This is a very nice place to buy party supplies. However, they need to update the store with new party themes. I couldnt find anything about baby boss, planes, hot air balloons...... Im making a 1st birthday party for my son and I couldnt find anything really nice... its a big store, so it should have it!I liked the graduation parties supplies, was great and I saw a lot of nice pieces!

A lot of their stuff is overpriced, even target is cheaper than they are ! Came to buy a helium tank and was harassed by their employees for having a medical condition. So I went to target and ended up saving $10 for same volume tank 8.9, and didn’t have to deal with any harassment!

The shelves were surprisingly empty.

Heather and the team at Party City were awesome to work with preparing our baby gender reveal party! They kept the secret throughout the process and provided the balloon box we needed perfectly at the time needed. Can’t thank them enough! What a great team to work with! 🥰👍

I wouldnt recommend going here for costumes. I got a costume that was torn and they wouldnt return because they said i should return right after i found the rip. I live 2 hrs away. It ruined my Halloween outfit. They suck. Ill be going to spirit Halloween for now on.

Very unorganized and pricey

Customer service wasn’t the greatest, sloppy with online ordering and pick up service. The girl asked me did I already pay or need to pay. She had the receipt and clearly saw I already paid. I even showed her the email. She wasn’t really sure where my order was. When I got home one item I ordered for a baby shower clearly had the bag open. It says 24 pieces I got only 17. So the person who packed the online order for the store pick up clearly had to notice the large hole in the bag, but was to lazy to care. I always loved party city it was my go to store. However the lazy employees have ruined that for me.

Wouldnt sell me a helium tank without a mask but then said they can sell me a mask so I can buy the helium tank. What sense does this BS make?

This place is great! Everything you ever wanted and more for every kind of party. They just need to refill their M&M candy dispensers or get rid of them. Empty for months.

The staff was very rude. They stood around gossiping rather than help customers. I will not be returning to this store or any other locations.

I walked into this Party Store & my Eyes Bulges out like Wow from Every Color of napkin & plate & Party Hat to match in about Every Color imaginable! Any & Every Kind of Balloon at the End my Head was Dizzy. Mgr. would not let me take any pictures in there. That was Odd!!

I Write her because I had be bad experience in this store as I purchased number balloons for my son’s birthday 2 days before his party and one of them in just half hour in house deflated . I come back in 2nd day with receipt and they right way make excuses with very bad altitude for not giving me other one especially the manger of the store Be aware when you purchase from this store to deal with very bad costumers service .
