Ty and his team were lifesavers for me last week! I woke up to a flat tire on the day that I was supposed to start a new job. I took my A3 straight to Service at Audi Hampton as soon as they opened, explained the situation to Ty, and he had me out with a repaired tire within 30 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal! Ray Durham my Service Consultant is the reason I keep bringing my 2015 Audi A8L back to Audi Hampton. Ray makes you feel like your vehicle is the only vehicle he has to service. Hes polite, professional and knowledgeable about the Audi brand.But it doesnt stop there, a good Service Consultant must have a good team working with them. Since I started taking my vehicle to Audi Hampton, 3 years ago Ive also had the pleasure of meeting the other Service Consultants who work beside Ray. This primarily occurs when Ray is not in on the date of service or he may be out to lunch when I come to get my vehicle after service is complete. They all have the same professional attitude. Whether Ray is there when I come or not he still follows up with me to see if everything was done to my satisfaction.The other part; a very important part of the team are the technicians who actually service the vehicles. I have the utmost confidence the technicians at Audi Hampton are among the most reliable anywhere.As a business professional myself, I know at times there are customers that have unrealistic expectations some people are just critical to a fault. If the smallest thing doesnt go the way they feel it should. They are not happy. Its like the Broken Cell Phone Syndrome. As long as their phone / vehicle is not available to them they are not happy, from the time its dropped off to the time they come to pick it up.There are people who get very angry when their vehicle is not ready when promised or it may require additional work due to an unforseen problem. They are never satisfied.Ray and the team of Consultants at Audi Hampton are equipped to handle these problem customers with the same grace and professionalism as they do with customers who have realistic views when their vehicle is being serviced.I will not take my vehicle anywhere else to have it serviced. Audi Hamptons Service Center gets a 5-Star rating from me.

Listen, if youre thinking about getting an Audi, DO IT! But before you settle for any bored and over-worked car salesman, visit Matt Weber and let him take you on a tour of the stock! He is kind, knowledgeable, entertaining and just a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I was concerned about and what my wants/needs were in a new vehicle. He spent several hours with my husband and I and never acted put out or annoyed no matter how many times I asked the same questions. He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and all the different features each one had over the other. In the end, he delivered to me the most beautiful car and I am beyond happy with my purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Bought a second hand car at Tysinger. They are super nice when you are buying the car, but as soon as you pay you get the boot and you are on you own. Together with the car, they sold me a warranty for the paint, and explained that it would cover any issue for 5 years. The paint peeled off on the hood after just three years, and it turns out the warranty does not cover it!

I live 800 miles away from Audi Hampton so, needless to say, I had my reservations. However, those guys did not disappoint! After working with me to get the price closer to where I needed it, Derrick sent all requested pics and promptly addressed all of my questions and concerns. Upon sealing the deal they put the car on hold for me until I could come get it a week later. Derrick picked us up at the airport in Newport News and took us straight to the dealer where we finalized the paperwork and met my new favorite finance guy, Sammy, to get the deal done. These guys were great from the start and the car was exactly as described. I would not hesitate to deal with them again!

I am so proud to be able to write this review about Audi of Hampton. So Derrick was my salesman and let me tell you how amazing he is. He was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. He is new to sales but not new to the car business. He was kind and sympathetic to all of my fears and anxiety during the entire process. He gave me his full attention and slowly removed any reservations that I had. I must have spent a total of 12 hours over 4 days asking question after question and shaking my head no....Lol and not one time did he seem frustrated. He shared his personal car buying story with me and this really put me at ease. Be prepared to spend your entire day there. I took my car in for the State Inspection with a scheduled appointment time. My car set out front for over 40 minutes before they even took it back to be worked on. Then it set in the garage area for a few more hours. The two times before that, I waited almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. The people are nice but in todays world, I dont know anyone that can spend 3 hours waiting on an oil change and/or State Inspection. Going forward will make the long drive to Charlotte since Audi, Virginia Beach location is a joke.

First off this is my third time visiting this dealership. I did not purchase my vehicle from here, but I do my vehicle for service do to the fact Audi has these factor indicators that makes u have to bring your vehicle back. The advisors are amazing all of them they go above and beyond keep u informed during the process. Ray is my service advisor by the way.The Audi service departments is HORRIBLE I must say be prepared to spend half of your day here. The advisor can not provide expectational service like they do cause there is no team work in that service department not sure what kinda system they have or what’s going on back there but it’s not good. First time I visited the Audi dealership was to put air in my tires the advisor took car of that for me pulled my car in the bay checked and reset the tire pressure. Second time I brung my car in for certain mile service my service indicator light was on and also received a complete used vehicle inspection and a complementary wash. My appointment was at 8:40am I left almost a lil before noon that visit was ok. Third time I visited Audi was in July I was in my For oil change service and my certain my service and what ever else they do when u reach Audi recommended mileage and I had two tires repaired and a minor part replaced also a complementary wash. My appointment was at 8:40am remind you I left at almost 2:30pm for this type of service ridiculous this day I spend almost $400 on my car. I received my car back it was not washed but I was told around 12ish oh we can see you car in the camera it’s you next in line for a wash. Got my car back did not happen. The old sticker from my last oil change was still in the window I did not have a new one. I did contact the Manager to express to him I felt about my service that I did receive from Audi’s service department from a customer that is paying top dollars from a foreign dealership. I’m not sure what’s happening in the service department but I hope this review reach the proper manager to insure that the times are prompt and customer are not waiting hours for service like this also vehicle are rechecked over throughly before sending them back to customers.

