She answered all our questions and spent the time to research the correct product. She worked tirelessly to help us find just the right ring. Ann was the representative we had worked with for majority of our jewelry we own. See provided my earring and bracelet but most importantly she worked with my fiancé to build my engagement ring. She did a great job providing options when I originally went in for sizing but the finish of the project I would have never guessed my ring would be so beautiful. She ensured all jewelry had warranties and cleaning options. Thank you so much Ann! I would recommend all to go to her. Everyone there is friendly and ready to help.

Ivan at Kay Jewelers in Gurnee Mills was amazing! I recommend going here! We went during a huge sale so it was well worth it! Ivan made us feel special, he was knowledgeable of the rings, and put all of his attention on us! Rings are affordable and they help with affordability in your price range! I would recommend to anyone to come here for the wedding and engagement rings!

Verify the SKU online for anything purchased from here. I dont they think they did this on purpose but they overcharged me almost twice as much on an item I purchased. The SKU on my receipt and the item shown online didnt match the item I had purchased. I took it back right away and they claimed the item was mis-SKUed and gave a refund. To normal, unsuspecting customers who wouldnt think to lookup the SKU, they could get overcharged (or undercharged) on some items and not know it and the trace on your item in the future may be no good as the SKU doesnt match.

OUTSTANDING, SUPERIOR, and PROFESSIONAL customer service! Barb and Jim went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. We were in for service and cleaning on our jewelry; in general conversation, my wife referenced that she experienced an issue with a jewelry company whose customer service failed to attempt to research their obligation for a lifetime warranty. My wife had in possession of the purchase receipt from 2006. Long story short, Barb made a phone call to the company (which will later fall under Kays), got results and gave us a clear explanation concerning the warranty. We even got the jewelry repaired by Jim. THANKS!

I am extremely disappointed with the repair services that Kay Jewelers provides.We purchased my wedding ring in 2013 and were very please up until I had to have a repair completed.The first repair was to adjust the ring size. I was extremely unhappy with the adjustment because the ring did not appear to be circular anymore and it had a flat appearance to one side. The salesperson stated this was probably due to the way the band was designed. I did not accept this work and had Kay fix this to make it right. The sizing was finally completed.When purchasing the ring back in 2013, we paid the extra for a lifetime warranty as long as there was an inspection every 6 months. Since our purchase, I have had my ring repaired at minimum 3x, with every repair resulting in a awful appearance. This resulted in rejected the repair and sending back again 1 o 2x. This leaves me without my wedding ring for at least 4 to 6 weeks at a time.The last repair experience I had was in January of this year, 2018.I had a missing baguette along the band of my ring. I brought it to Gurnee Mills, IL store and turned it in for repair at no cost because I had kept up with my 6month inspections.The ring came back and I was shocked that they had replaced it with a smaller baguette which created a space between the end baguette and the remaining row of baguettes. I brought this up to the salesperson and they stated it was probably because they didnt have the right size baguette to replace it with. I told her it was unacceptable to have a gap between my diamonds in the ring as that is now how it was designed nor how it was purchased. It was then sent off again for repair. It came back again looking worse than it did the first time. My diamonds are now in all different planes. I have never had any repairs to one side of my ring and it is perfect - the other side, which is supposed to be a mirror image of my ring, looks awful. The diamonds are not aligned, not in the same plane, and it looks like metal material was added to the edge to disguise the mismatched baguettes.My overall experience with Kays repair service had been awful and I will not be buying another piece of jewelry from this store. I have even contemplated bringing my ring elsewhere to get it repaired like it should be at my own expense.

I have to say, Jim and Niki was fantastic!!!! I’m in sales and I can learn a lot of things from them. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff. Within min Jim has greeted me with a smile and the smile never went away. Niki was kind enough to give her examples with a friendly suggtions and made my purchase simple and easy.Asking Tons of questions to them and they have explained it to me so I could understand and make me feel very comfortable with my purchase.Not pushy at all, and not looking for a quick sale. I was literally stopping by and seeing what’s out there and they have sold me on a beautiful Dimind engagement ring that I will be proposing in October !!!!!!Jim and Niki thank you so much !!!!

They are all incompetent. I asked if they did watch repairs. All I needed was a battery change. They told me they do it all the time. So I gave them my watch and they literally took a screwdriver to it. They hacked the back of my watch and ultimately couldnt open it so they gave it back to me and sent me away to a different store. They completely ruined my watch and they were going to charge me $25 for a hack job. If I could give them negative points I would. Never ever go here!

Horrible experience. I had the cash for my items but they convinced me to fo the financing due to 0apr. I missed 1 payment by 1 day which was my last payment and they charged me an extra $350! I made all my payments in time before that and had it set up for autopay. Ut miraculously the auto payment didnt go through in my last payment 🤨.. F kay jewlers!

Would have given them no stars but you cant do that. I had went in to kay to get my girl friend a christmas gift after waiting 15 minutes of not being helped another customer walks in with a suit on and he was helped right away! Thanks kay for not letting my girlfriend have a christmas she deserves.. im so disgusted by the rudeness from them.. i will not be shopping at kay for anything further on

Went in for resizing, ring came back with custom ingraving wrong. Took it back later to tighten a prong for a diamond, ring came back without engraving, felt bigger, and didnt feel the same. Strongly dislike the outlet. All future inquaries will be through the main shop.
