As a black Muslim woman shopping its hard to get good, if not great customer service and this store met all my requirements if not more as a shopper. The staff was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door. They asked if I needed assistance. Very knowledgeable of inventory and is willing without hesitation to find on line or in other stores for what I wanted. Im not a regular customer but they ALL made me feel as If I was. Three thumbs up.

Did very good with my purchase I called online and got my shoes, walked in walked up to the front desk and asked about my shoes said they had them, I also needed a pair of sweatpants so I showed them the pair of sweatpants on thier website, said they had them, bought them but also bought the shirt that matched with them so 5/5 purchase great staff

I would give 0 stars, if I could! Always problems here! Especially if the manager isnt there. They will give you false information and be rude just because they dont have knowledge on the proper way to do things. Its seriously awful and sickening. They sent us home today saying they couldnt apply military discount on a sale item...ive called customer service and they said they could!!we cant order online because size 11 is only available in store. I think today was the last visit there!

Awesome customer service..

This place is Terrible. Had to run back to store twice for shoestrings for my sons sneakers, when the guy told me he needed 45 inch laces. Had to run back and get the 54, they were still too small. Wasted gas, called the manager back, never even apologized for giving me wrong info not once, but twice!

I called to see if some shoes I would like to purchase were there, and I was left in hold without being able to say anything, I was left on hold for 10min, and nobody helped, and it was quiet, all I heard were employees speaking to eachother, so I eventually hung up and called back with no answer...
