no one was home to sign. So I called customer service and they said the local office who had my item would call me back within 2 hours and she assured me that my item would be redelivered to me today. Lady from local office calls and said Im sorry the girl that tried to deliver wont be able to redeliver until Monday, today is Friday......WOW!!! This is why I will never use FEDEX EVER AGAIN!!! Manager at local office didnt seem to care at all, just kept making excuses on why the delivery girl wasnt gonna be able to make it back to my home today. She literally had to drive right by my house again to go back to fedex so Im not quite understanding why she cant come to a stop in the CORRECT driveway for less than 2 minutes for a signature and to give me my package. Really piss poor customer service!!!! People, do yourselves a favor and use THE BIG BROWN TRUCK, (UPS)!!!

These bunch of people are morons. I paid for an overnight service for a car title to be pickup by the customers. The Fedex driver came to my store while I just stepped in the bathroom for a brief minute. He left without leaving the package and did not leave a notice to say he was here. So, I waited and waited. Until 4:30 pm which is the possible latest they must deliver. I called and the operator said the drive attempted to deliver the package at 10:45 am and no one was in. So the next delivery date is on Monday.Now my customer drove 2 hours to pick up the title and I have no title to give him. He is mad and the dam driver just go about doing his normal thing. Operator said there is nothing they can do because no one is in the store.Even the store sign says open at 12:00 am. you would think someone would at least call you or something.. Incompetence at its best.

Theres a large sign on our business door that says to take all deliveries to the next door (15 feet away), and the driver just blows past our business because the door is closed. People inside working, sign on door and I get a message saying undeliverable - business closed. This will be the last time I choose FedEx for ANYTHING. They make the USPS look like heros......

I bought 4 Disco fish valued at 400 dls they sent them to me from California on Thursday to arrive on Friday and they didnt arrive until Tuesday and of course they died on the road because FedEx didnt do its job well
