Best. experience. EVER! Not only was the whole buying process comfortable and fun with Brian but I mentioned I had not ridden in a while and both Brian and the front desk receptionist went out of their way to stay 45 minutes past closing time to make sure that I was comfortable enough on the bike to ride it home! They even gave me some very helpful tips that I’ve been using every day since! I will be recommending them to others!

Butch was super friendly and honest. Fair on my trade in and gave me good advice for getting back on a dirt bike after a few years.

Service department appears to be so busy, which i have no doubt, that theyve lost their ability to respect much less appreciate potential customers anymore. Ive seen this with other companies and its just sad. Had my bike dropped off here just to have it picked up again an hour later and delivered to a more reputable one. Never give business to a company whos so busy that they can care less about your business. Thats being unprofessional at its finest.

From start to finish, my experience with these guys was superb. I found a Mule I was interested on via their website. Shortly after making my online inquiry, Butch reached out and we set-up a time to look at it. We quickly agreed on a price an terms. Butch fully accommodated my schedule and respected my time. After purchase, Jimmy and the service department made sure everything was in top-shape and running correctly. These guys are honest and care about customer service. Could not be happier.

Went to have a tune up done on a Mule that had been purchased at this dealership. Employee walks out to look at another mule and tells him we don’t work on anything old than 15yrs old. He thought my mule was his, would not talk to me. VERY Unprofessional! If they won’t work on it that is fine, treat every customer like you would want to be treated. My family and I have done a lot of business there before and in fact my wife and I went to them first when we wanted to by a NEW Mule.BTW we purchased a new Mule in Georgetown! Sorry this is long, have never done this before but couldn’t believe what just happened!

As a first time motorcycle buyer, I did a good amount of research and walked into Texas Motor Sports with the intention of just sitting on a few bikes I was interested in. Butch greeted me and had no problem with it. Very cool guy and actually talked for a bit before browsing. I did the MSF course through Texas Motor Sports as well and had a good experience. After I got legal I called Butch and talked about prices and made a deal over the phone. Their prices are fair and they are very military friendly. No trying to take advantage of young soldiers. And they wont sell a R1 or some other liter bike to a brand new rider. They care about your safety. That says a lot if someone is putting your well being first before making a commission. They are very honest and straight forward. They also give a rebate discount of $100 if you take their MSF course and buy a Yamaha from them. Overall great experience. Everyone here is very friendly and genuine, and I would send my soldiers and friends here if they were interested in a bike.

This place has done right by me every time I get parts. Patrick (as well as the rest of the service department) are really cool people.

The instructor I had could not distinguish a rectangular prism from a pyramid and discouraged the students when they corrected him. 6/8 students failed the course. The constant nagging will have you throttling for the hills 😂

Purchased a 2018 Ninja 400 SE from Butch. Easiest and quickest sale Ive ever done. Their sales staff is great. Service department is also good. I would highly recommend them.

For a few years this company was great. Now that I brought in my bike to get repaired my light kit was not working. They blamed my stereo system. I guess they didnt remember they installed it. Once I reminded them of that it was nothing but back peddling and it is what it is talk. Who puts an amp on a wire kit. Disrespect and no need to take your chance with them. I sure wont any longer.

The best motorcycle shop in the area. I go there for all my inspection needs. My wife bought a yamaha from there a while back and the experience was extremely pleasant. I would love it if they took over the suzuki sales for the area too. Then they would have the perfect trifecta of motorcycle sales! They sell Kawasaki and Yamaha and their selection of used bikes was nice as well.

I purchased the BRV so I could obtain my M endorsement, I didnt pass the skills test input my foot down on skills test # 2. I get but hopefully I will not give up on getting my M endorsement. But over all it was a good course. Mrs. Debra and Mr. Perk are great people.

Well what can I say...I almost feel robbed! Although I would give 5 stars to Mrs. Debra...she truly has AWESOME customer service. My daughter purchased the “BRC” course for me as a birthday gift and I can’t say I would give it 5 stars. I feel like for someone who knows absolutely nothing about motorcycles, the information they teach in the class versus what you are tested on is not helpful. I feel they did not really cover information that you are tested on which sorta sets you up for failure. It also is upsetting that I wasn’t the only person who did not pass the test yet others were able to slide through and attend the second part of the class...NOT FAIR!!! Yes I am aware that it is a requirement that you pass both parts but it would help if they cover and spend more time focusing on what you need to know for the test. Waste of my daughters hard earn money! Again I was not the only person who did not pass...there were two others who formally did not pass but he gave them an 80 anyway. I witnessed one with my own eyes an spoke to the other individual who stated they missed more than the amount allowed but was still permitted to attend the next course.

