Mattress seems to be good but do NOT get it delivered by them. They told me in the store it would be shortly after 7pm that it would be at my house. It did not arrive until 10pm. That is highly unacceptable. Their reasoning was because they deliver after they close. Why start delivering that late.

I purchased a mattress from here late last year. There was an issue with my matress being out of stock and it was resolved with consideration for the costumer. Ricky was always courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall exceptional costumer service. Id recommend Matress Land if youre on a budget or looking for other options.

We purchased a mattress for my daughter as she was moving into a house at college. We were only going to be in town for 1 day so needed the delivery that day. The gentlemen at Mattress Land were so helpful. They even moved our delivery to the first during their route because they knew we were leaving town. Ricky delivered the Mattress and was so friendly. My daughter lives in a basement apartment so the queen mattress we ordered was not going to fit. Ricky quickly removed the door from the hinges and had the frame, box spring and mattress set up in no time. The price was also great! We got the whole package, including delivery for $327. Thanks guys!!!

While the exterior isnt terribly exciting, there is a decent range of mattresses to be had inside. John welcomed us and got a feel for what we were looking for, then made a few suggestions and stepped back and let us try them out. He stayed available for questions and checked in periodically, but wasnt the pushy, too-present salesman we had come to expect from the other places we visited. He got us a great price on a mattress that we were really happy with - and it was selling for half off the list price. So, we are happy campers and would trust any other mattress shopper to John! Good range of quality and prices available.

I spent 1, 300 on a bedroom set with the mattress on January 4, 2019. I was informed it would take 2 weeks for my order to come in. I had received no call and 3 weeks had passed. The owner explained that the warehouse messed up on the order and they had sent the wrong color etc, but he took no fault in the mess up and said he had no control over what happened, mind you no apology. I advised the owner/manager they should of contacted me in regards of the error but failed to notify me. They said don’t worry it will be here no later than this week that was on February 28, 2019. I received no calls in which I called today 02/07/2019 asking to see if the bedroom set was in. The manager says glad you called yes its ready. I said well no one notified me. He says they left a voice mail in which I never received a called. I would not be surprised if someone else was called in place on me. The guy that works at the store said they could take it to me and when I ask the manager can you do me the favor to take it to the house considering the error I have been waiting for a month and 3 days. His response is No we have done enough for you. The guy from the store had provided a deal for a free nightstand if I bought it all at once 1, 300 which has nothing to do with the horrible customer service. I paid in cash. It was not $5 I spent with this place. I myself work with customer’s every day and customer services are is our number one priority. The guy from the store is super nice, however the owner/manager should not be in business for the way he treats his customers. As well when you purchase anything they do not tell you that you do not have the right to return anything purchased.

Bought a mattress last year and the man gave me a really good deal. Worth checking out!