A great buying experience. The product specialist after the sale was amazing. The Audi Brand Specialist took his time introducing the features and benefits to my wife, he even purchased her a license plate bracket that she wanted. The Sales Manager really makes things happen there. It seems that he was with us from start to finish. If youre in the Hampton Roads area, do not waste your time with the other Audi location. This place is 1st class. The attention to detail and care is evident just viewing the property.

I bought an Audi from them. The sales department was awesome. There was a hiccup with an oversight with a recall, but other than that, they worked around it and gave me a loaner until my car was ready. The issue I have with this company, is solely with their service department. P.S. DO NOT purchase the diamond care package. Their service department is garbage, and will not do a solid job on the ceramic coating. They coated over mud, and tried saying that would be okay.I have recently attempted to call 4 different times now, and leave messages with 2 different service department agents to attempt to schedule an oil change with them. They have refused to call me back on all four occasions. So apparently, they do not want my business.Long story short, they have my praise with the vehicle purchase, but I can not speak highly for the business, solely due to their absolute atrocious service department. So I will take my business to Richmond, or VA beach Audi Dealerships.

I’m honestly so disgusted and disappointed by the service I’ve received for Audi. I purchased a Q5 in 2014. The vehicle has had all of its service completed at the Audi dealership. I went in for my state inspection in November. They rejected by vehicle and state it had a fuel pump issue. Well I was taken by surprise with only 32,000 miles. Since I always get an extended warranty, I was ready to get it fixed. I was told I didn’t have a warranty. Now I know what I asked for, but after speaking to Jeff the service manager ( who was absolutely no help ) I than spoke with Blake the GM. Blake made me so upset I started to cry. He basically said he knows what I signed. Funny thing is Jeff told me that I didn’t have a warranty but I did have dent and ding protection. Which when I called in 2014 after getting a ding from someone hitting my car they told me I didn’t have. So in order to pass inspection; which I no other service department agrees is checked during inspection, I replaced my fuel pump. Now my check engine light is on and I was told that the reason for the gas smell is from a blown gasket. So basically you want to keep charging me bc you didn’t get it right the first time? I asked to speak with someone above Blake at this point and they refuse to have someone call me. Honestly I wanted to trade my vehicle in this year and get a new one. I told Blake that when I spoke to him in November and his reply “ we don’t do special treatment to keep customers” WOW maybe this is something that you should tell people when they purchase from you. I didn’t want anything special but I didn’t want to be made to seem like I was lying, when I stated I asked for a extended warranty. He also told me that the fuel pump is not something that they check during state inspections. Seems like they just want to make money off people and don’t care about customer service.

I brought my 16 Q3 to service at Audi Hampton a few times now and have been helped by Ray and Jeff. I have always been pleased with the service and the way they treat their customers. I recently brought my car thinking I will have to replace my car battery and expecting to have to pay out of pocket. Jeff told me that this should not be the case and that any issues for this are covered under factory warranty. I would definitely recommend this Audi dealership.

My experience having my S5 serviced at Audi Hampton was excellent. The appointment scheduler correctly described on the ticket the work I needed and the special pricing arrangement I had worked out with the parts dept., so when I brought the car in, I didn’t have to spend a lot of time re-explaining everything to the service writer and worry that they were changing things up on me. The service writer, Ray, took the time to go over the estimated cost of each item to make sure we were in agreement. They had my car ready to go the next morning when I asked for it to be ready, and the whole process was good. Nice to go for service and not get blindsided!

Chase and JP are the bestI got a chance to deal with Chase a year ago and his service was superb. I am in a business that involves building relationships with people and cultivating it and in my experience with Chase, I really appreciated the care and respect he gave me. Being a great salesperson is an art and people shouldnt feel like they are given a cheesy sales approach. They should feel connected to the product, brand, and person they are dealing with and Chase accomplished all of that with me. Overall the entire Tysinger Audi crew made my wife and I feel like friends/family coming to visit the dealer rather than a customer coming in for a service.I worked with Chase and JP on a vehicle deal a year ago and it was a pleasure. These guys know what theyre doing and also showed me respect as a customer. They knew I was the type that did my research and figured out my numbers ahead of time and gave me the straight forward approach. Ive dealt with other dealers before that showed me very little respect for my preparation coming into the dealer and therefore made me not want to do business with them.After a couple of visits, I felt more like a friend/family member coming back in. My wife and I went to the dealership primarily to test drive a few SUVs and see if they would fit what we were looking for in one. I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my wifes car and was told it would cost $115. No problem.....when I arrived on the day of service I was asked if I just wanted the oil changed or the 55k mile service. I asked what does it include? Oil/filter cabin filter and 27 point (inspections) --NO THANKS Ill keep my money. He then told me it would be $184 to change the oil...... I replied on a 4 cylinder (I also own an A8) and thats what I usually pay to have it serviced and it holds ( 9 quarts and my wifes car only takes 4-5 quarts). He then says oh I can do it for $117. When I questioned how the price went from $184 to $117 so quickly he said we have to sets of pricing (oh really) yes one for returning customers and one for new customers??????? So does their car take less oil than mine ??? And once I agree to the ($184 new customer) price whats in place to make them ever give me the ($117 returning customer) price as Audi usually only requires and oil change once a year or every 10k???

