I had a chocolate platter delivered during the spring months. The driver placed the platter (chocolate) with its contents on the ground, at my front door, with no bag or sealed cover and in direct sunlight. The chocolate started to melt and the ants were starting to have a field day. Edible arrangements is usually impressive. Not so much recently.

Ive never been disappointed by the quality of products. Ive used them for gifts and they are always well received. I also received a nice gift from them this year. Yes, they are expensive, but the fruit is always fresh and flavorful.

I placed an order online with great trepidation because we all know things can go wrong, but when I called to follow up and ask if we could swap one flavor of popcorn and confirm everything it took a while to get a person because of how things were busy, I have absolutely no complaints. It was a lovely assortment of popcorn with a balloon and an appropriate substitution recommendation by the employee who answered the phone so thank you very much!! Delivery impeccable.

My mom ordered me a chocolate covered strawberry and pineapple arrangement for Mother’s Day. The strawberries were rotten inside the chocolate and the pineapple was all rind. It seemed like it sat around for a week before it was delivered. I feel bad that she paid all that money for something that was poor quality. I didn’t have the heart to tell her.

My sister ordered me an edible arrangement for my birthday and I was not satisfied with it. The edible arrangement looked nothing like the photo, the fruit was leaning, almost falling off & the fruit wasnt fresh at all. Im very disappointed!

I have had fantastic experiences every time I come here. The staff are always helpful and friendly even when they are obviously very busy. The fruit never fails to be fresh and sweet. Products are expensive, but worth it.

I’m only giving this place 1 star because I cannot give it 0 and still be able to rate it. Horrible service. My husband was doing relief work up in Puerto Rico for my birthday so he decided to call and order me up an arrangement, an expensive one at that. It got delivered to me on my birthday and I was so excited and happy becaus I had never had one and I didn’t expect a gift at all. When I first received it I was elated, it was beautiful and I couldn’t wait to endulge later on but me and my children had a couple errands to run first. So, I placed the arrangement inside of the refrigerator, I left out of the house and I made my runs. That night, after getting my children to bed, I snuck downstairs and quietly grabbed my arrangement and went back up to my bedroom to just eat some of it and then place it back into the fridge for later. When I started to open it, I could smell rotted fruit. I couldn’t believe it, seeing as how I’d never touched it. So, I ate a couple of pieces of fruit and sure enough, it was no good. I was so frustrated, I called my husband and he became angry seeing as how he wanted me to enjoy at least something on my birthday and he said the arrangement was in no way cheap. He told me to call first thing in the morning. So the next day after getting my kids to school around 10 AM I called, a young woman answered. I tried to tell her what happened and that the fruit was no good and immediately she asked me did I refrigerate the fruit, I told her yes and she asked for my name and I gave her my name and she proceeded to put me on hold... for NO LIE about 20 minutes. So, clearly I was pissed. 20 mins later she gets back on the phone and without apologizing for keeping me on hold for almost a half an hour, she just says, “My manager is not here until Tuesday, You’ll have to call back Tuesday”. I said, “No, just give me a new basket TODAY and that will suffice I’m not waiting until next week to talk to someone when I just told you that my basket arrived rotten”. She then hung up on me. I called back for what seemed like all day long. I called back the next day and the people kept putting me on hold and never picking back up. This is ridiculous. You would think you sell a product that is edible and it is rotten all you have to do is replace that product and the customer will be happy. Well, in ANY way possible they have been ducking me because all I wanted was my BIRTHDAY arrangement that my husband had ordered for me! Three days after speaking with the young lady who hung up on me, I spoke to a man who told me that I had to have my HUSBAND call in and report to them what happened. I am disgusted. Had this would’ve been someone without a Hispanic sounding name I wonder would this even be such an issue?!? I never ever received another arrangement, a gift card, store credit, a coupon, NOTHING. After all my husband tried to do was send me something while he was helping the victims of Hurricane Maria. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Ordered first thing in the morning, my order total was over 100.00. They where to bring two boxes of things for my staff. They never came until the end of the day and then they where missing half the order. If I wouldnt have been at the place I never would have noticed that the order was short! Thank god I was here
