Best selection, staff, owners, and atmosphere around. Their staff is knowledgeable and care about their products. They carry starter kits for pipes along with a great assortment of pipes, accessories and tobacco. The humidor is where I always go though. Solid selection and in-stock level.

Best cigar selection I have yet to find in Hammond. Excellent and knowledgeable service as well. Pipes and pipe tobacco available as well.

I just had the best experience! Were all sad right now with the quarantine and crazy days and since the boutique is closed right now, I texted Todd, the owner. I made a request for some pipe tobacco and a pipe to be delivered to the Red White & Brew, where he already has a selection of cigars. He was on top of it right away! Super quick and professional. Couldnt be happier. Cant wait for them to open back up, but in the mean time, this is a great solution!

Employee followed me into the humidor. And just watched me. I understand loss prevention, but come on. Selection of cigars was pretty good.Edit: I actually met Todd at Red, White and Brew. After talking to him, I gave the Boutique de Fumee another chance. And there were no issues. The first time I went back, the staff member was helpful with suggestions. My go to cigar spot now!

I have been going here about once or twice a month for the past year or so.The cigar selection is great and there is always something new to try.Every cigar I get from them is in great shape and ready to smoke.There prices are competitive, better in fact than other local competition.The best thing about boutique de fumee is the 10$ off coupon you get for every 50$ you spend.And finally everyone of the staff that has waited on me has been a cigar smoker themselves so they can offer expierenced based recommendations.

Love this place. Friendly staff. Very good selection of cigars and it grows all the time. A decent selection of pipes. Cool looking store. Wine tastings in the back. Just wish you could smoke in the store.

Went to get a travel humidor and a few other items, I told the person working what I wanted and a lady walked in to get a gift for her boss and had no clue what she wanted so I told him deal with her I had other things to get besides the humidor. I wait ten minutes while this guy waits on the lady which was fine but then this guy has the nerve to sell the only travel humidor in the store to the lady after I just told him what I was there for. I can not believe I drove downtown, had to park downtown and then get treated like dirt by this guy. I will never buy anything from this place. I would suggest buying online or from a drug store before you go here and get treated like dirt by these people. I still cant believe it. I have spent over $500.00 with this company in the past week. I will never shop at this place again