The sales manager pushed me away! Did the credit pull and ready to buy a Q3 but they have no stock after the procedure was done. Tried to ask for inventory next day and brought in my 2003 BMW X5 4.4L to trade. Told them that I want to finish the deal. The sales manager told me $300 and said he doesnt really care about the trade because my car got some issues and just handed me a key for a car I asked and pointed to somewhere said the blue one out there. I cant judge the service because I may look like so poor to buy a luxury car. I just sold my car for $1000 and got an Infinity Q50 instead. I went to Audi because of the good service reviews. I think I was wrong. The 2nd star is only for the person who was working in the parking area. He was trying hard to help me at least!

The Dealership and all personnel involved were excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10 Blake and his team are a 12. My problem is with the manufacturer. I am very dissatisfied with the response to my Q7 brake issue . I dont feel they are standing by their product. I have owned 20 plus vehicles from various manufacturer and never had brake pads due to heat transfer materiel to the rotors. Think it might be that they use a soft pad ? Q7 1 year old and 17000 miles.

The maintenance performed on my Audi was completed early and always as expected. The service area is always clean and comfortable. This time the coffee machine was out; but that wasnt that big of a deal.I still get upset about the availability of loaners. I have a very expensive vehicle that I bought from an Audi dealership, but since I didnt buy from Tysinger, they can never guarantee a loaner will be available. Im from CT and all of the Audi dealers up there can guarantee a loaner. Why cant any of the Audi dealers in VA do the same?

Service took longer than I expected but it is a very comfortable place with ammedities to satisfy most of your needs. The staff are very easy to like and are always asking if you want more . Most enjoyable.

I would absolutely recommend dealing with the Tysigner dealerships. In particular Tysigner Audi Hampton.My sales person, Tim, was not pushy at all. Very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. When it came to price it was as easy as asking for a deal. To be honest my offer was bordering on ridiculous.To my surprise they, Blake in particular, came back with a price that was not exactly my ridiculous offer but it was so close that I knew this is where I would buy my vehicle.Now I am loving my new Audi and I would highly recommend that you stop by and see the dealership for any of your vehicle needs.

Although the service was sort of ok, except that they took the oil pan guard off instead of putting two little bolts in it that were missing. But when they told me me it was all done and the car would be out shortly at 1125, the car was not out in my hands til 1215, 50 minutes after the service was complete, that is totally unacceptable. Which in itself is 45 minutes longer than they said it would take. I will try the other Audi dealership next time.

He kept me informed throughout the day via text and arranged Uber service to and from work. Our experience at Tysinger Audi was excellent. The only criticism I have is that we spent too much time waiting, specifically in the finance area. Our salesperson, Hunter was great. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that we could refer to him any time we needed help with the car. Worst experience! Dont ever make a service appointment with company. The service manager is a unprofessional robot who has a limited sense of help. I made a service appoinment to have my vehicle inspected for a insurance claim. I told the service department that the car does not run and Im getting the vehicle towed. They tell me they have sources to get the car in the garage even if they have to push it. The service department tells me to tow it to their facility. Car is towed. Then I get a call saying they cant inspect the car because they are not going to push it. Then they try to sale me their service to fix my car. The service manager tells me I can buy a car battery. Why would I buy a car battery? If that was the problem i wouldve brought the battery from home. If I had a battery the car would still not move. This crazy service manager said they are not pushing the car. Why mention a battery! I had to get the car towed again. In the whole over $200in tows. No apologies or nothing. A bunch of wolves. Beware of these people. Tysinners should be your new name. You use deception to gain business.

Please be aware of the Exclusive Loaner Program because it is indeed EXCLUSIVE. I have had my 2014 Q5 serviced at Audi Hampton for a number of years and have historically had good results. I guess since my car has aged and I havent taken the dealership up on the continuous offers to trade the car in, I no longer qualify for the Exclusive Loaner Program. I have voiced my concerns through the chat feature and have gotten zero response from anyone actually at the dealership. I therefore canceled my scheduled appointment that would have generated about $1,000 in service revenue and re-scheduled with Audi of Virginia Beach. They were extremely courteous and have a true loaner program where you know if you have a loaner BEFORE meeting with your service advisor to drop off your vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
