I was in town visiting family and wanted to get the oil changed on my Mercedes so I contacted the Mercedes dealership down the road and they didnt have time to do it before I headed back to Florida where I live, so they referred me to Byrd Auto. When I got there the owner seemed very nice. The garage was busy and the garage owner said he couldnt do my vehicle that day, so I left my vehicle overnight leaving the keys with the owner of the dealership. I was told they would reset the computer on my car after they changed the oil and they didnt. I also realized on my drive back to Florida that all of cds that I left in the stereo system were gone. I always lock my doors and no one else had been in my car except me until I took it to that dealership. Im very disappointed because that was a place that I would have returned to, had I not experience those 2 big disappointments!