Called about a test ride and employee couldn’t have been more disrespectful! Many bike shops I’ve been too in my experience have had demo bikes to test ride and see what you like best. I didn’t know anything about this place and called about a test ride. The employee laughed at me asking about test riding a bike. DEFINITELY could have been more professional in explaining that they did not offer test rides on specific bikes rather than laughing at a simple question! DEFINITELY lost my business!

There was no nonsense or playing with numbers like Ive had with other dealerships. They were friendly and I feel like I got a great deal! They also have great customer service and helped us load up our motorcycles. If you go ask for Butch and he will help you out!

Brought my Virago in for new tires and an oil leak. Initially the oil leak was not fixed correctly, but the Service Manager had my bike brought back in. He took ownership of getting it fixed right. Him and the Parts Manager made sure the parts and repairs were handled quickly and did not charge me labor again. Im pleased with the shops accountability to its customers.

He kept me in the loop on status of my repairs at all times and really solidified my decision to deal with this dealership. My name is jerry Levine I’m not going to leave a review on here quite yet. I’m curious to see if they get a hold of me to fix the problem I’m having. I’ve purchased 2 CF MOTO 500’s from this establishment. The first one, was about 2 years ago and was outstanding! great customer service and everything. That’s why I came back for a second one. The second one is a 2020 CF MOTO 500 as well. bought about 3 or 4 months ago has been ridden 3 times for a total of about 6 hours at the most. The motor started making a rattling sound. After clicking through the odometer readings I realized it had over 30 hours on it. And was told yesterday by the sales man that they should get it’s first major service at around 20 hours or the motor starts coming apart. I went in and asked them how many hours was on this “Brand New Machine“ when I bought it and was told they didn’t know. I’m wondering if they’ll do the 20 hour maintenance service on the machine without charging me since it already had over 20 hours on it when I bought is “As New”? Ps if they get a hold of me and fix this issue, I will let everyone know. You can reach me at [email protected].... Update! They got a hold of me this morning, and I’m happy to say they are taking care of me.. definitely a top notch business. Will continue to tell all my friends about this place... and try to drum up even more business for them.

I made my first bike purchase at Texas Motor Sports after taking their motorcycle class over the Summer.The class instilled the technical knowledge and confidence I needed to become a first-time rider. The riding instruction was very thorough and a ridiculous amount of fun. They show you a diagram, demonstrate a demo, and make sure you understand every exercise before taking the test.As soon as I obtained my license, I returned for my Yamaha R3 - perfect beginner bike, right out of the box. Ive been riding a year now, bike is still perfect. Ill be back someday for my R6!Were riding out today for inspection and oil change. The mister and I now use them for all service, and have always been well taken care of quickly.Thank you to Debra, and everyone at Texas Motor Sports!

I went in this place knowing very little of the process involved with financing and loans and the staff was extremely patient with me and answered all of the questions I had. I have bad credit, but they still were willing to work with me to get me approved. While ultimately I could not get financing, the effort they put forth to help me was more than commendable.This establishment is staffed by good people, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bike.

Ive known the Texas Motor sports family since I was little. A few years ago when I bought my first new bike I worked with the sales team to get the FZ09 I wanted from them even though Im 120 miles outside of town. The owners cared enough to deliver my new bike to me during a track day at Texas motor speedway to take care of me! Amazing customer service and ethics to go with it. Keep doing what youre doing guys! No matter what some people say!

I took the motorcycle course and had excellent instructors. They were patient and assisted with questions that were had. They were by the book and taught what is required by TX law. It is well worth the money.

Bought my bike at this shop. Theyre an amazing shop with fair prices on almost everything. All the people who work here are knowledgable and friendly. This is one of my favorite shops in this area.

Good group of sellers, they have the eye on the prize. They know the business and have been on the block for almost 50 years. If you can not get a bike here your doing it wrong.

Some other reviewer said youre not a customer here, youre a family member. I found out this is true. I bought my 2016 Yamaha FZ-9 from this place and just recently decided I needed to sell it. I called Robin, one of the back office workers, to ask for advice. She not only gave me advice, she said shed help me with the paperwork!!!! WHAT!?!?!? That is helping a customer to the max. Everyone needs to buy from here and be part of the family experience.

