I ordered pictures that needed to be picked up at the photo lab. No one was available to help. I waited patiently for someone, and no one came. The female at the front register had a line, but was nice enough to call not once, but 3 times over the intercom for someone to come help me. No one ever came, until after a while. The person who did come, wasn’t even going to help me until she saw me. Ridiculous!!

I like that this place has a little bit of everything. You can get food, cosmetics, electronics, toys and medical things. They always have a seasonal section as well. That section is nice the day after also because of the 50% off. The people who work there are also a plus. They are helpful and seem to know the store layout pretty good if you need something specific. I enjoy this Walgreens.

I tried setting up an appointment in the drive thru and the guy told me to get out of the line to help other customers. never coming here again i was her for 20 min trying to set up an appointment and they made me feel as if i wasn’t important enough to be helped.

Beware. The whole young group of people at the pharmacy go to lunch, and close the pharmacy. They do not post on the window the fact that they are closed at their lunch 30 minutes. If you have an emergency at their lunch hour, you are out of luck with this pharmacy. They dont even have the sense in rotating their lunch shifts. For any staff member that reads this, it means, you have 2 people working at the pharmacy to attend to YOUR CUSTOMERS, and the rest go for lunch. Dont know if this location is open 24 hours, but if you need meds at midnight, they are probably closed at the pharmacy for their midnight snack. Please do not respond as you have no excuse.

They dont know how to process returns for items purchased online in the store. They kept telling me I had to return it online, even after I pointed out their own return policy for online purchases. The manager kept saying I needed some non existent paper to scan. I showed him my online order in the app and the order slip from the box. They couldnt figure it out. I said Id just go to another location. So I went down the street to Walgreens on tyler by the expressway, and they had no issue processing the return in minutes.

Horrible service! Unprofessional and rude! Managers were gossiping and chit chatting and left us there standing and waiting ....then when I asked Anissa from pharmacy/photo lab for help, she told us to HOLD ON very rudely and just stood there watching her coworkers talking and gossiping. We walked out. That was the worst service Ive received from a Walgreens. I work in retail and would never treat my guests that way.

Great store to shop at! My favorite out of the 3 stores located in Harlingen. From the layout of the store, to product availability even the selection they keep on hand is so convenient for this mom on the go. The store is always clean, organized and the displays are so inviting I always walk out with more than I came for.. Managers and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help if needed. I highly recommend this location, you won’t regret it!

I called to see if the Photo Center had my pictures ready, i was on the line with a guy for 5 + minutes and he hung up after. On top of that when he answered he had a bad attitude and his response was just an okay.