I gave them one star because you cannot give any less. I understand that this is a business and they need to make money. Their hourly rates are fair at 85 dollars an hour but that is not the problem. I had them change my spark plugs because I just moved to the Fort Hood area and didnt want to mess with my bike plus I didnt have the tools. When I first walked up to get the work order set up they told me that it would take an hour and a half because they have to remove the gas tank in order to get to the plugs. I said okay that is not a problem since I know the plugs are a pain to get to. The round about price they gave me was $120 for labor plus parts. I agreed to it thinking that removing the tank was what they were going to do and it sounded reasonable. 30 minutes later they were done but I still got charged for an hour an a half of work. They said that they told me that it would be $120 plus parts and that is what they were going to charge me. I had signed the work order statement so legally there is nothing I can do about it. I went to the owner of the store and he told me that since I was told a price and I had signed the work order so that is what I was going to get charged. He didnt care about anything I was saying, specially since I had already paid and all I was telling him was that that practice of telling people that they are going to work for an hour and a half and actually only working for 30 minutes sounds like a ripoff. All he said to that was well I guess thats why I have a tech that gets paid $40 an hour.I should have gone with my gut feeling and not do any work with folks around post. Yamaha of Killeen falls right in line with all the other businesses that are here to ripoff Soldiers. That is very disappointing and I will never recommend anyone to go here.

Took my sons YZ 250 to them when the engine seized. After a day of tearing it down, they found the piston had destroyed the cylinder and top end, (requiring more cost than it would to just replace the motor..). Didnt charge me a thing!! Thats awesome!!!

I bought my first bike here. They didnt apply any sales pressure to me I actually came back a few times to look at bikes. They helped me find one that fit me and a riding style that still hadnt been defined yet but the bike fit like a glove. I took the bike back for all the service packs and they explained everything to me in full detail, they took the time to teach me. Every person I met in here has been very professional and didnt have a problem taking the time to chat. Another rider was having trouble with her bike at another dealership. For months they couldnt get it running. I sent her here and they got it running in a few hours.

I called to ask about having the 100 hour service done on my 2018 Yamaha Viking. I was told how much it would cost, what would be done and to show up with the Viking first thing Saturday morning when they opened. When I arrived w/ the Viking the first thing the service manager tells me is that they cannot work on it without it being washed first. This was NOT communicated to me as a requirement on Friday when we spoke on phone. Given they do a significant amount of sales/service on ATVs/UTVs, I would think communicating cleanliness prior to service would be standard procedure if its a requirement prior to initiating any work. I was told that I can either clean it myself or they can do it for $100. The cleaning was expensive and unexpected but I ultimately chose to have Texas Motor Sports handle it to speed things along. When I came back that afternoon to pickup the viking after the service had been completed the attached picture is what it looked like. The undercarriage and engine had both been cleaned but they hadnt even done a cursory cleaning of the interior or outside. I didnt care to have it cleaned in the first place but my understanding of the word wash and Texas Motor Sports is clearly different. Upon voicing my discontent to the employee ringing up my bill I was brushed aside by him and one other employee, and then, ultimately, spoke again with the service manager. I said Can you understand how it might be frustrating that you first didnt communicate cleanliness as a requirement prior to service, then charged me $100 for a wash, and then I show up and it looks like this?. His response was that his technician didnt want to be washing vehicles as a part of his job and that he wasnt going to do anything about it. This was a masterclass in poor communication, managing expectations and customer service.

I took my r6 to this place after another reputable motorcycle repair shop quoted me 3-5 k to make my bike mechanically sound again after an accident. Texas Motorsports diagnosed my problem correctly and were extremely knowledgeable in the field. They kept me informed about the condition of my bike throughout the whole process.The feeling I get when I walk into that place is like a second home. I would recommend this place to everyone for sport bike repair ordering parts or even if you looking into buying a bike.Thanks Pat!P.s. The hourly labor price is way better for the amount of knowledge these guys have than others in the area.

Its a shame that people post negative reviews without giving a dealer the opportunity to deal with the grievances. Not as good as the old Impact Kawasaki, but they seem to be motivated to improve. Shop rate is $96 per hour, which is definitely steep. Growing pains aside, it is worth the stop.

My wife purchased her first bike here. The guys were great and kinda let us look around and let her sit on the bikes that she liked. They would come around, but not in an annoying or pushy way, to let us know features or answer questions that we had. When she decided the Bolt was for her they even let me take a short test ride led by the store owner. That sealed the deal as my wife throughly enjoyed my review on the handling of the bike.The credit application was seamless and the documents were taken care of even though they had to go north of ft worth to get the color my wife wanted. Four or so days later my wife was signing and I was riding her new Bolt home.We have been back a few times and still get greeted enthusiastically and made to feel like we matter. We have purchased a couple add-ons and have plans for more Yamaha parts and accessories.Thank you for making my wifes first motorcycling experience a pleasant one.

I came looking for a Shorelandr trailer for my Jet Ski about a month ago and was quoted $1095. The gentleman I spoke to told me he just put in their order for the Shorelandr tailers and they would be delivered sometime early February. I called this morning and was told they were in stock so I came down to make the purchase. Now Im being quoted $1500 for the trailer and its not even the brand I was looking for.Now I have to order the trailer from another dealer and wait 6 weeks for delivery on top of the 4 weeks I waited on these guys. The guys at this dealer dont have any competence in what they are doing and were a huge waste of my time.
